The Story: I have owned Land Cruisers (1959-2005, all models) for more than 30 years, I think they are some of the finest vehicles to ever roam this planet. This Land Cruiser is my wife's current daily driver so the miles will increase a little day by day. This SUV was locally owned, adult driven, never off road, no pets, no smoking etc. Because this car hauls my family I have been extremely proactive with repairs and maintenance. I had a full safety inspection done the day I brought it home, below is a list of what has been done in the last year. Please note, my mechanic is a 17 yr ASE certified master tech, not some dude out back under a tree.Repair List:At 199K miles we did a full timing service including water pump, tensioner, timing belt, etc. all using factory Toyota parts, even the coolant is a Toyota product. I always run synthetic oil, also installed a K&N air cleaner and it has an Optima blue top battery. $1100Replaced front rotors and pads, also replaced the power antenna mast and windshield. $700Recently replaced the alternator, spark plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter and O2 sensors. $900100 series LCs are notorious for the plastic bumper covers and rubber side trim losing paint and showing wear so I had all the bumpers and trim repainted silver a few months ago. $500I installed a new set of 265/75/16 Cooper AT tires less than a year ago, they are at about 90% tread. $850I just had the hi/lo range sensor replaced on the transfer case, the rear locker works flawlessly. $350Condition, Options and Drivetrain: The body and paint are excellent, well above average, absolutely no rust, ever, we are a very dry climate and we do not use salt here in the 4 corners area. Under the hood is a very strong 4.7 V8 engine, auto transmission, AWD etc. The non smoking heated leather interior is super nice, equipped with keyless entry, power seats, windows, locks, cruise control, tint, front/rear AC/heat, AM/FM/CD, sun roof, roof rack, running boards, fog lights and more, everything works as it should. I will have this car pro detailed before delivery, otherwise this car needs nothing, is ready to roll and will not disappoint you. Though in excellent overall condition, this is a used 18 year old SUV and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. There is some wear on the edge of the inside top of the drivers door (see photos) There is some peeling on the black window trim, a common 100 series issue (see photos) There is a small chip in the windshield that has been filled/repaired. The 2 little storage nets on the back of both front seats show some wear (see photos)The cover is missing (might be in there???) on the center console cup holder.The power windows are a little slow in the winter cold, a common cruiser issue.The seat belt in the rear center seat does not retract.The steering wheel leather showed wear so I put a nice looking leather cover over it (see photos)The rear jump seats were missing when I purchased the car. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. This car runs is a good runner but has been sitting awhile so is going to need some work to get it running. It has the Big Block 400 with a 4-Speed Manual Transmission which makes this car a blast to drive. I used to start these cars up once a month or so to keep all the seals tight and the cars running but have not been able to keep up on that for awhile. This car was a runner before I parked it and I'm sure wouldn't take much to get it going again. Maybe even just a battery. The fuel should be drained as its 4-5 years old Who knows you may replace a Fuel pump Water pump or something But a Bit of tinkering and this car is set to go the pictures were from last summer so maybe a sticker is more peeled up or some minor something but this is a Tight car that is a Orig 4spd 400 Trans Am. Drive it around and Enjoy it until you decide to pull it apart and restore it..;-) Its a great driving car. This Project will make someone a GREAT Investment car But NO you cannot hop in it and drive it to Florida... No i wouldent do it after you drained the fuel either it has not been on a trip that long in God knows how long. The exterior of this car is beautiful. It is a bright orange in color with the big black and silver bird on the hood and matching decals. The paint is in very good shape still and shines up nice. It is a little faded right now just from sitting but when buffed comes out very nice. This car does have a sunroof which someone put in and should be sealed up when restored it isnt a leaker though although im sure it will at some point. The body is very straight on this car and it doesn't have any visible rust. The previous owner installed a few extra exterior lights which you can see. Has a very cool set of aftermarket Gold Wire Wheels and a set of White Walls Tires that really give this car a unique look. They also put fender flares on the car which really makes it look unique. I have never seen them Before This is a 2 Owner car that came from Arizona and never seen the road in the winter anywhere it is ready to tinker around on...;-). Options: 400 4-Speed Aftermarket Wheels Fender Flares The interior is in really good condition on this car. It has the black interior with vinyl seats. The seats are actually in very good shape. The front seats have seat covers on them which have kept them protected. The carpets are not in that great of shape and should probably be replaced. The door panels, dash, headliner are all in very good shape for this year of car. Someone took good care of the car over the years and it shows. This car is just a rare beauty that you won't find another one like. This is a cool car that someone put some time and money into to get looking good. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Look at the Autocheck Score. Make sure and check out the Video below. This car runs great. It has the 2.5L 4cyl. engine and the motor is very strong in this car. The car fires right up, drives down the road very nice, and shifts like it is suppose to. It also gets really good gas mileage. You just can't beat these 1 Owner Cars that have such low original miles like this one only having 63K Miles on it. People that have one car for this long tend you take very good care of them and keep them maintained and running better and this car is no exception. Very clean under the hood and undercarriage. This is a 1 Owner Car with 63K Orig. Miles The exterior of this 6000 is in good condition but as you can see in the pictures and video that the clear coat is peeling on the top surfaces and the paint is slightly faded. This is one of the only things I can say bad about the car. Its a cool almost Copper in color which you just don't see very often. All of the rest of the car like trim, grill, and chrome are all in really good shape as you can see. The factory wire wheels look great and show minimal wear and are wrapped in a newer set of BFGoodrich Tires that have probably 90% tread left on them and still have titties on them.
