NOVA INFO: The motor is a 1970 Chevy Big Block 396 30 over casting number 3969854 HI PER PASS. 4 Bolt Main. The transmission is a 4 speed Casting # 13-04-065-904 BORG WARNER rebuilt and new gear oil. The rear is a big 10 Bolt with a POSSI Rear with 373 Gears. The Nova has all newBody mounts. New Shocks and Springs. New E Brake lines. New brake lines. All of the bolts of the Nova have been cleared. The Carb is a 650 DP HOLY. The Int is all brand new. New 15 Inch Rims and new 15 Inch red line tires. The floors are sanded and restored to GM Stain Black. The motor compartment is all restored to a GM STAIN BLACK. The motor was buildt. This true factory "SS" Nova features a terrific repaint in Cinnamon Red, a beautiful mostly original SS Deluxe interior, and a ground pounding 454 crate engine. This Nova has the manly electric exhaust cut outs which are perfect for rolling into a car show or cruise in. This Nova is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Red exterior over Black SS deluxe vinyl interior. This is an exceptional color scheme and the bucket seats with floor shifter and rally gauges really set this Nova apart from the others. The previous owner had this Nova for over 16 years and it comes with a 3 inch binder full of old photographs and receipts. Exterior The Cinnamon Red exterior is in great driver condition. This Nova was repainted years ago and the paint still has a great shine but has some minor flaws here and there around the car. The paint is in great driver condition and both bumpers are in good shape. The SS Nova stripes were just added and look fantastic on the car. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. Tires have great tread left and are correctly sized 215/70/15. The wheels are in great shape. All weather stripping and window sweeps are in good condition. Trunk is very solid and clean. Interior The Black SS deluxe vinyl interior of this Nova is in fantastic original condition. The original seat covers are in superb condition and have no rips or tears or seam splits and have no major wear at all, outside of a small spot on drivers bolster area. The original carpet is in remarkable condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading. The stereo has been upgraded to a modern CD/Mp3 Aiwa player with 4 newer speakers. It plays very well and sounds great and the presets work. The original door panels are in great condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner is new and in great condition and the package tray is in great shape as well. All interior/exterior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn, stereo, wipers, blower motor, and turn signals also work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no smoke aroma what so ever. Mechanical This Nova SS is in great mechanical condition and the 454 engine is an excellent upgrade with gobs of power and torque. Its a tight fit but so worth it to have this massive engine under the hood with unlimited potential. It has been in the car for years but has less than 5000 miles on it per previous owner. We have driven this car numerous times around town and it always performs very well, does not run hot, rids tight, and is always a joy to drive. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Nova is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes work well and do not pull to one side or the other. True dual exhaust was added with upgraded headers and electric cut outs which dump out right after the headers for an unforgettable exhaust tone. By a single button in the dash you can determine how aggressive you want the exhaust to sound, its a true joy to drive into a show with them open and everyone looking at your Nova. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory AC car and we have the AC compressor and lines but 454 big block AC brackets are needed to reinstall compressor.
