A typical scenario is one in which a dealer obtains a car through a trade-in and that dealer is neither a specialist or is not allowed to sell a particular make of car. They call us, (we are not a local competitor), and we purchase the vehicle from them and make the car available online to a national market. Can I have the car mechanically inspected?It is our absolute mission for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. I am out-of-town, how will I get the car?Advanced Auto Brokers uses a fully bonded and insured transportation service that will deliver the vehicle to your door. The transport usually takes about a 10 days and costs varies depending on your location. Our transporter does offer extremely great rates; making it more cost efficient to have it transported if you are a distant customer. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please allow a few days for paperwork to be ready. Please do not expect the car to be ready for pick-up the day after the auction ends. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit should be made through PayPal. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. Paypal is generally not an acceptable form of full payment, however exceptions can be made, please contact us for details on this. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Failure to comply with terms will result in a $350 Sur Charge this pays for fees and for interest on the money tied up. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-bay and the Credit Bureau! This auction is for a 2009 Subaru Forester 2.5X AWD with 138,116 miles. Vehicle is located in Syracuse NY. The Subaru is in good condition and runs like new, all highway miles! It's a ONE OWNER, CLEAN TITLE, NO ACCIDENTS! The Forester is mechanically sound and has been meticulously maintained by the previous owner. Engine was fully serviced and has fresh oil. Tires are in good condition (60% tread remaining), but do look at the pictures to make your own assesment. The engine runs like new and transmission runs smooth. The Subaru doesn't shake or vibrate and offers a smooth ride at low or high speeds. It is guaranteed to pass any state inspection. The exterior of the Subaru is in good condition, but has some light scrathes around the body that should be seen in the provided pictures. Both quarter panels have shown signs of faded paintwork. The interior front drivers side door has some scrathes on it. Some of the seats and carpets have some stains that are seen in the pictures. The owners manual is present.
