If you watch World of Outlaws, you probably recognize this TNT Dirt Super Late Model. With only a handful of races on it, a fresh all-aluminum Chevy V8, and a ton of upgrades, it\'s a turn-key racer that\'s ready to weigh-in immediately. Usually when you buy someone else\'s race car, you get a tired machine that\'s seen better days but that\'s definitely not the case here. This car was last raced in 2009 after receiving extensive updates, and has seen only 25 outings since it was built in 2007. The body is entirely new, with a Dominator nose and fenders, ostensibly to replicate an Impala SS. Finish work is race-car typical, meaning it\'s entirely functional, and it wears a set of sponsor decals that certainly look the part. I won\'t bore you with details of its appearance, because if you know Outlaws, you know that these cars are built for abuse and being pretty isn\'t a priority, but the bottom line is that this one was recently disassembled, checked, cleaned, painted, and completely refurbished to make it race-ready. Under the skin, it\'s a 2007 TNT chromoly tube chassis with 2009 updates on the front and rear. The interior is spartan, that\'s for sure, but nobody\'s building race cars to be pretty. There\'s a new Longacre tach, a full array of gauges with warning lights, and fresh shifters for the Bert ball spline transmission. The front suspension tall TNT spindles and fresh Genesis shocks, while out back there\'s a Tiger rear with Circle Track dynamic hubs for maximum durability. It\'s ready to rock. The engine is a 700+ horsepower all-aluminum 18-degree 358 cubic inch Chevy built by Clements Automotive and recently refreshed with new rings, bearings, and gaskets. A 5-stage dry-sump oiling system keeps it healthy under all conditions, and a Willys carburetor tuned expressly for this engine has been fitted. Up front, a new double-pass radiator easily handles the cooling chores and all the plumbing is race-grade braided stainless with AN fittings. These snarling little beats can rev to more than 8000 RPM and sound amazing doing so, and this one is fitted with an MSD ignition with a dizzying 8600 RPM limiter chip in it. The wheels are 14-inch Weld wide fives with five-inch offsets wearing fresh American Racer tires, 53s up front and 56s in back. This car is fully sorted and ready to race today without anything but fuel and a driver. It has been on jackstands since 2009, with a thorough rebuild that addressed all the major systems and gave it a fresh cosmetic look. The frame has new paint, the engine has 0 hours on the rebuild, and all the important components have been checked for safety. This car is also a feature winner, not an also-ran, so you can be competitive right off the trailer. If you\'ve been looking for a way to have a ton of fun in the dirt, look no further and call today! This vehicle is located in our Atlanta showroom. The engine runs great, the brakes are good for a Model A, I think the car drives good, I just put 4 new Firestone tires on, Its just a nice Model A with a cured restoration. HISTORY: I bought the car from a guy a couple of town from me. He moved here from the Bakersfield, California area. He had a friend that owned the Model A that lived near him in California. When the friend got so old that he didn't drive the car anymore the guy that lives here bought it. He was going to make a Street Rod out of it, but decided it would be a shame to destore a nice car. He bought it here earlier this year. Lots of pictures below, just scroll down to see them all. TITLE: The title is Tennessee and says previous state of registration California. MILES: 69598 reading, but who really knows. WHO RESTORED THE CAR? I am a restorer, but did not restore this one. It was restored by someone in California. I am retired, but buy cars for resell, I do polish them, repair and inspect things. HOW IS THE ENGINE? I think it runs good, it starts good and has no rattles or knocks other than normal Model A noises. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its good, Model A Ford transmission did not have synconized first gear and the other gears don't have good ones. This transmission good, its just the way they were built. HOW ARE THE BRAKES? Good for Model A, they are manual brakes. The parking brake works. HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? I think it drives good for a 1930 Model A, they are not power steering.. HOW IS THE PAINT? It has a real good shine, I buffed it with a polish cleaner and it looks new, but its not. It does have several touched up chips. No dings or dents. HOW IS THE TOP? It real good, one conere is up a little. HOW IS THE RUNNING BOARDS? The rubber is good. CAR IS THE ORIGINAL 6 VOLTS, it has a new battery, new cutout relay and new amp meter. HOW IS THE GLASS? It is real good, no cracks, no milky places, the windshield is clear. From one angle my pictures make the glass look cloudy, it is not, its water spots on the glass, look at other pictures. REAR GLASS is the optioned roll down type. It does have some fuzz from the upholstery at the edge, I will trim it off. WINDSHIELD: Its folds out, I guess thats you air condisioning. HOW IS THE CHROME? Its all nice. HOW ARE THE TIRES? At a cost of $800 I just put 4 new Firestone wide whites on. I put new tubes and rim liners on. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good, the worst thing I see is a punched hole above the drivers head. DOES THE CAR LEAK? Model A Fords did not have rear main oil seals, people didnot worry about a drop on the dirt floor. WIPERS WORK! SPEEDOMETER WORKS! GAS GAUGE WORKS! LIGHTS were missing some 6 volt bulbs, so I have them ordered. Headlights, tail lights, cowl lights and brake lights will work when you buy the car. The optional instrument light works. The horn is not working, I will check it out. They usually just have dirty brushes. I will fix it if I can without buying a new horn. HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE THE CAR WAS RESTORED? I do not know, so I'm jsut selling it as a good looking Model A. WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303. CONTACT INFORMATION: Ron Watson cell 423-506-8987 Please no Sunday calls. direct email: [email protected] Additional Photos Warranty Information This vehicle is not a new car! My standards may not be yours, I describe it as I see it, things like engine size are based on what I am told by the past owner and my visual inspection, I don't always look for casting numbers on engines, you may see it different, "come look if it makes a difference to you. His telephone is 816-863-4299 and his email is: [email protected] SORRY: I do not do videos, I am 68 years old and sell my cars anyway, come look at it. SORRY: I do not show cars on Sunday, its a day to worship, a day to rest and a day to spend with my family. CAN I DRIVE THE CAR HOME? I never recommend driving a Classic Car home on a long trip. WITH RUMBLE SEAT....DOCUMENTED CALIFRONIA CARYear1930MakeFordModelModel AVINA4105307Mileage69598TransmissionManualEngine4 Cylinder, FLATHEAD LExterior ColorBrownInterior ColorTanTitleClearFOR YOUR CONSIDERATION I have for sale a good looking 1939 Model A Coupe with rumble seat. The Sport Coupe has the look of a convertible, but got a top that stay up, it is not a convertible. It made this way to look sporty. This is a older restoration, but the engine is fresh. I HAVE 57 PICTURES LISTING, JUST SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THEM ! VIN: A4651285 this is the number stamped on the engine block, that means its the original engine in the car. RUMBLE SEAT: Its in good condition. WIDE WHITE WALL TIRES: They look good, I see no cracks and the white is still good. DUAL SIDE MOUNT SPARE TIRES look just right. The cover are old and loose. ALL METAL BODY: It looks real solid to me. PAINT: Tan body with black fenders looks very good on this car. I consider this a driver quality paint job, by that I think it looks great, but its not perfect. The paint still shines good, I