1995 Corvette LT1 V8 with rare six speed manual transmission. Garage kept. Unmodified engine, not a hot rod. Extensive service records dating back to 2003. Car is in good condition mechanically and appearance wise. Starts right up, no fluid leaks. Averages over 22 MPG according to trip computer, hits 31 MPG in sixth on level roads @ 55-60 MPH. AC works. Cruise control works. Power antenna works. Modification, maintenance, and upgrades: "Skip shift" eliminator to bypass 1-4 shift lockout. Cost to replace & install: $100Has heavy duty dual row radiator. Coolant temps run 197-200 on the road in the summer (LT1 reverse-flow cooling, 180 degree thermostat). Coolant flushed, new rubber radiator & silicone heater hoses added. Cost to replace & install: $400Has been serviced with synthetic 5w30 oil and Wix filters.Has 17" front and 18" rear C6 Corvette ZR-1 wheels. Main control (volume& menu) inconsistent, however included remote control and added steering wheel controls offset this problem. Screen motor drive does not work, but screen can be moved manually. Has Bluetooth input to listen to music from your phone or make hands free calls. Has antenna for Sirius XM, bit no tuner. Has new Pioneer 6.75" front and Kenwood 6.5" rear speakers. Has rearview camera with distance markings that activates when car is in reverse. Maps updated in 2015. Cost to replace & install: $600Entire floor has rubber/foil sound deadening under the carpet. Car is much quieter now than when I bought it. Cost to replace & install: $300New weatherstrips (doors, targa top, and hatch) added and properly shimmed to prevent water leaks during rain. Includes tool for removing the top. Includes wrench and special socket for anti-theft lug nuts. Do the math. Look at and compare this Corvette to the few other manual transmission models for sale here. If you were to buy a Corvette that did not have the above work done, it would cost you about $4,700+ to have the work done, plus the added hassle of finding/waiting for someone to do it & hoping they did it correctly.
