This is a 2002 Ford Taurus SE 4 Door Sedan with almost 173,000 miles. This vehicle runs good and looks good. I drive it to work daily, around 10 miles round trip. I purchased the car used in 2007 and have had no problems. The only things I have had to do to it are: brakes, tires, oil changes, a tune up, an exhaust (about 2 years ago) and replaced a rear strut (about 2 years ago). It is going to need brakes soon. I have already purchased the brake pads for it, just have not had the chance to put them on yet. I will include those with the car so the buyer can have them put on. The tires are still fairly new and look great. I would guess that they only have about 8-10 thousand miles on them. This car is 12 years old, so of course it is not in perfect shape, but it does look great. There is a scuff mark on the front bumper (see picture) and the rear, driver side fender is rusted (see picture). There is also a crack across the windshield. The crack has been there several years, I just never had it replaced. I am pretty sure that a rear strut is going bad again, it started making a noise a few weeks ago. It sounds just like the last time the strut needed replaced. I have never had any problems with the motor or transmission. As far as I know, all the major parts are original. I can only speak for 2007 to present (when I owned it), but I was told when I bought it that it was all original. It has been a great dependable vehicle that I really don't want to get rid of, but I needed a truck. Buyer is responsible for picking the car up. HOWEVER, I will deliver within 100 miles (will use mapquest to determine mileage) for an additional fee of $150.00.