see no dents and no dings. I see several touched up chips and little defects. I see some minor checking on top of the front fenders, checking is very minor hair line cracks. The paint looks good, but it a older paint job and not that perfect roll out of the trailer show queen. CHROME: Bumpers look good, radiator shell shines like new with some very tiny pits, headlight housing are dull. TOP: No holes and the fit is fine, it has been on for a long time and has some minor stains and a couple of nicks, look at the pictures. INTERIOR: I consider it good, its just old. The steering wheel has no cracks and the floor mat good, the seat cover is good. GLASS: Clear with no cracks. ENGINE: I was told it had a fresh rebuild, but I have no documentation. I did not clean it, it looks like it just came out of the box. It runs good with no knocks or rattles other than the normal Model A noises. TRANSMISSION: 3 spedd manual that shifts good. DOES THE CAR LEAK? I have never owned a Model A that does not leave drops on the floor. They do not have a rear main seal, the floors were dirt back in the day, so a few drops was not worried about. TIRES: The 4 on the ground look good with no age cracks that I see. HORN WORKS! HEADLIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK! BOTTOM LINE: This is a good Model A, its just not a perfect fresh restoration. You are not paying for a perfect fresh car. It looks good, it runs good. WHERE IS THE CAR? MODEL A SPORT COUPE....ALL METAL....RUMBLE SEATYear1928MakeFordModelModel AVINA4651285Mileage112336TransmissionManualEngine4 CylinderExterior ColorTanInterior ColorTanTitleClearFOR YOUR CONSIDERATION: I have for sale a 1928 Model A Sport Coupe. Her at my garage in Athens, TN 37303. CONTACT INFORMATION: Ron Watson cell 423-506-8987 direct email: [email protected] This vehicle is not a new car! 1935 Ford Coupe This car is a very unique street rod that has the nostalgia look of the 50-60's era dirt modified jalopy's. They were the standard at all the tracks in many parts of the country at that time. This car was professionally built as a street rod with race car nostalgia look. The body is an original Ford steel body with factory hinged doors, hood and deck lid. The windshield still cranks out and all the windows have glass with a working windshield wiper. It has modern wiring and electronics with halogen head lamps, LED tail lamps, turn signals and a working horn. The paint has been touched up in a couple places but still looks good as a whole. The number decals will come off if you don't like the race car look but I think they give the car character. The chassis is built with late model race car technology for a solid ride and will stop on a dime as they say. It has a ford 9 inch with a an adjustable four link and adjustable coil over shocks. The front end is fully independent suspension with adjustable aluminum coil over shocks. The rack and pinion come from Sweet Mfg. with tubular control arms. It has Quick Track wide five full floating hubs with big vented disc brakes at all four corners. The wheels are new Basset chrome dirt late model wheels that I ordered not long ago. The Hoosier tires are also new within the last year and only have about 200 miles on them. The engine is a mildly built 351 Cleveland done by a professional. It has a hot rod lope, but is real throaty when idling that gets a lot of attention. It starts easily and runs smooth with a low mellow rumble with the full length headers and tuned exhaust. The trans mission is a C-4 that shifts flawlessly but will drip slightly if the car is left setting for long periods of time. The radiator is a new walker radiator with electric fan built for this car and a modern V-8 engine. No heating problems in the least. The interior is race car style with easily read instrumentation and chassis works control panel. The steering wheel comes off for easy entry and also has lap belts for security. It has Kirkey racing seats with removable inserts and a mounted fire extinguisher for looks and safety. It has a heater and air conditioner unit hidden under the front seat but has never been hooked up. The car is easy to see out of with interior rear view mirror and outside mirrors. The trunk lid is on the original hinges and the turning handle fastens it securely. It has a spun aluminum tank in the trunk and the battery is securely mounted close by. This car is a very reliable, attention getting street rod that isn't the "cookie cutter" variety you get used to seeing at the shows. When I have taken it shows the old guys say it brings back a lot of memories and the young guys want to know if I have ever hot lapped it. I am almost 70 years old, so the hot lapping is out for sure. If you want to be in a ride that gets the looks, this is it. I have described the car as honestly as I can and what you see is what you get. A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours to pay pal should the reserve be met and the car won't be released until the appropriate funds are in my account. The car is for sale locally, can be sold any time. Call Jim 316-259-6706

[email protected] 5527 Lakeview Road, Charlotte, NC, 28269, US 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda Supercharged Vipercuda Convertible 488/547 HP Viper V10 T56 6 Speed Dana 44 A/C Year: 1971 Type of vehicle title: Clear Primary color: Silver Mileage: 31 Transmission type: 6 Speed Manual Engine: Viper V10 Interior color: Black Vehicle Info Since the earliest days of hot rodding, engine swaps have served as a means for sophisticated gearheads to continually satisfy their need for more speed, better performance and less weight. But rare is the masterpiece that can so seamlessly blend two completely different vehicles as this extraordinary 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda drop-top. You see, that classic Mopar body is merely an attractive illusion as, underneath its surface, a 1995 Dodge Viper is coiled and ready to strike! Complete with a thundering 547 horsepower V10, a modern 6-speed transmission and a fully independent, track-ready suspension, this stunning Dodge, err, Plymouth is car number three of Time Machine's well-known Six Shooter Viper 'Cudas. If you're looking for a truly exceptional, truly mind-boggling muscle car, you've definitely come to the right place! Like most great cars, the idea for the Viper 'Cuda was born from a unique combination of stress and innovation. After losing his pristine Hemicuda in a divorce, the future owner of Time Machines decided to take a spin in one of his good friend's Dodge Vipers. While he was out enjoying Detroit's brawniest badass, he began thinking how nice it'd be if his remaining asset, a '71 Cuda project car, drove as well as a modern sports car. And the rest, as we say, is sweet, octane-fueled history! Starting with a clean, complete '71 'Cuda convertible, Time Machine's Hudson, Florida team gutted, stripped and removed their way through everything but this custom's front subframe, rear rockers and factory radiator cradle. After the conversion, which we'll talk more about in a few moments, every piece of the car's body was refinished to show condition using a combination of original and high quality replacement sheetmetal. And finally, once that metal was primed and ready for art, a glossy silver basecoat was topped with a matte horizontal treatment, and eventually detailed with trick Viper billboards. If you're going to build a car like this, there's no point in keeping it subtle; and this incredible topless wonder will attract a TON of attention anywhere you go! Thanks to its high dollar professional transformation, this Cuda's crisp shut lines and spectacular panel alignment present much better today than when it rolled off Chrysler's assembly line almost 42 years ago. At the front of the car a stainless-trimmed, 1971-exclusive 'Cuda grille hangs four modern headlights above a color-keyed bumper, a factory front valence and clear, sculpted parking lamps. At the