2003 6.0 Powerstroke with 240,000 miles. In the last 5,000 miles I have replaced head studs, brand new heads (not machined), new HPOP, new glow plugs, new injectors, new turbo, new water pump and thermostat. Installed Sinister Diesel oil and coolant filtration system. Replaced all ball joint, new steering gear. Truck has a 6" lift with 37/13.5/22 tires that have about 6,000 miles on them (almost new). Has a full turbo back exhaust and EGR delete. I had the rims powder coated black wrinkle, they look like rhino lining. It has a SCT X4 tuner and a 2014 tailgate with step and back up camera. What the truck needs: 2 tie rod ends and shifter on the column needs bushings, both are not expensive to replace and may or may not be completed. Gauges on the pillar are not hooked up. Truck runs great, I drive it back and forth to work and have taken trips in it over 500 miles. Truck is in good shape overall for 12 years old.

Tires are on the noisy side. They started out being rather quiet for an aggressive tread tire but have now become louder. Tires have good tread on them but are louder now. I purchased this truck from a dentist friend of mine who had taken very good care of it and I have continued the same regular maintenance and it shows. It is a very nice running no stories truck that has been on pavement 99.9% of its life.
