He has owned the truck for 3 1/2 yrs and have had no issues. It is a fine 1967 C-10 Chevrolet SWB P/U - Nascar Heritage Truck fame off restoration. Built for Hendricks Motorsports and glove box signed by Rick Hendricks. Mr. H is a true CHEVY guy and one of the most respected names in the car world today. He knows a quality vehicle when he sees one! It has all the goodies you want. It fires right up and sounds nasty! It's equipped with Hedman headers, custom Flow Master dual exhaust tastefully exiting behind each of the rear wheels, and chrome tips. It is also equipped with cold blowing AC, power steering, power front disc brakes, small block 350 V-8 with mild Cam, 5 spd Keisler OD Manual Transmission (Fun to Drive!) and Dark Cloisonne Blue sprayed over a slick body. It features a stunning bucket seat custom stitched interior with a very nice amplified CD sound system, center console, nice gauges, custom steering wheel and custom molded door panels. It rides on a custom 2" front / 4" rear lowered chassis with modern 5 spoke wheels and radial tires giving it a killer stance. The bed was fully restored and looks terrific! The engine compartment color was upgraded to match back in Jan 2015. It was a flat black prior. Now the nicely detailed motor compartment is Autorama ready! It is a numerous show and award winner. 2015 Best in Show and 2014 Best in Class @ Corvette/ Chevy Expo - Houston. I saw the truck at the show and people were drooling over it. It also received a Good Guys Builder Award in 2011. This is about as nice a short/wide C-10 as you will ever find and is truly one of a kind. It was a feature car in the Super Chevy "Nova Annual" edition which highlighted its awesome performance and quality build characteristics.The motor is a wicked 406 small block with a Gallies crank, Howards Rods, SRP pistons and a Comp Cam. Managing the fuel and air is a Barry Grant 850 Demon carb and providing a wicked spark is an MSD distributor and 6AL box. The motor exhales through a set of Sanderson exhaust manifolds and a custom-built 3-inch exhaust with Dynomax mufflers. Cooling down the motor is a trick Be Cool Radiator with Dual fans as well as a Be Cool oil cooler. The Chevy puts out nearly 500 HP and is very responsive. It's also a rocket out of the hole and a great car to cruise around town! The body on the Nova is a wonderfully straight and was stripped down to bare metal before it received its new base/clear paint job. The paint has been freed from the bonds of orange peel via a thorough wet-sanding and then polished to perfection. The chrome is new and the trim is polished out and the original stainless fits as it should. The Chevy II has all OEM panels with the exception of the cowl hood and is has excellent panel fitment. The transmission is a 700 R4 with 3 forward gears and an overdrive gear. It might seem tame, but the 2,800 stall helps launch the car pretty aggressively. The rear end is a trick Ford 9" with Trac-Lock 3.50 gears, and Strange 31 Spline axles. The grip off the line is just right and the car tracks nicely even while laying down the rubber. The rear suspension consists of a Global West multi-spring set up with a 3" drop combined with calipers and rotors from Strange. The front suspension is a Fat Man independent front suspension. With the Fat Man set up, the Nova gained disc brakes, power rack and pinion and an adjustable coil over setup that handles so much better than the factory Nova stuff ever did. I am the original owner. I purchased and financed the truck from Munday Chevrolet in Houston Texas about a year ago. Very low miles (7504) because I live at the same place as my company. The truck has a small dent in the back bumper. Nothing major. I just had the truck lifted and the new wheels and tires installed 6 months ago. Both the wheels and the tires are top of the line. The tires are TOYO M/T 35" AND THE WHEELS ARE 20" AMERICAN FORCE BILLET. I do not go off road in this truck. less than 1000 miles on the tires and wheels. The truck is awesome. It also has a spray in bed liner and a bumper with led light comps in the front plus fender flares. Also the tires are missing the pressure sensors. They need to be replaced. I guess the company that lifted the vehicle forgot to take them out of my old tires. The seats are vinyl and the floor boards are rubber / work truck package. It helps keep it clean. You are bidding on an immaculate frame off restoration. This is a custom short bed crew cab. Chevy/GM never made a short bed 4 door for any of the 1970's or 1980's. This truck was done right. Every part is either new or was removed, inspected and only installed if it was in new or very good condition in terms of functionality and appearance. I would feel confident to get in and drive across the country right now. Title in hand. I have $35k in the truck and my reserve is only at $15k... Here are some details: Frame was shortened to fit a 100% stock short bed. Everything fits properly and was done right. The truck has a 6" lift which is all suspension and no cheap spacers etc. All suspension parts are new. Engine is a 350 and was recently rebuilt, runs strong and will put you in the back of the seat. 4wd works as it should. Interior is all brand new and all the electric windows work perfectly and the a/c blows strong and is ice cold! Front tires brand new and rear have 60-70% life left. I never once abused this truck. It would be ideal for some off road fun but I simply drove it to and from work a couple of times a week and enjoyed it immensely. There are a few rock chips and a few parts that are cosmetically older but work perfectly. I included a pic of the odometer but I assure you there is nothing on this truck that has seen more than a few thousand miles since the rebuild. This truck is awesome.
