The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Processing fees: All vehicles sold are subject $250.00 dealer fee. This represents the costs incurred with inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting new and used vehicles. This fee also covers preparation of all documents, titling, temporary tag and registration fees. All payments must be completed prior to delivery of a vehicle. 11. Taxes: Finest Motors collects and processes all required taxes where applicable by Federal or Ohio State Law. You will only have to pay sales tax once. The buyers who weren't charged sales tax by Finest Motors are responsible for all the state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. 12. Titles: Generally titles will be available within 30 days from the receipt of full payment. Subject to delays out of the control of the Finest Motors. Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While Finest Motors usually has all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks Finest Motors will hold all titles for 14 days or until funds have cleared. 13. Shipping & Delivery: a.
