Bad: 1. Just yesterday I started getting code p310b. I replace the low fuel pressure sensor still getting the code. Don't know why. 2. Paid the registration, but can't smog the car until the problem is fixed. Buyer will assume responsibility for smog. 3. Rear window tint has started to bubble. Good: 1. Before getting the code I was driving the car 100 miles a day with no problems. 2. Black interior that is in great shape, has a couple scratches and scrapes but normal wear and tear. 3. Everything works Navi, heater, A/C, heated front seats, folding mirrors, sun roof, 4. Replaced the water pump and thermostat last week. 5. New injectors replaced 8 months ago also had reprogrammed. 6. New the valve cover gasket a year ago. 7. New turbos at 120k. 8. New coils 9. Still have 9k till replacing spark plug, but have those already when ready to change. 10. Tires still have 85% left on them. 11. Had the car since new purchased 2007 . 12. Everything is stock. I pick up a rust free, good running XJS about a year ago with the intention of fully restoring it. I got as far as a complete engine tune that included new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I also has the injectors cleaned and tested (all good) along with each injectors individual rubber fuel line hose replaced with a factory rated replacement from Performance V12. Specific supply fuel lines in the engine bay known to fail were replaced as well. water hoses were also replaced. In all, the engine and transmission run quite remarkable. The body has some minor ding and dents but in all the entire body appears to be good condition. The salvage title is due to it being sold too, and then resold by Pick and Pull in Northern California. The cars brakes and lights were inspected and certified under Califorina Law. The tags are current and a recent smog check almost documented zero emissions. Things I am aware the car can use are 1. headliner and pad, 2. A/C doesn't come on, 3. Transmission mount could use replacement. Wiper motor is not working and I haven't checked as to why while living in California where it hasn't rained in a long time!
