This is a Classic 1989 GMC Safari GT model. This is a rare model . I have owned it for over 15 yrs and have used it for handyman work and my extra vehicle.. I have always wanted to restore it but at this stage of my life I just want to see it get a good home. I do not have a need for a third vehicle any longer. The Van has an actual 139044 miles. I have put only 40000 miles on it in the time I have owned it. It has 4 bucket seats and a third bench seat row in the rear. The bench seat comes out easily and makes room for cargo. I had a new short block engine installed at about 104,000 miles and the transmission was rebuilt also. It is certainly not perfect, I have used it for carrying everything, but it could be restored to a classic van, or you could use it like I did for your work truck. Lots of miles left on this van and the price is right. Make me a decent offer and take it away. It is for sale locally and I reserve the right to remove the listing from Ebay.

for sale is my 2004 Safari. I have owned this van for two years, I have made two round trips to California with no mechanical issues. This is a very well maintained solid van. It has rear air, it does not leak or use any fluids. The odometer shows 126 k miles but actually has 4,100 mi. less due to a gauge cluster replacement. Recent rear brake pads 4 new tires and alignment. It shows normal wear for the age. There is no rust as it has been a southern auto most of its life. I am selling because I have moved up to a full sized conversion van, otherwise I would keep this auto. Thanks for looking.

Well, here I go begrudgingly writing a listing for a project I am not real happy about getting rid of, but sometimes life gets in the way of toys! I would like to SPEAK with a potential buyer BEFORE making a final sale, so please write to me if interested! Up for grabs is a 2000 GMC Safari AWD SLE minivan.. with a lift! This was to be converted into a camper van, but large bills are forcing the sale & the investment I have in it so far! I have not owned it long, but tossed lots of cash into it including a stack of brand new in the box parts that will come with the sale This van is in FAIR condition & has some elbow grease remaining to make it top notch, but it's an AWESOME start! The basics are it's a 2000, 250k miles on chassis. Previous owner said motor was replaced at 180k but lost documentation.. I am a pro at these rigs & can say 100% this can't be the original motor as strong as it runs & how it cranks instantly.. the transmission is also solid & just had all the shift selonoids replaced so shifts SUPER smooth! There is a 1" stack of maintenance records with this van, fuel pumps, plugs & wires, you name it there is likely a receipt for it! Van was lifted before I bought it, it has to be at least a 3" lift but I lean towards 4" lift as I put one in a Astro van I had.. this is what allows for the 30" tires that are now on it to clear.. the van spent a few years back in NY so it's got heavy oxidation on the chassis so I cannot specifically say if the leaf pack in the rear is part of the Overland Vans 4" kit or not, but the van is NOT factory height! With that said.. there is rust on the chassis.. There are also a few small rust spots on body that will need tending before they get worse, we've displayed the body rust in the last images above.. none is "dire" right now The interior is dirty with several flaws.. Drivers seat recliner handle busted Switches that turn lights on when doors open are bad ($6 each to fix) There are many stains on the carpet, a few small on the headliner There are no rear seats, I have one rearmost seat from a different van I can toss in if you want it Overall the body of the van is glossy, and without any dents.. there are some topical scrapes that will buff out, I just haven't taken the time to do so. From 10' away, the van looks AMAZING! So, the parts I have sitting in boxes that are needing to be installed.. I'll make it easier by stating the front suspension pretty much needs rebuilding but 70% of the parts, are included in the sale! All parts are left & right pairs -Wheel hub assembly -Brake pads, rotors, calipers -Cv joints/axles Parts also included that need to be fixed: -Front door lock actuators -Front door window motors (both work, just slow) -Front door handles (passenger broken, still works, drivers side fine) There are likely some other parts sitting here I am forgetting, but what I have, I'll give. Overall the van is 100% ready to get in & drive, but with the brakes being in such disrepair, it's HIGHLY advisable that work be done before going to far with it. It's NOT a new rig by any means, but an AWESOME base to complete a cool build on! A few brand new parts already installed.. Brand new American Racing Baja wheels in satin black with black lugs 30x9.5x15 BFGoodrich KO Mud/All Terrain tires (wheels & tires have less than 100 miles, brand new) 3" Warrior brush/light bar Two Anzo 7" HID off road lights ($150 each) (not wired in yet) Brand new front light assemblies/signal lenses Grill was removed & painted black All emblems on body removed, some sticker gum still remains, will come off with buffing NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE: Cartop carrier box & rear basket on roof!!!

You are looking at a nice looking 1995 GMC Safari Truck that has 142, 115 miles. The maroon exterior is in very decent shape and shows well. There are a few scratches on a couple spots on the vehicle but nothing major and there is some rust corrosion near the back tires on both sides of vehicle. Also some small spots of oxidization starting on hood but this vehicle does drive good. The winner of this vehicle will be able to drive this vehicle off the lot to their destination. The grey interior of this car is in fair shape. There are some rips in the seats in the front driver and passenger seat but the seats in the back have no rips and stains and are actually in very good condition. There are some spots on the floor carpet throughout vehicle but nothing major. This vehicle does have a working radio/cassette player, AC, power locks, and power windows. The passenger side window won't roll down for some reason so it will need to be fixed. The 4.3L V6 motor starts right up. This GMC Safari Truck will make a great economical opportunity to FIX AND SAVE as it has a lot of life left in it! I will pick you up at the Salisbury, MD airport or bus station during normal business hours or by appt.. I will provide 60 DE temp tags if needed. This van is perfect for someone with a large family that needs a cheap ride. It has double bench seats so you can fit a total of 8 people and also had a large storage area behind the rear seat. There is one slider door to easily get things in and out, and the back also opens up completely with dutch doors and also manual lift glass. The seats remove in case you aren't hauling people and need it all open. This is a USED vehicle and is not by any means in perfect condition. There are scratches and dings throughout the body, and there is also rust. The interior is worn, but doesn't have any large tears or rips that I have found. We have only had this van a short time, and we do not smoke. However, occasionally you can smell a slight smoke smell. It isn't all the time and it never bothered me or my family. This van hasn't been driven since we put it up for sale 2 months ago. When we put it up for sale the check engine light was NOT on, but since it has been sitting the light is now on. Also the air conditioner doesn't work. New plugs, alternator, radiator, distributor and rotor within the last 6 months.