top of the car a slick, AAR-style hood leads the eye to like-new glass, fresh stainless trim, and a black cloth top. At the sides of the car, shaved mirrors and shaved door handles ride above correct silver fender louvers and shaved marker lights. And at the back of the car, a satin black valence hangs like-new tail lights between a ducktail decklid spoiler, a second color-keyed bumper and centered stainless exhaust tips. The foundation for this killer build was a 20K mile 1995 Dodge Viper, which makes this Cuda's current mileage of 31,906 accurate to its drivetrain. And naturally, every bit of that snake's mechanical goodness made the transition 100% intact, with the Roe Racing supercharged V10 sending a dyno-proven 547 horsepower and a pavement-splitting 623 lb./ft. of torque to the car's fat rear wheels. It's virtually impossible to hurt one of these Viper engines as they are notoriously over-engineered and literally assembled for track time combat. And as a result, weekend warriors have been putting insane levels of boost through stock V10s for years without any difficulties what so ever. But wait, there's more. Not only does the big mill perform well, it's also highly aesthetically pleasing as the Time Machines team knew people would want to SEE the world's largest muscle car engine. And with its monochromatic valve covers, black blower hardware and brushed aluminum Viper graphics, the 488 looks like it would be right at home under the hood of a half-million dollar Italian exotic. All the donor car's original systems are intact and there's no sign of dirt, neglect, or leakage. And why would there be? This heavyweight Detroit brawler was designed and built to the same high standards as any other modern production car. It suffers none of the temperamental idiosyncrasies of the overrated imports with which its original shell competed. When you turn the key, it cranks to life swiftly and easily. And when you hit the gas, it pulls like a freight train going up a mountain! The interesting thing about Time Machines is the way they performed the Viper 'Cuda conversions. Instead of a simple engine swap, or a pro-touring style adaptation, this '71 'Cuda's body is actually mated to its Viper donor chassis as one structure. That means the view from under a lift is all supercar, all the time! At the edges of the aerodynamic floors, a beefy chassis is complete with a Borg Warner T56 6-speed manual transmission and a Dana 44 limited slip differential that's filled with stout 3.55 gears. The car's frame has been reinforced to improve precision and address concerns about cowl shake, and the cast unequal length double A-arm suspension features revised geometry, updated coil overs and factory sway bars which make the Phase II Viper a little more user-friendly. Pound on the four wheel disc brakes and they're more than up to the task of reeling in the engine's 547 horses, lap after lap. Romp on the gas and the center-exit exhaust system I mentioned earlier utilizes a dual inlet Flowmaster muffler to create a much improved roar. Throw the car into the corner, and handsome 18 inch wheels spin 275/35 front Michelin Pilot Sport performance radials in front of 335/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport performance radials. As you probably already know, this Plymouth's interior was the biggest challenge; but the car's transformation from 5-passenger muscle to 2-passenger sport is pretty much seamless in appearance. And for the most part, the conversion itself was straightforward aside from engineering correct A-pillar alignment. That's why Time Machines fabricated a special all-steel dashboard, which also happens to house the original Viper's gauges and provide the right interior proportions to fit the original Viper's seats. The transition between the car's dash and door panels is especially well done, with big Sony Xplod speakers helping to blend Viper and 'Cuda shapes until you can't even see where one ends and the other begins. The car's power window and power door lock switches were relocated to the console, and the original Viper's stubby shifter protrudes just enough to make all the right shifts. Front and center, there's just nothing like the power of an OEM climate control system, which delivers effective heat and air conditioning that no vintage or retrofit system could ever match. A fresh Sony CD player has been wired to eight more Sony Xplod speakers which are fitted in a rear cargo catch that completely eliminates the back seat, and provides a sleek top-down profile. And the trunk, which houses two Sony Xplod amplifiers behind two Optima gel cell batteries, has been completely upholstered to match the impressive interior. The sale of this well-done Mopar includes a professional dyno sheet and a couple of pieces of component literature. This awesome Viper 'Cuda is an extremely impressive road warrior that's been professionally engineered to exacting standards. It'll run the tires off a stock Hemicuda, it handles like a modern sports car. And best of all, with OEM-grade mechanicals it has the ability to be serviced at any Chrysler dealership in the world. Pro-touring has never been this chic, and if you're the kind of guy who wants something nobody else has, here's your first class ticket to exclusivity! This is LuAnne the Land Barge. We bought her this Spring and shipped her to NH to use as a second vehicle, collectible type car. I can't tell you how many compliments and smiles we have gotten, and kids LOVE the rear seats, it's an almost magical thing. The first thing I did when she arrived was to send her to my local shop where they checked her from top to bottom. I put 4 new tires, did a thorough tune up including changing wires etc, did some brake work, and changed the oil. I even found the correct hood ornament and reinstalled that. I drove LuAnne all summer on a daily basis. She runs quiet and exceptionally smooth, in fact it was kind of freaky how smooth and quiet this car is. The 3 hour drive from picking her up downstate was like that feeling you get when you're in an airplane floating in a cloud. What follows below is the previous sellers analysis of this car; I have a little more info to add - good and bad. The pictures don't really show the dent on the drivers door where someone hit a deer. The door is perfectly functional, it's just that there's a dent there, along with a small dent in the roof and some on the hood. The pictures also don't show how clean and rust free this car is. Everyone that has looked at this car has been amazed - the underside is extra clean. I had it oil undercoated even though I have no intention of ever driving it in the winter. Some things don't seem to work: the heater, the power door locks. I see no evidence of oil leaks or oil burning but the car uses a lot of oil. I also have available, included, a 91 Squire with an immaculate interior that I have begun switching out some trim and such. Has a nice running 302 with just over 100k and lots of usable parts, including the power locks and drivers door - but frame is rusted. Currently the car is put away for the winter, it has never seen salt and such, but I have pics from this summer. Don't take bigger online car-buying risks with listings that simply include vague descriptions! This listing includes detailed descriptions, videos, and verification by AutoCheck that it is a 3-owner , never wrecked, never fleet /taxi-used, above-average condition car (for it's age)! HISTORY I bought this car in May of 1998 for my wife, who wanted something roomy to haul herself along with four kids and groceries in. As far as the original history, I can only tell you that the last owner ahead of me was a Doctor in Smithfield Virginia but the 1989 Colington Harbor sticker on the front bumper and lack of the usual front license-plate moulding option suggests it was originally purchased in North Carolina. When we purchased it in 1998 it had 138,000 "ACTUAL" miles on it, according to the title. After 16 years of ownership, the odometer now reads "32183" which is 232,183 miles, or an additional 94,000 miles. That would be about 5,900 miles per year during the last 16 years and approx. 