1977 GMC Stepside Pickup is in very good condition for it's age. The paint is origional,The Glass is Good. It is a Full Time 4X4 The carburetor is made by Edelbrock with an aluminum Hi Rise Intake Exhaust is good,does have Headers The tires are Excellent! 35x12.5x15 BF Goodrich Seat is in Very Good Condition 2-Fuel Tanks It has a 4" Lift that was done Right, Front Springs were Re-arched and the Rear has a Tapered Block The Bed is wood and it is in Fair Condition The Paint is thin in a Few Places and there is some Surface Rust Where the paint is rubbed off in two spots. One on the step and one on the rear fender on the passenger side.The paint has some rock chips but other than that it is in good shape and has a good shine! I have includes a lot of pictures and if you have any questions or need more information just let me Know I had a Body man look at it and all of the spacing around the doors and fenders look good so to the best of my knowledge the truck has never had any body work. Of course you could get this style in '99 in a 2500 or 3500 but for the popular 1500 series this was the end of the line and the best of them all offering the Vortec fuel injection (far better than the throttle body injection from '95 and older) and dual airbags that you could only get in 97 and 98. There are not many of these out there in this condition from such a kind climate and this GMC Sierra SLE is exceptional. It is very straight and has been very loved with new factory alloy wheels + center caps, newer BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A's, a brand new sprayed in bedliner and new Z71 decals. You will be very impressed at how clean the undercarriage is as well, it shows there has been no damage and no corrosion anywhere on the truck. Another plus is that this truck has never been modified, no aftermarket performance parts, 'tuners' or 'chips', loud exhaust, hacked in stereos or alarms, big heavy oversized wheels or anything aside from the bedliner and the one size up BFG T/A tires, for reliability and longevity, this is just the way you want to find one. The body of the truck is nice and straight with no dings, dents or major scratching, there is a fine scratch on the roof that can't be seen unless you are 11 feet tall, and a few minor blemishes here or there but for a truck of this year it's very, very nice. I get compliments on it at gas stations, etc, it's so uncommon to see one of this vintage in this condition. Windshield is brand new sides are in nice condition and rears are factory privacy glass. The BFG tires are nearly new and the factory alloy wheels had some clear coat fading so they have been replaced with brand new factory original wheels and center caps, they are 100% PERFECT. The bed had a plastic bedliner when I got it and it was absolutely mint underneath with no dents or scars so I had a brand new Tuff Skin spray in liner installed and you can see, there is not even a pin-sized imperfection in the sheet metal, very nice. The trim is in good shape, I replaced all the rear bumper pads and push panels, step pad etc, so they are mint and the rear bumper is mint also. The bodyside moldings on the passenger side look fine but if you get up close you will see they have lost the 'silver' in them and they look more 'gray' but are all intact, front bumper is really nice with just one fine-line scratch in the chrome and the lower scrape-shield or air-dam is in excellent shape. All lights and lenses are in nice shape and in good working order. The interior is really nice as well, this truck was owned by a non smoker so it smells nice inside. I noticed some sag in the headliner so I had it and the visors professionally reupholstered and now the truck has a very nice 'new car smell' inside. Carpets and seats are all clean, door panels are all intact and the dash had a couple of cracks in the top from our desert heat so I had a custom cover fitted to it so it looks really nice as well. Steering wheel is in great shape with no excessive wear and the only thing I can really say is not in excellent shape is the console lid which is missing the latch but still opens and closes no problem, all cupholders are in good shape too. The truck is well optioned with power windows, power door locks, power seat, A/C, cruise, tilt, keyless entry, 3rd opening door AM/FM/Cassette/CD and much more. Mechanically the truck is sound with just 62k miles. I have had these traded in with well beyond 250k miles and still runnning great. Motor is smooth and quiet, transmission shifts nicely, 4x4 engages at the push of a button and the truck drives really straight and smooth on the freeway. Gauges are all operational an no warning lights on in the dash either. When I got this truck in it was clean and ran well but with the miles and condition I decided to really make this truck nice so I went the extra mile to do the bedliner, headliner, windshield, wheels, stripes + Z71 decals and put some love into the detail so someone will have a really nice truck they can enjoy and be proud of. Is it perfect? No, it's not but it's nicer, cleaner and has less mileage than 99% of them that are out there so I have priced it very fairly at $10900 as I have compared to others available. I would like to see someone who really