Her call sign use to be R8, as she use to be a radar traffic enforcement interceptor for the Chilton Police Department in Wisconsin. Since taking ownership of her, she has been a great daily driver while my truck was having a 2 month heart bypass (engine rebuild). For her many years of law enforcement service, I got her a new set of tires, spark plugs & coil packs, high performance battery, K&N air filter, center console, headlights, fresh fluids and lots of TLC. I promised my wife I would "rehome" R8 once I got my truck back. Well, now I have my truck back, so R8 needs to find a new place to call home. Hi, I'm looking to sell a 1999 Nissan Altima SE that runs well, and A/C works very well. This car has new tires (about 5000 miles on them) and the upgraded factory rims, but has some issues. It doesn't burn any oil, but it's leaking oil (only when it's running), has non-functioning rear brakes, and doesn't have a stereo or speakers. I drive it 65 miles/day and have to add oil about every 3 weeks (just to give an idea of the rate of the leak). The driver's seat has a tear in the leather, has some discolored paint, and the left rear door sometimes takes a few tries to unlock (unless you reach around and unlock from the inside, then it works fine). There are also some dents and scratches here and there, but nothing that is scratched down to the metal. The check engine light is on, and the computer says it's a stuck EGR valve. The title is clear, but there is no registration or insurance on it, so any test drives would be 100% your liability. This sale is stricktly AS-AS! NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. Thanks for looking at my auction. I purchased this SS new and it has been a great vehicle, but my wife wants a Porsche Diesel, so it's time to sell. The truck is the 3SS version with every option but rear DVD and it has been well maintained. Oil has been changed every 5,000 with Mobil 1 and it has been protected with Auto Armor paint, interior, and rustproofing every year. 3M clear film was installed when new, Husky Liners mats since new, K&N Cold Air intake, Borla Cat Back Exhaust, Hotchkis Rear Sway Bar, Tint, Redline fluids. The Tires have about 20,000 miles on them and the brakes, front and rear were done with ceramic pads and drilled and slotted rotors about 7500 miles ago. I also replaced both front wheel bearings when I did the brakes. Like I said, the truck is in great shape, but it's time for something different. Issues: the passenger window sometimes doesn't work from the passenger side, it will always work from the driver side tho. there is a 2" crack in the lower left corner of the windshield that has been there for over 2 years and has not spread at all in that time. Farm Fresh, we haven't cleaned it up at all yet, pics still on the trailer. Been sitting since 1977! Its got a lot of Original white paint on it except for one area on passenger side where it scraped along something. There is a small amount of body damage in this area as shown. Drivers door bottom is pretty well toast, go figure how that happened??? But look at that nose and frame, nice! This bus has rust in the usual areas, corners, rockers, treasure chest floor, doglegs, front floor outers. The nose is great, the inner valance is good, and the frame rails are very solid. Looks like the original engine as well. I have a set of split bench front seat frames to go with it, the bench seat shown is wrong for the bus and not included. Good bones on this truck.