9,300 miles per year over the entire 25 years. However, I bought my wife a brand new 35+ mpg car after 7 years, so the bulk of the mileage was accumulated between 1998 and 2005. From 2006 onward, the '89 Country Squire LX saw only weekly use for short trips for a while and as a spare car for our emerging teen drivers to get to work. In July of 2003, we bought a second Country Squire - a 1991 with 159,000 miles on it. With six licensed drivers in the household, having two of these cars filled a need. Since I was in charge of maintenance and most of the repairs, having virtual "twins" had its advantages when it came to having practice at certain jobs. Both cars suffered identical door-lock and power window failures in exactly the same sequences at the same years in each car's life! It helped to have already replaced power window motors, water pumps, alternators, heater cores, etc. on one car and know what was involved in a dealer-rebuild of the steering gearbox by the time the symptoms appeared on the second. In 2007, my second-oldest daughter spun the 1991 Ford into an embankment after drifting off of the pavement into a shoulder-rut and over-correcting in an attempt to recover. It was towed back to our place and after removing the debis from the fan, I drove it under its own power to our remote driveway and parked it for good. The chassis was buckled from the impact and the tailgate had been forced open from inside by a heavy wooden platform that was being transported in the cargo area. I decided to keep the car for possible parts. It had just had new exhaust and $1000 worth of work done to the power steering before the accident. With the tailgate compromised, I decided to remove and dry-storage the back doors in a shed. I also began stripping the still-functional engine down to the block. It is currently a fully rolling chassis with four inflated tires. Since 2010, all our kids have moved away and started families of their own. The surviving 1989 Country Squire has seen very little use since except an occasional trip to the gas station or recycling center only 5-10 miles rountrip each. My wife and I currently have 3x late model 30+mpg daily-use cars at our disposal and have little use for an 8-passenger wagon. Please Read the Following Descriptions Carefully and Review the Videos Before Submitting Questions:(I have tried to include as much detail about the car as possible) CONDITION1989 FORD COUNTRY SQUIRE LX The engine (SEE VIDEO LINK BELOW>>>) was treated with Prolong shortly after purchase in 1999. It runs smooth, strong and quiet. It does not burn oil, rattle or clatter. I drove it about 20 miles at highway speeds just this week and it runs great. Plugs, distributor, wires etc. have not been replaced since 2008. Although it currently runs just fine, a tune-up with fresh parts couldn't hurt. I have monitored the area where I park and not noticed any leakage underneath, nor any significant oil consumption between oil changes. I have a video on YouTube of the engine running and a walkaround to the exhaust. Please keep in-mind that camera microphones do not respond well to wind and the buffeting from the fan is not avoidable when bringing the video directly into the engine compartment. http://youtu.be/USGDEKalPl0 engine running hood up and walkaround to tailpipe The transmission - shifts smoothly without any jerkiness. Fluid is clean and level. I am not aware of any noticable leaks. The body is rust-free with a straight frame. The paint is in fairly good condition for 25 years but looks best at about 10 feet. It might be possible to do some polishing and touchup to bring it back but it is not worn-through or blistered anywhere as was fairly common for all but the most garage kept wagons. The major defects are on the driver's side and mostly around the front door. In 2000, 10 point buck (deer) tried to cross the road in front of us on the way home on night about 14 years ago. We managed to brake and avoid hitting him head on, but the deer's hooves slipped on the pavement and he ran into our door. The body dented the doorskin and his hooves left two dents in the lower anodized body moulding. Initially, it caused the door to bind on the edge of the front fender, so I removed the fender, corrected the door mounting and was able to undo some of the doorskin denting but it is a long way from being cosmetically "pretty". However, it closes and seals well and is otherwise just cosmetic. There is also a small indent on the roof, about 8" back from the windshield where a piece of tree-limb struck it. Otherwise, this is still a very presentable and restorable body. The Interior is exterior-matching red velour. The headliner, carpets, and door panels are in very good condition. There are original floor mats which have taken 25 yrs of use and they are in fair condition. The seats do not have any rips or holes. However, there are pouches on the front seatbacks which the kids abused back in the day. They could use some attention if someone wants the interior perfect. Also, the rear seat was left folded down in the cargo-hauling position for several months and the local ambient humidity corroded some of the chrome plating on the seatbelts and left a few small patches of residue on the velour. It might be possible to brush or shave this off, but I haven't attempted it. The folding "jump seats" are color-matched vinyl and the covers are in little-used condition. Radio - Is Ford's original 2-part "Premium Sound" cassette with an amplifier near the spare tire compartment. The display is badly faded, bass/treble/balance/fader controls are stuck and won't rotate. I recall the cassette had slipping issues. Otherwise, it will tune stations and has a usable sound. The power antenna motor runs but doesn't retract the mast. Climate Control - was Ford's deluxe Automatic CC as used in the Lincoln Town Car. Early on, something in the complex control system failed so that the A/C and heat work fine but the fan only works on HIGH blower and a vacuum hose under the dash has to be switched seasonally to allow for heat. The A/C is the original Freon R12 system that was banned in 1996. It has not been recharged or modified and still blows cold. Central Door Locks - failed about 10 years ago - One door at a time. The motors were $150 a peice already then. We decided we could unlock a lot of doors for $750. (Ironically the door locks also failed in exactly the same order at the same age on the '91 Wagon two years later!) Cruise Control - Believe it or not, I just tested it the other day and it STILL WORKS! Windows - all had their motors replaced and regulators lubricated in 2005. The front windshield is free of cracks and chips. The rest of the glass is in good condition and everything opens and closes / seals as it should. Tailgate - window rolls down and up. New Ford tailgate window-gasket was installed in 2000. It locks / unlocks. The internal linkage that allows the tailgate to convert from swinging door to drop-gate is not currently working. The door swings but does not drop. I don't know if there are salvagable internal parts in the '91 tailgate that could correct this or not. Lights and Horn - all working. The two outboard 4x6" headlamps are an H4 conversion that use a replaceable H4 Hi/Low Beam halogen bulb instead of the OEM 4651 sealed-beam. They can be reverted back to 4651's by reversing two wires in the headlight connetor plug. The H4 was meant to be a mild custom with better photometrics. All parking, brake, turn signal, sidemarker, and license plate lamps are functional. Multiple horns had been added over the life of the car. There are currently 4x horns with 2x apparently non-functional and therefore disconnected. The 2x functioning horns provide a nice HI /LOW fanfare. Wipers - are a typical electrical system weakness