1967 Maserati Quattroporte Series I. 4.2 Litre. Time Capsule. Spectacular 5-Spd 4 Cam A/C. The Quattroporte I boasted a 4.2-litre V8 engine, which could produce up to 256 horsepower. These sleek sedans were also equipped with either a 5-Speed ZF manual transmission or 3-Speed automatic. Between 1963 and 1966 only 230 units of this model were made. In 1966 the Maserati Quattroporte went through a revision receiving new twin headlights and in 1968 a 4.7-litre 295hp engine replaced the 4.2-litre V8, making this car the fastest 4-Door sedan in the world at the time. The car runs, drives, shifts and stops well. Gas tanks were cleared, electrical sorted and the fine tuning of an expert all lavished upon this lovely dame.
