I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. .
