Description:It's been a great driving car, very reliable, starts every time. Clean title, will need to be registered in your state, tags expired in May 2015. Car is in Oxnard, California, but registered in Virginia. Miles are mostly highway miles, to and from work. RUNS GREAT, economical, gets around 20 mpg. Selling because we needed a van, which we have now, and don't use the car. Recent work done or new items on the car: 4 new tires, new water pump, fittings and hoses; new thermostat, new alternator and serpentine belt, new battery. Detractors. Gas gauge isn't true, at half a tank it is at empty. Full to half is how you have to gauge it, but it does use the whole tank of gas. But does not effect it's reliable features. Clunk in the front right wheel, but had it looked at, no big deal, it makes a little noise when you hit bumps. Everything is in good working order. Except the heater fan only works on high position, AC blows cold. GOOD STUFF Huge trunk, lots of storage, electronic key ring that opens all 4 doors for easy entry. Reliable, starts right up. Ready to drive today. Paint is in excellent condition, no rust, everything that was wrong on the car has been fixed. Well maintained. For sale: 2004 Dodge Stratus SE. The Bad: Car is in "Limp Mode". Will not shift out of 2nd gear. Was told it could be speed sensors or Transmission Control Module (TCM). Will need front brakes and rotors also. Back passenger side window is slow to go up and down. The good: Starts and runs great besides shifting issue. Good tires, valid Pa inspection thru 3/16. Heat and AC works. Clean interior along with body does have some rust spots. Car was in an accident 10/2005 right side.I have the vehicle history report. Can provide copy if interested.