wants this body style get a nice one so I'm willing to entertain reasonable offers on it. Of course you could get this style in '99 in a 2500 or 3500 but for the popular 1500 series this was the end of the line and the best of them all offering the Vortec fuel injection (far better than the throttle body injection from '95 and older) and dual airbags that you could only get in 97 and 98. There are not many of these out there in this condition from such a kind climate and this GMC Sierra SLE is exceptional. It is very straight and has been very loved with new factory alloy wheels + center caps, newer BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A's, a brand new sprayed in bedliner and new Z71 decals. You will be very impressed at how clean the undercarriage is as well, it shows there has been no damage and no corrosion anywhere on the truck. Another plus is that this truck has never been modified, no aftermarket performance parts, 'tuners' or 'chips', loud exhaust, hacked in stereos or alarms, big heavy oversized wheels or anything aside from the bedliner and the one size up BFG T/A tires, for reliability and longevity, this is just the way you want to find one. The body of the truck is nice and straight with no dings, dents or major scratching, there is a fine scratch on the roof that can't be seen unless you are 11 feet tall, and a few minor blemishes here or there but for a truck of this year it's very, very nice. I get compliments on it at gas stations, etc, it's so uncommon to see one of this vintage in this condition. Windshield is brand new sides are in nice condition and rears are factory privacy glass. The BFG tires are nearly new and the factory alloy wheels had some clear coat fading so they have been replaced with brand new factory original wheels and center caps, they are 100% PERFECT. The bed had a plastic bedliner when I got it and it was absolutely mint underneath with no dents or scars so I had a brand new Tuff Skin spray in liner installed and you can see, there is not even a pin-sized imperfection in the sheet metal, very nice. The trim is in good shape, I replaced all the rear bumper pads and push panels, step pad etc, so they are mint and the rear bumper is mint also. The bodyside moldings on the passenger side look fine but if you get up close you will see they have lost the 'silver' in them and they look more 'gray' but are all intact, front bumper is really nice with just one fine-line scratch in the chrome and the lower scrape-shield or air-dam is in excellent shape. All lights and lenses are in nice shape and in good working order. The interior is really nice as well, this truck was owned by a non smoker so it smells nice inside. I noticed some sag in the headliner so I had it and the visors professionally reupholstered and now the truck has a very nice 'new car smell' inside. Carpets and seats are all clean, door panels are all intact and the dash had a couple of cracks in the top from our desert heat so I had a custom cover fitted to it so it looks really nice as well. Steering wheel is in great shape with no excessive wear and the only thing I can really say is not in excellent shape is the console lid which is missing the latch but still opens and closes no problem, all cupholders are in good shape too. The truck is well optioned with power windows, power door locks, power seat, A/C, cruise, tilt, keyless entry, 3rd opening door AM/FM/Cassette/CD and much more. Mechanically the truck is sound with just 62k miles. I have had these traded in with well beyond 250k miles and still runnning great. Motor is smooth and quiet, transmission shifts nicely, 4x4 engages at the push of a button and the truck drives really straight and smooth on the freeway. Gauges are all operational an no warning lights on in the dash either. When I got this truck in it was clean and ran well but with the miles and condition I decided to really make this truck nice so I went the extra mile to do the bedliner, headliner, windshield, wheels, stripes + Z71 decals and put some love into the detail so someone will have a really nice truck they can enjoy and be proud of. Is it perfect? No, it's not but it's nicer, cleaner and has less mileage than 99% of them that are out there so I have priced it very fairly at $10900 as I have compared to others available. CLICK PLAY FOR FULL VIDEO! -Running and Driving, does need a couple things so please read entire ad before bidding-Factory 302 Inline 6 cyl, starts right up, runs just a tiny bit rough yet it's been sitting a few months-Recently had ALL oil leaks repaired, new rear main seal, all new gaskets-Later model Clarke 5 speed transmission with Overdrive, new clutch, pressure plate, and bearing-2 speed rear axle yet the switch needs re-wiring as it was disconnected and never reconnected when new trans was installed-Steering on this truck is great, straight down the hwy no problem-All new front brakes, hoses, fittings etc, they work great-Rear seem to work just fine, might need another bleeding but you can decide-Bed is an 8'x16'-I believe this to be a 3 ton but didn't do much research on it when I got it-Paint on cab looks original however I do see some small cracking of previous body repair so It could have been paint in some areas-Sun