for this era Fords, but these are currently working fine. Power Mirrors - both working from driver's side remote control as designed Speedometer / Odometer - and trip-set are fully functional. However, due to a typical problem with a throttle linkage clip that comes off, descends into it, and tears it up, the transmission was replaced prior to 1998 with a rebuilt one and it apparently has the wrong number of teeth on the speedometer output gear for an '89 wagon. As a result the speedometer is about 5 mph? too slow at 55 mph. Everyone here simply learned to drive with the speedo indicating a few miles under the desired speed and no one ever got a speeding ticket in this car. As I understand it though, it is "fixable" with the right gear - we just never bothered. Automatic Level Control - to the best of my knowledge, the pump still kicks in periodically when the car is unlevel due to parking terrain or added weight in the cargo area. New hi-pressure load levelers were installed several years ago. Shocks and suspension - seem to be fine. However, the Antique / Historical registration no longer requires a yearly State-certified professional inspection. Rubber bushings and such can deteriorate even without adding miles. I did not detect anything in the ride or handling of the car, nor did I notice anything critical when I did the brake repair. Exhaust System - is the factory single exhaust with 2x catalytic converters. The system is currently tight with no leaks . It is also whisper quiet. SEE the 1st VIDEO at the walkaround to the tailpipe. At some point in 16 years, I believe both cats were replaced. ( I recall because the muffler shop had EPA paperwork that had to be filled out each time because aparently the Fed believed at some point that there was no forseeable reason why a stainless steel cased cat should fail and therefore some sort of report had to be filed everytime one was removed and disposed of. The complete system with muffler, from the cats to the tailpipe, was replaced less than a 1000 miles ago with an "aluminized system". (This was one step better than a standard all-steel exhaust but less expensive than stainless steel.) I have been asked about the THRUSH muffler sticker on the tailgate, as to whether it has a loud aftermarket exhaust. It does NOT. I had installed a thrush muffler myself, at some point in 16 years, prior to the professionally-installed complete system. The sticker remains, the Thrush muffler DOES NOT. Gear Indicator - below the speedo has a cable or clip issue and does not accurately display which gear the shifter is in. We have simply counted the number of "bumps" clockwise when moving the shifter rather than taking apart the dash or column to attempt to correct this. Fuel Gauge / Low Fuel Lamp - Permanently indicates E and the yellow "Low Fuel" lamp stays on due to a failed sending unit in the gas tank. This happened about 2004 and the replacement part was already No Longer Available back then. We have had to rely on the odometer trip set, the trip computer, and remain conscious to top the tank off regularly. The average MPG was about 17 City and 24 highway. All Other Dash Lamps / Gauges -such as turn signal indicator, high beam, etc. are functional. Warning indicators such as Check Engine, Oil, Alt, Hot Engine, etc. illuminate and cycle with the engine ignition as they should. Tires / Wheels - still have enough tread to pass a state motor vehicle inspection, but they are at least 6 years old and should be replaced. As the LX model it came standard with the deluxe turbine (finned) alloy rims. The factory original with raised "SPARE SPARE SPARE" lettered tread and the factory jack and lug wrench are still stowed in the tire compartment in the cargo area. Steering - is still the same one-finger, no-effort, typical Ford P/S that it always has been since 1989. No pulling or drifting. The steering wheel is straight. No leaks, groaning, or belt chirping when applied. The steering gearbox, pump, and hoses were replaced at a local Ford dealer about 6 years after we got the car and it has been perfect ever since. Brakes - seemed more sensitve than usual during the recent drive. I assumed it might be a good idea to replace the front padas a matter of course. Upon inspection, I decided to go ahead replace the calipers, pins, pads, and flex-hoses, as the calipers seemed a bit sluggish to rebound after release of the brake pedal. I also flushed / bled the brake fluid. Nice pedal response without binding, pulling, chatter, squeal, or fade. Service Repair / Parts Record and Reciepts - as I mentioned, the car was purchased for my wife as the kid-carrier and grocery getter - just the typical "family car". . We never had any intention of someday reselling the car as some kind of a valuable classic. There was never any hint that we would still own the car 16 years later and that someday, a buyer would be interested in a 12 year old receipt! Shop reciepts and records, as well as auto-parts store reciepts went into the glovebox as long as they were needed for the warranties of those parts or that service. As they aged, and were no longer relevant, they were disposed of. Towing / Hauling - this car does NOT HAVE A FORD TOWING PACKAGE INSTALLED featuring an auxilliary oil or transmission cooler, does NOT have a trailer lamp wiring, and has NEVER had any kind of holes drilled or frames welded to the back of the car for towing. That could be considered a positive asset to the car as these features COULD be retrofitted but up to-date, this Country Squire has never been subjected to the additional stresses on the frame or drivetrain of pulling a heavy boat or trailer. Use / Driving Conditions - We live in a rural suburb about 15 miles from any shopping centers etc. My wife as the almost sole -operator, was in her mid-thirtees to early fourties and has still to-date never had a ticket or been involved in an accident of any kind. She is a non-smoker. The car has never been smoked in during the 16 years we have owned it. As previously mentioned, the car saw mostly 35 mph rural secondary and 55mph local highway steady-speed driving and a few longer local trips to nearby cities within a 50-mile radius. It has rarely seen congested stop-and-go city / commuter type traffic. My children, as passengers, were taught to be exceptionally respectful of personal property and with exception of the seatback storage pockets that did not benefit from attempts to store toys in them, there are no food, gum, or dirt stains on the interior. The carpets (under the mats) are virtually immaculate. While the occasional home-improvement store purchase was transported, it was never abuse or treated like a pick-up truck. During the few months that my son used the car to travel to and from his job in-town, the vehicle's condition, mileage, and fluid levels were carefully monitored, and he was constantly reminded of his obligation to return the car to us each day in proper condition or lose his driving privileges. So while the odometer reflects 232,000 miles, they have been primarily "highway miles". Additional Videos:http://youtu.be/nuMLttaaEvY(radio, horn, windows, lights demo and passing views of the interior) http://youtu.be/iOy3y7w_t9o(remote mirrors demo) http://youtu.be/0kpU9EwddiM(tailgate demo) Overall - This car has remained in good driveable condition. The engine starts and runs quiet and strong without smoking or leaking. I recently found the brakes seemed a bit sensitive, so I checked and found some tendency to bind at the front calipers. The front calipers and pins, as well as new brake pads and flex hoses have all been replaced just this month to insure that there are no pending driveablilty issues. Otherwise, it starts, accelerated, turns, and stops as it should. Things like front brake rotors, wheel bearings, alternator, water pump, belts, throttle position sensor, EEC relay, fuel pump relay, power steering pump and hi pressure hose, steering gearbox rebuild, aluminized y-pipe exhaust / muffler / tailpipe, and other countless things have been done within the last 6-8 years when there was very little annual mileage accumulated. In the last four years it has become increasingly clear that we simply no longer have a need for this car. I have no intention of giving it a way or donating it. NADA lists the low retail for this car at a bit over $1,500. I believe this is still a good car with plenty of miles left as-is or a good platform for a restoration. "High" Mileage an Issue???Keep in mind that Crown Victoria's were used by most State and local police departments for the first 80-100K miles and then auctioned off as taxi's to go another 250K miles!! Also, the 5.0L 302V8 has been one of Ford's most durable. highest mileage engines ever! This LTD Crown Vic Country Squire LXwas Prolong treated in 1998 and has always had Mobil1. Finished in White with Blue MB Tex, the car has both tops, and runs and drives very well. It features the legendary v8 and rugged Mercedez reliability. The SL Mercedez in arguably one of the finest cars ever made. From its inception in the 50's to today these cars have filled a niche at the top of the Mercedez line that will endure forever. They handle well, ride comfortably, and perform exceptionally well. These are cars that can go 100 MPH all day long! The third series model ran from 1973 to 1989 and are now starting to gain the attention of collectors-a low mile car recently sold at auction for over $100k so prices have started to escalate. These early examples without impact bumpers are very hard to find and are likely to be among the most desirable "Tank Roadsters" as the market matures. They exhibit the classic lines of the earlier cars while having a lot of very nice features that make them a lot more drivable. These cars are good for hundreds of thousands of miles and don't let those nay sayers fool you- sure parts aren't cheap but they rarely ever break! I have always been an Italian Car Collector and sort of poopooed the teutonic German Marques such as Mercedez and BMW, but my 3.0cs changed my mind about Bimmers and my SL is quite simply the best car I have ever had. (I have had a lot of cars) . This car has had a lot of recent upgrades and sensitive restoration performed, it is fully sorted mechanically and is cosmetically ready for any show one would wish to take it to. Books, tools, and extensive records accompany the car. The car features the Euro Headlights, another rare feature which really make the car look beautiful. Now is the time to buy one of these! All cars have an inverted bell curve of value and we are already on the upswing side of the curve on these little numbers! Its almost too late to get a good Pagoda reasonably, don't wait until these are out of range. We have many more photographs of this car, please click on any image to be taken to our full-size image list! After fierce debates, the Board of Management finally decided to produce the R 107 ( R for roadster ), as the 1971 SL was internally called, on June 18, 1968 . One of the crucial questions was whether the roadster should rather become a coupe with sunroof because alarming news concerning the safety – and type approval – of open-top cars had arrived from the USA : it was touch and go for them, and history has shown that they did, in the end, go. The Board's decision in favor of a roadster with removable hardtop was therefore a fundamental, future-oriented decision, entirely owing to the then Chief Engineer, Dr. Hans Scherenberg, who had vehemently fought for this concept. "The SL gave me a lot of pleasure, but also a lot of trouble. It was not an easy job," he summarized that memorable meeting at a later stage. Béla Barényi's safety concept with crumple zones front and rear and the rigid passenger cell – the three-box principle – was also incorporated in further developed quality in the 1971 SL. Unlike its predecessor, the R 107's backbone was not just a shortened and reinforced sedan floor but an independently designed frame/floor unit with an enclosed propeller shaft tunnel and box-shaped cross and side members, their special feature being different sheet metal gauges for deformation to a predefined pattern. The SL was to be designed by all means as an open-top car without a Targa bar for appearances' sake, so the only safety features for the roadster in the event of a rollover were the A-pillars with the windshield between them. So these pillars were newly developed from the ground up to acquire a strength that was 50 percent higher than in the predecessor. The windshield was bonded to the frame to increase strength. This provided for a remarkable level of resistance in the roof drop test – which meant that the open-top car acquired the safety experts' approval in the USA even without a Targa bar. It goes without saying that the rear screen in the hardtop was also bonded in. Ground-breaking innovations were also incorporated in the interior. The conventional – hard – dashboard was replaced by an ingeniously designed sheet metal construction: both the upper and knee-impact sections were foam-padded and yielded on impact. Another new feature was the four-spoke steering wheel, designed on the basis of the accident researchers' latest findings. Nevertheless, customers all over the world did not rush to the showrooms to order the new SL with safety in mind. They were attracted by the offer of a perfectly balanced open-top car – the only one of its kind built for years to come and attractive for that reason alone. Its distinctive front end with a dominant SL face, broad-band headlamps and ribbed turn signal lenses gave the car a powerful appearance; the low silhouette featured harmonious lines no matter whether the car was open, closed or fitted with its hardtop, and the slightly concave trunk lid was reminiscent of the Pagoda era. Ribbed, dirt-deflecting broad-band rear lights gave the rear end a strong, masculine touch. The "fastest" soft-top of all cabriolets and roadsters – a further refined design of the Pagoda version – was highly conducive to comfort and ease of operation: the process of opening or closing took a mere 30 seconds. As customary in SL roadsters by then, the soft-top vanished under a cover when folded down. From the start of production, the 1971 SL boasted the 3.5 liter eight-cylinder engine which had celebrated its premiere in the 280 SE 3.5 coupe and cabriolet in 1969 and had since been praised to the skies. Its 200 hp at 5800 rpm helped the SL – which weighed as much as 1600 kilograms – to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in nine seconds. Its top speed: 212 km/h. A number of detail features turned life in and with this car into a pleasurable experience. Right from the start, the seats were fitted with head restraints and seat belts. A highly responsive heating and novel air channeling in the area of the doors enhanced well-being and physiological safety. Dirt-deflecting moldings on the A-pillars and exterior mirrors enhanced visibility in poor weather. The windshield wipers, centrally arranged close to each other, swept a remarkable 70 percent of the windshield, were aerodynamically efficient and did not lift off at high speeds. Since 2003 we have worked hard to "change the way collector cars find new homes" by providing unparralleled web presentation of the cars we are representing. Most of our cars have over 30 photographs, and these can be viewed by visiting our website (our eBay handle dot com), or by clicking on any of the photographs in the black background area of our EBay listings. We welcome your call with any questions about any of our listings at anytime at 800-837-9902 and certainly encourage your personal inspection of any of the cars we are selling-just call us and we will be happy to set up an appointment for your to see and test drive the car. We realize that eBay is a difficult venue to properly evaluate an item as complex as an automobile. You can feel secure bidding with confidence on any of