1930 Model A for sale. It is an all steel Henry Ford body with steel Gaslight fenders. 4 inch chop of the roof, '32 gas tank out back, dropped original headlight bar, and Crafty Bee tail lights. Running Gear: 4bt Cummins diesel with a hx-35 turbo. The engine has about 120K miles on it. The pump was rebuilt and tuned up a little about 15K miles ago. It has a 3200 governor spring. Max boost seen is around 22 psi. Transmission is a M5R2 5 speed out of a 90's Ford F-150. It was freshened up at time of car build. Rear axle is a Ford 9 inch with bearings and gear set freshened up at time of car build. Interior: has exposed wood ceiling and floors with vinyl and Zodiac seats and side panels. The 2 front seat positions have seat heaters with hi and low. The firewall mounted heater works also. Suspension: is a CE front I-beam with split wishbones and in the rear is a 2 link with transverse springs both front and rear. Steering box is a Saginaw 525. Brakes: front and rear disk brakes with a working parking brake. This is a great car. Fun to drive, pretty quick, tons of torque, and gets 25-30 mpg's depending how much fun you're having. It has served as my daily transportation for about the last 5 years and is very road proven. It has just a bit under 20,000 miles. It never runs hot, even in traffic. I have taken it on several 4-500 mile trips with no issue and to school, store, and work daily. It is weather tight. Haul the kids to school, get to work, and still cruise the Boulevard in style all with this car. The fun and efficient diesel makes you able to have your cake and eat it too. It has a clear California title, as a 1930 Ford. I'm the builder, I know the car inside and out and can answer anything you need or provide more pictures of something specific. 1947 Plymouth Business Coupe. This was a very solid original low miles Plymouth to start with and many modifications have been made. This car is driven daily and insured and registered in California with a clear title. Modifications include: - 12 volt conversion - GM high output one wire alternator - HEI ignition - Front disc brakes new master cylinder - 2000 Explorer rear axle w/ disc brakes 3:55 gear - Wilcap adapter to Gm 700R4 Automatic transmission w overdrive - Headers dual exhaust 36" glasspacks - Front shock relocation for a smooth ride w new shocks - Weber DGEV progressive 2-barrel carb w auto choke - Tachometer The front seat and door panels have been redone a few years ago, there are bottle openers installed on both doors. The headliner and package tray need to be done still. There is Rattle Trap Extreme sound insulator installed on the entire floor and back wall. The rear windows are dark tinted. Nearly new Hankook tires on steel wheels with hubcaps 15" rears, 14" fronts. New tie rod ends. All gauges work, the speedo is 25 miles off but can be adjusted with speedo gears in the transmission. The original radio works with 6 volt but is disconnected for the 12 volt. Headlights hi-lo beam, fog lights, tail lights, brake lights, dome light and wipers all work but the wiring needs to be updated and gone over. A small fuse box on firewall. 12 volt cig light plug mounted under dash to charge phone power devices. This is a very driveable work in progress, its never had body work done and has very little rust. All stainless is original and the body is unmolested. The motor starts right up and idles every time. Drives and shift smooth. Only about 100 horsepower but can easily pull hills and cruise freeway speeds. Fuel mileage is decent. Linkage has been made to use the original 3 on the tree shifter to shift like a normal automatic PRNDDL. Clutch pedal is still there but not hooked up. Painted with Hot Rod Flatz Midnight Blue. This car is not perfect but is a very nice start and a rare unique car. This is sold AS_IS and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 1930 Model A 5 window coupe. This is a project that needs quite a bit of work but has potential to be saved. It is just propped and tacked together for the pictures. The teenage rat rod butcher got a hold of it, but it can be brought back if you have the skills and vision. 302 with vintage Edelbrock valve covers, Demon carb. Motor is wired and runs, auto trans, driveline is in place. Fuel tank mounted and plumbed. Steering is hooked up and functional. Brakes are hooked up with pedal mounted, proportioning valve. Electric fan but also have the blades for mechanical fan. This car will start and drive but needs lots of proper mounting and frame work. The body has been chopped and shaved. It has original steel and some of the wood inside and a bunch of bondo on the roof. Doors open and close with latches. No windows but does come with rear side glass and frames. The body is not mounted to the frame just propped in postion for pictures. It will need full interior and some frame work. There is no floor and the inner fenders are fairly butchered. There is no firewall just cardboard in the pictures. Original steering wheel. Has an extra grill shell that has been cut. Tires are dirty but brand new. Rear tires are Firestone and are 31" tall white walls, still have the nubs on them 0 miles. Front wheels have surface rust. No title but will have a bill of sale.
