The Story:This Excursion Limited is a recent trade in, adult owned, no smoking, kids or pets. The underside of this SUV is very clean, never any rust (see photos)The previous owner took excellent care of this rig, always used Valvoline oil, stayed on top of all maintenance issues and it shows.This rig starts, runs, drives and stops excellent in every way, very tight, lots of power, smooth and quiet, is in great considtion for its age and will make someone very happy. Options and Drive train:This big rig is equipped with a powerful 6.8L Triton V10, auto trans, ice cold front/rear AC, power windows/locks, tint, heated leather, 3rd row seating, parking sensors, DVD, tow package with trailer brakes, heated mirrors, keyless entry, roof rack, running boards and more. I just replaced all of the brakes with 4 new rotors/pads, new windshield, 4 brand new Pathfinder AT radial tires on alloy wheels. I just gave it a fresh Valvoline oil change/filter service, it's turn key and ready to roll. Though in excellent overall condition, this a used 17 year old 4x4 SUV and there are some to be expected imperfections. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback and no one likes surprises. Right now 3 of 4 door locks do not operate (they move a little, just not enough) from the switch, this is a very common Ford issue. I can't decide if I should leave this to the new owner or take care of it myself which will raise my bottom line. Please call me and Ill explain further. There is a small ding in driver's door, a few little chips here and there as you would expect (see photos) There is a little wear damage on the side of the drivers seat, a common issue (see photos) my upholstery guy can repair for $150, talk to me if interested There is a tiny hole on the base of the passenger seat (see photos) The paint is peeling from UV exposure on the rear hatch cross piece, a very common Excursion issue (see photos) I notice that the temp/compass above the rear view mirror is not lit up, I will check the fuses etc. and try to find out why. The paint has peeled off in places inside both rear doors, also a very common excursion issue (see photos) Every white Excursion, Expedition and Crew Cab Ford I have ever owned has had this issue, can only be seen when the doors are open. The Story: This is a very hard to find Cummins/6 Spd drive-train combo quad cab truck. This rig was used as a work truck but it was adult owned, never abused, non smoking and very well maintained. This truck has some dents, dings and scratches as you would expect from a work truck but is very tight mechanically. This truck starts, runs, shifts, drives and stops excellent in every way, it is a good tight, string running rig and it will not disappoint you. Options and Equipment: Has a very powerful 5.9L Cummins engine, 6 spd trans, 4WD, power windows/locks, tilt, AC, heated/power mirrors, keyless entry, cruise, fog lights, tow package, receiver hitch, seats 6, very clean non smoking gray cloth interior, good glass, a good set of matched Cooper AT tires on alloy rims and never any rust (still has factory frame stickers, see photos underneath) We installed 2 new batteries, gave this truck a full safety inspection, oil/filter change, checked all fluids, air filter, inspected the brakes and undercarriage, has been professionally cleaned inside etc. This is a used 11 year old work truck and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. The Story: I have owned Land Cruisers (1959-2005, all models) for more than 30 years, I think they are some of the finest vehicles to ever roam this planet. This Land Cruiser is my wife's current daily driver so the miles will increase a little day by day. This SUV was locally owned, adult driven, never off road, no pets, no smoking etc. Because this car hauls my family I have been extremely proactive with repairs and maintenance. I had a full safety inspection done the day I brought it home, below is a list of what has been done in the last year. Please note, my mechanic is a 17 yr ASE certified master tech, not some dude out back under a tree.Repair List:At 199K miles we did a full timing service including water pump, tensioner, timing belt, etc. all using factory Toyota parts, even the coolant is a Toyota product. I always run synthetic oil, also installed a K&N air cleaner and it has an Optima blue top battery. $1100Replaced front rotors and pads, also replaced the power antenna mast and windshield. $700Recently replaced the alternator, spark plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter and O2 sensors. $900100 series LCs are notorious for the plastic bumper covers and rubber side trim losing paint and showing wear so I had all the bumpers and trim repainted silver a few months ago. $500I installed a new set of 265/75/16 Cooper AT tires less than a year ago, they are at about 90% tread. $850I just had the hi/lo range sensor replaced on the transfer case, the rear locker works flawlessly. $350Condition, Options and Drivetrain: The body and paint are excellent, well above average, absolutely no rust, ever, we are a very dry climate and we do not use salt here in the 4 corners area. Under the hood is a very strong 4.7 V8 engine, auto transmission, AWD etc. The non smoking heated leather interior is super nice, equipped with keyless entry, power seats, windows, locks, cruise control, tint, front/rear AC/heat, AM/FM/CD, sun roof, roof rack, running boards, fog lights and more, everything works as it should. I will have this car pro detailed before delivery, otherwise this car needs nothing, is ready to roll and will not disappoint you. Though in excellent overall condition, this is a used 18 year old SUV and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. There is some wear on the edge of the inside top of the drivers door (see photos) There is some peeling on the black window trim, a common 100 series issue (see photos) There is a small chip in the windshield that has been filled/repaired. The 2 little storage nets on the back of both front seats show some wear (see photos)The cover is missing (might be in there???) on the center console cup holder.The power windows are a little slow in the winter cold, a common cruiser issue.The seat belt in the rear center seat does not retract.The steering wheel leather showed wear so I put a nice looking leather cover over it (see photos)The rear jump seats were missing when I purchased the car. This truck has had a full pre-sale inspection with my mechanic (a 16 yr ASE certified master tech, not some dude out back under a tree) it checked out great, needs nothing, is ready to roll. KBB retail is $33K on this rig without the CNG conversion, make a reasonable offer and you will own this truck. Though very straight and in excellent overall condition, this a used 5 year old work truck and as you would expect there are some imperfections. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. There is a place where the leather has worn off on the steering wheel (see photos) Ill put a new cover on before this truck ships. There is a large stain on the passenger lower cushion where something was spilled (see photos) note: a factory replacement cushion is usually about $180 There are some (3-4) light scratches down the passenger side doors and bed, most would buff out (see photos) The is some discoloration on the drivers side door arm rest, also tool stains in the lower door pocket (see photos) There is some wear damage on top of the console, a very common GM issue (see photos) There is some gravel chipping on the lower rocker panels behind the fender wells ( see photos) The plastic insert above the rear bumper has some damage (see photos) There are some stains on the spray in bed-liner as you would expect on a work truck (see photos) There is some to be expected wear on the drivers side kick plate from getting in and out of the truck.
