This fantastic 1929 Buick was in the movie "Two Bits" starring Al Pacino! "Old Blue" is as good as they come. Original interior; engine and transmission were totally rebuilt. She has won an award in all car shows she has entered. Cruises very nicely at 45 - 50 miles per hour. The touring trunk is original and has a canvas cover, that protects and adds a touch of class. She has been a show stopper in parades, and has had the privilege of taking my grandchildren to their proms, and would be great for weddings. There is also a 6-12 volt fuel pump. This Jaguar has benefitted from being covered by a warranty/service plan its whole life so has wanted for nothing. This Jaguar XK8 is a 2005 model year which received a number of cosmetic enhancements for that year including reworked nose and ground effects. The superb 300 Horsepower 4.2 V8 mated to a 6 speed ZF transmission features here which gives more power and better MPG than the previous 4.0 V8. (27.2 MPG is what I received in a similar car over an 1100 mile trip recently. I wasn't feathering the throttle pedal either. I was getting the job done! That, folks is exceptional for 4.2 V8). Very recent 'Continental' tires (at least 80% tread life remaining) all around adorn the Factory rims. The 4.2 Liter XK8 is the one to own. An absolute pleasure. This car has been inspected and found to be mechanically and electrically sound. This car is in excellent and original condition throughout and is a tribute to its previous owner. Yes folks, the car comes with 3 KEYS, 2 REMOTES the OWNERS MANUALS, THE NAVIGATION SOFTWARE and the convertible BOOT COVER, all present and correct. The paintwork is in excellent shape. So nice!!! The engine and transmission are strong and smooth and all electrical components, including the convertible top operate as they should. The convertible top itself is in excellent condition.