our cars since we guarantee your satisfaction! Should you win the auction and come to see the car and decide you do not want it for any reason, no negative feedback will result, any deposit you may have paid will be cheerfully refunded. So if you're one of those guys who insists that the best Jeep of all went out of production thirty years ago, then this 1979 CJ7 delivers that old-school 4x4 experience with a traditional desert paint job that's about six different kinds of cool. The look is unmistakable, from the round headlights flanking the upright 7-bar grille, to the open doors to the roll bar behind the front seats. The paint is fresh, done in a matte-finish desert tan using single-stage urethane so it's easy to maintain and black decals on the hood give it a military-spec vibe. There's no rust in the usual spots above the rear wheel wells, and diamond plate trim along the rockers and on the rear corners makes it nearly bulletproof off-road. The paint is good, but no so perfect that you'll be afraid to take it out and have some fun in the dirt, and it wears correct rubber fender flares for the oversized tires. Other upgrades include a custom front bumper with brush guard, two additional driving lights, and tubular step bumpers that make it easy to climb aboard. The rear bumper is a matching tubular unit and there's a heavy-duty spare tire carrier out back with a full-sized fifth wheel and tire assembly, just in case. Inside, if you can touch it, it's new. The high-back buckets wear fresh seat covers, there's a weatherproof, lockable center console, and rubber floors that can be hosed out after a day of fun. That Grant GT steering wheel looks a lot nicer than anything we've seen in a stock CJ, and it fits well and feels great in your hands. Even the single round speedometer shows crisp markings and a bright pointer, and recent auxiliary gauges were added just to its right. An AM/FM/CD stereo head unit that sounds good out on the trail and there are some heavy-duty floor mats underfoot. The removable hard top, bikini top, and half doors are all in excellent condition and show very little wear since they were installed. The 258 cubic inch inline-six was AMC's workhorse, making plenty of torque and so reliable that it would get you home from just about anywhere the Jeep would take you. You'd think that a Jeep would spend a lot of time in the dirt, but the ultra-clean engine bay says otherwise. The hardware is rugged as hell, simple, and easy to service, with a heavy-duty air cleaner for off road fun and a big radiator for low-speed operation without any worries. This one is neatly detailed with bright red paint on the air cleaner and valve cover, and both power steering and power brakes are part of the package. A 3-speed manual transmission and 2-speed transfer case allow this Jeep to practically idle up the side of a hill, and with a heavy-duty off-road suspension it's highly capable in the rough stuff. New wiring certainly helps in the reliability department, and the frame and undercarriage is ultra-solid with no evidence of abuse. Black painted steel wheels look sharp against the fresh tan paint and wear recent radials that are a nice combination of capability and comfort. So if you're an old-school Jeep lover, you won't find a cleaner, fresher CJ7 than this. With a bunch of smart upgrades, it's ready to have fun in the sun. [email protected] 5527 Lakeview Road, Charlotte, NC, 28269, US 1980 Toyota PPI Trophy Truck 015 Restored & Ready To Race Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Baja 500/1000 Trophy Truck Year: 1980 Type of vehicle title: Clear Primary color: Black Mileage: 27 Transmission type: 5 Speed Automatic Engine: 302 V8 Interior color: Vehicle Info In 1983, Toyota joined forces with Precision Preparation, Inc. (PPI) in an effort to diversify their motorsports portfolio. This partnership lead to, among other successes, an off-road racing team that dominated the Mickey Thompson Off-Road Stadium Series while accumulating 27 wins and seven championships in the SCORE Desert Series. Though the team was comprised of many talented hands, legendary off-road racer Ivan "Ironman" Stewart stole the spotlight. A 2006 inductee in the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame, Stewart earned his nickname by completing entire desert races without a navigator or relief driver. His efforts lead to several records including most all-time MTEG wins (17) and most Baja 500 wins (17). For 17 years, PPI and Stewart ruled the intensely competitive world of off-road racing, even taking first at the 1998 Baja 1000. That victory, along with four Baja 500's were accomplished using chassis number 015. Built in 1993 to replace PPI's aging 010 chassis, the 015 would become the Master's thesis and, ultimately, final product of a remarkably successful off-road team. Fresh out of an extensive restoration performed by the very hands that built it originally, RK Motors Charlotte is proud to offer the once in a lifetime opportunity to own one of Baja's most famed competition vehicles. At the core of this truck is an aluminum 302 cubic inch V8. Loosely based on the 1UZ-FE Lexus engine. The race version retains the DOHC/four-valve configuration but little else. Though the component list features familiar names such as JE Pistons and Carrillo Rods, every internal part has been custom built to PPI's specifications. Fuel is pulled from a custom 42 gallon fuel cell and distributed by eight EFI throttle bodies controlled by a Weber/Redline ECU. With a 13:1 compression ratio, the mill is good for over 550hp with a flat torque range from 4,000 to 7,500 rpm. Exhaust is channeled through a tuned stainless steel Borla system with USFS-approved spark arrestors. At idle, the truck is surprisingly quiet but a quick blip of the throttle ensures this is a purebred racer. Backing the aluminum powerplant is a custom PPI transaxle utilizing a 5-speed Hewland VGC 200 gear selection box often seen in GTP racing. With a vehicle capable of doing in excess of 135mph across the dunes, the suspension had to be tough. The front and rear both utilize a double A-arm setup featuring PPI coil overs with internal position sensitive shocks that can be tuned for compression and rebound. Only the rate of the Eibach springs varies between the two ends. The setup is good for a total of 22 inches of travel, making small jumps a simple matter. When the desert roads wind, steering is kept light thanks to a PPI V2 power rack and pinion with ram assist. This setup feels more natural to turn at low speeds than many of the smaller race cars we've seen. Braking power is distributed to a four wheel disc setup utilizing PPI rotors, Brembo calipers and a Tilton master cylinder. The whole setup rides on sturdy PPI custom 17" x "7 48-bolt beadlock wheels wrapped in tall BF Goodrich 37" x 17" T/A KR's. Inside, the driver is placed in the center of a hand fabricated aluminum chassis. Despite the middle seat configuration, control layout is familiar with all instrumentation directly in front of the driver and the gear selector positioned to the right. The left hand side of the dash is dominated by toggle switches that control the twelve Hella HID spotlights used to illuminate the desert at night. The right side contains switches for the ignition, fuel pump, fans and other traditional pieces most enthusiasts are familiar with. Overall, the interior is far less restrictive than most race vehicles with plenty of room on either side of the seat. The seat itself is a heavily padded Mastercraft piece with a Simpson four-point harness keeping the driver in place during tough landings. With such long stretches of track performed at once, the driver has to be prepared for anything. The truck is well supplied with a tool kit, Maglite, and hydration system all within arms reach. With the exception of additional lighting, the trucks carbon/kevlar shell has been restored to its appearance at the Baja 2000. For that race, Ivan Stewart was