fading, scratches, and patina are present-We painted the bed rail, bumper, wheels, and steps-Tool box is large and fully functional-Fuel tank is clean inside and has new hoses, cap etc-Wood on bed is older but very usable-Grille is original and free from damage, I elected not to paint this as it would take from the orig patina-Not all glass is good, see pics or video for details-Driver door handle works but need a set screw to keep it from popping off-Window regulators work grest-Door hinges are NOT loose or abused, latches work good-Door and window seals/rubbers are old and in need of repair-Lights and blinkers are not connected, previous owner was about to rewire them so he has cut most of those wires-Brake lights, at least the driver side, works-This is NOT a dump bed-Solid floors, note that someone torched a hole in the floor to either get to the old transmission bolts, or to access the new transmission, either way they did a poor job in cutting the holes, see pics or video-Not all gauges work and those that do I'm not comfortable saying they are all that accurate, just being honest-Miles are unknown as the odo was disconnected at some point, it's a classic-Brand new 6 Volt battery-Lots of new parts and work under the hood to get this thing to run-Heater core seems to hold just fine, I can feel heat coming out, but keep in mind we were 110deg outside when I drove this things-Tires all hold air, rears have some light cracking from our hot sunshine, no sign of rot or coming apart-Front tires look new-I hold clean clear notarized Arizona title ready to be transfered into the new buyers name-My shippers can ship this truck without an issue, storing the truck here with me is no problem just comunicate with me on what you need I'm flexible-Please watch the video as it helps to describe this vehicle -I reserve the right to end listing early if I have a solid Buy It Now offer, I sell 75% of my classics like that -Please call with questions, there's nothing like a transparent conversationPlease understand that I buy clean Arizona vehicles and if they need something obvious I repair them, within reason, and place them on eBay. CLICK PLAY FOR FULL VIDEO! -Running and Driving, does need a couple things so please read entire ad before bidding -Factory 302 Inline 6 cyl, starts right up, runs just a tiny bit rough yet it's been sitting a few months -Recently had ALL oil leaks repaired, new rear main seal, all new gaskets -Later model Clarke 5 speed transmission with Overdrive, new clutch, pressure plate, and bearing -2 speed rear axle yet the switch needs re-wiring as it was disconnected and never reconnected when new trans was installed -Steering on this truck is great, straight down the hwy no problem -All new front brakes, hoses, fittings etc, they work great -Rear seem to work just fine, might need another bleeding but you can decide -Bed is an 8'x16' -I believe this to be a 3 ton but didn't do much research on it when I got it -Paint on cab looks original however I do see some small cracking of previous body repair so It could have been paint in some areas -Sun fading, scratches, and patina are present -We painted the bed rail, bumper, wheels, and steps -Tool box is large and fully functional -Fuel tank is clean inside and has new hoses, cap etc -Wood on bed is older but very usable -Grille is original and free from damage, I elected not to paint this as it would take from the orig patina -Not all glass is good, see pics or video for details -Driver door handle works but need a set screw to keep it from popping off -Window regulators work grest -Door hinges are NOT loose or abused, latches work good -Door and window seals/rubbers are old and in need of repair -Lights and blinkers are not connected, previous owner was about to rewire them so he has cut most of those wires -Brake lights, at least the driver side, works -This is NOT a dump bed -Solid floors, note that someone torched a hole in the floor to either get to the old transmission bolts, or to access the new transmission, either way they did a poor job in cutting the holes, see pics or video -Not all gauges work and those that do I'm not comfortable saying they are all that accurate, just being honest -Miles are unknown as the odo was disconnected at some point, it's a classic -Brand new 6 Volt battery -Lots of new parts and work under the hood to get this thing to run -Heater core seems to hold just fine, I can feel heat coming out, but keep in mind we were 110deg outside when I drove this things -Tires all hold air, rears have some light cracking from our hot sunshine, no sign of rot or coming apart -Front tires look new -I hold clean clear notarized Arizona title ready to be transfered into the new buyers name -My shippers can ship this truck without an issue, storing the truck here with me is no problem just comunicate with me on what you need I'm flexible -Please watch the video as it helps to describe this vehicle -I reserve the right to end listing early if I have a solid Buy It Now offer, I sell 75% of my classics like that -Please call with questions, there's nothing like a transparent conversation Please understand that I buy clean Arizona vehicles and if they need something obvious I repair them, within reason, and place them on eBay.
