Final time putting this car up for auction on eBay. I'm reslisting the car tonight. I was almost scammed today. Thank you PayPal. I want $6,000 for the car. This 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z Z28 is in amazing condition for the year. This car comes with 79,000 original miles, 5.0L V8 engine, 5 spd transmission and a beautiful original paint job. This car will get attention on the road as you drive by people, they'll turn their heads. I've got alot of compliments at gas stations and parking lots. I've seen people looking at my car as I walk out of the store. So if you like attention and enjoy compliments this Iroc-Z is your car. I bought this car from my uncle back in 2002 with 68,000 miles on it. This car has been sitting in a garage, away from the outdoor elements. No rain or snow driving for this baby. She has been protected her whole life in a garage. Power locks, power windows, all the lights work, Kenwood CD player and new speakers have been installed. All which work great. It needed some work which I devoted a good amount of money into replacing your basic wear and tear parts. In my photos, you'll see a few receipts of work I've put into the car at a local race car shop that works specifically on high performance cars. The new parts on the car include.. Brand new Interstate Battery, hatch motor for the trunk, 4 new Hankook Ventus V4 tires, new brake pads, rotors and seals for the front and rear, new calipers, Monroe Sensatrac front struts and rear shocks, new idler arm, centerlink, inner tie rod ends, front sway end links, coolent temp sensor, 2 new hood struts, fuel filter, 1 new serp belt, 3 new V-belts, new thermostat, Intake manifold set, EGR valve, Mass airflow sensor, electrical spark control mod, new demon distributor, speed sensor, dist cap and rotor. These are items that had to be replaced since the car is 28 years old. This car starts great and runs amazing. Passed emisson testing with flying colors. But there are some other items that wear out over time I've not gotten to yet. The headliner is intact but getting loose. There is a very small tear on the corner of the drivers seat, a small crack in the plastic of the speedometer, 2 small cracks on the plastic liner on the door, the a/c doesn't work and needs to be charged, I believe it needs a new windshield washer pump, but the wipers work fine. And there is a scrape on the front passenger side of the vehicle that can be buffed out and repainted. Also, the camaro needs new rear hatch shocks. I only have one set of keys. The other set was misplaced. So there is some work to be done. It doesn't have to be done all at one time. Like I said before, this is a 80's car and age gets to the best of us. But once you see this car in person you'll be amazed at the condition it's in after all these years. You don't find too many Iroc's in this condition. I had a fun time with my camaro and I'm sure the next person will too! Remember it's almost 30 years old. I'm looking for a good home to send it to. I'm located in Connecticut.