paired with fellow off-road icon Larry Roeseler who drove the second leg of the race. Both names are featured on the #11 number tag behind the cab. Though the composite body has seen a few different paint schemes, this one is an accurate representation of the truck's final competition appearance. All paint and bodywork was performed by former PPI employee Chris Hukill of Hukill Paint and Graphics. As noted earlier, the extensive restoration of this truck to race ready form was performed at TM1 Motorsports by many of the hands that originally built the truck at PPI. The build was watched closely by off-road racing fans and extensively documented by both RK Motors Charlotte and TM1 Motorsports. There are countless pictures of the overall build as well as videos of the freshly rebuilt engine cutting its teeth on the dynometer. The final product was shot by Dirt Sports Magazine as part of their "Masterpiece in Metal" series before being tested in Barstow by the Ironman himself. That testing session plus the full back-story of the truck are covered in a detailed video produced to celebrate the restoration Also Included in the sale are irreplaceable items such as the original chassis blueprints, along with a treasure trove of new replacement parts including: 5 quarter panels2 fenders4 cab sides 1 hood1 roof1 brush guard8 sets of bead locks for wheels5 mounted wheels49 unmounted wheels7 boxes of assorted parts If you want to enter a vintage event or even the Baja 1000, go in with confidence. If you break something, there is very likely a replacement within this collection. Motorsports enthusiasts would likely agree that it's difficult to look at this truck without envisioning it airborne and covered in dust, with the Ironman at the wheel. Built and driven by the best, 015 is a truly significant piece of off-road history worthy of anchoring any collection. In the days of pre-fab racers, hand built masterpieces like this are becoming increasingly more valuable. We submit that this is arguably the most significant truck in the history of off-road racing. To own such a piece of history is a once in a lifetime opportunity-don't wait! About This Auction Please note that all sales are binding and final. The truck was likely used in oil and gas or construction, but it hasn't been abused. It was more of a foreman's truck and although it's seen some dirt roads, this isn't a gravel yard pig. The truck came in looking and running nice and needed very little. We've had it through the shop, serviced it, oil, filter, and gone over brakes, suspension, etc. It drives super straight, motor sounds good, no leaks, paint and body appear all original and it hasn't seen road salt. The truck is very well equipped and tow ready. If you want a nice late model diesel and don't see the light in spending 50 grand this is a sound choice. exterior The paint and body on this pickup are in good shape overall. It has good gloss, no rust, hail, body damage or obvious dings/bad scratches. It's a used truck and not perfect, but it looks just as it should for the age and mileage. The truck has a clean Carfax and appears original, we don't think it's had any body work done. The doors all open and close easily and everything seems to line up well. The wheels are a bit scratched up and could use a polish. The tires have good even tread all the way around, they're the correct size, nice to know it hasn't had 35"s on it tearing up the suspension. (We'll leave that to you.) We replaced the 2 missing center caps. There's a few small bumps in the rear bumper from trailering up. The bed side has a few small dings, cab has light road wear on the lower rockers front and rear, and it has a few small superficial scratches. Overall though, it's nice and most people would be proud to drive it. There's a gooseneck hitch in the bed, ready for your towing needs. interior The interior is clean and well detailed. It has nice upholstery no rips or badly worn spots. It doesn't smell like smoke inside and I'm picky. The dash, doors, headliner all very presentable with only a few little marks. The truck is loaded with options, power everything, power sliding rear window, built in brake control, aftermarket stereo, etc, and all seems to be in good working order. It's a comfy truck to ride in, I can't find much to complain about there. mechanical We received this pickup in good operating order. It's been through our shop, changed the oil, filter, a speed sensor, checked over brakes, belts and hoses. The trans fluid is bright red and it shifts easy, 4x4 works fine, no drivability issues, front end is nice and tight and it's not a rattle box going down the road. I've been driving this pickup the last few days and have been very comfortable in it. The motor sounds good, it's well mannered and just feels like someone enjoyed it. comments This is a neat truck and a good rig. Feel free to call me with ?s. 720-515-5285. It should also pass emissions anywhere. Denver Fleet Charges $249 Dealer Handling / Transfer on all Ebay Sales. We know you expect us to be reasonable and we expect the same of you. Payment/Titles We're easy to get along with, but we need to know if you need special payment accommodation before you purchase. Our terms are flexible, so if you need time to either pickup the vehicle or extended payment terms all you need is ask. For several reasons, we do not accept American Express. Titles are generally sent registered mail, and we are running roughly 2-3 weeks title delivery at present. IF YOUR SITUATION requires that a title is expedited quicker than this PLEASE ADVISE us prior to arranging payment / purchase. Delivery/Shipping Pick it up: We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup. The airport is about 20 minutes from our shop. We do not offer airport pickup on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday we do not have a driver, and Sunday we are closed by law, no exceptions! There are no additional charges for pickup. Ship it: We have a local shipping company that we've done business with for many years and they have reasonable pricing. You can also visit Dependable Auto Shippers, their local terminal is pretty close to us, so we can drop the vehicle there free of charge. Call us for a shipping quote if you need one. Please do not make important plans that hinge on transportation. Shipping vehicles is a very fluid procedure that dedepends on many people and many factors including mother nature, road hazards, automotive break downs, and some might say: the all mighty. Financing Options Denver Fleet can provide financing for customers with good credit in Colorado only. We do have a few options for out of state financing for well qualified applicants. Often, your best bet is to visit your local credit union and you'll have no problem obtaining a loan for an out of state vehicle. There are several online companies that offer financing as well, just Google 'vehicle financing' or 'auto loans' At 5.99% with $0 down for 60 months, each $1,000 costs you roughly $19.32 per month. There are institutions lending as low as 1-3% for highly qualified customers. Dealer Disclosure (more fine print you should probably read) We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be. Please examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement. Denver Fleet reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle, even when the reserve has been met. Denver Fleet also reserves the right to end the auction early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions. It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes at our dealership, but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $249 transfer and handling fee that applies to all sales both in state and out. Again, all vehicles are for sale locally, and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned, the buy it now option is always a good idea. In very rare instances, the vehicle is being sold locally while someone has pressed the buy it now.
