I'm a good faith person and am being upfront about everything. The vehicle is in 100% running order, comes with 2 keys, a brand new battery, extra coolant, full WeatherTech mats, the list goes on. I have driven and meticulously maintenanced this vehicle nearly all of its existence. Purchased the car at 14,500 miles certified rebuilt in Michigan and I even viewed the car before all of that, prior to making a commitment to buy. Now at 93,270 chassis miles, it has given me more security on the roads than I ever thought. Especially in the WINTER, but don't let that fool you, even on rain or just plain pavement, it is easy to see Subaru AWD is SAFEEEE and has zero competition. I white knuckle the steering wheel nowadays whenever I have to drive 2WD cars or even 4WD trucks, AWD is very predictable and safe once you teach yourself how it handles differently than 2WD in the winter or slippery conditions. Anyway, I have 2002 Subaru thats old and cheap so my plan is to get rid of this 2011 to free up funds to see the world. I truly hope she goes to someone who treats her well and takes care of her properly, always been my baby. I'm an adult who treats my vehicles with respect. Never has a vehicle of mine received so many compliments for the looks and the sound of the exhaust. To be 100% upfront, some may consider it rather loud, but my stock/OEM SPT exhaust droned on the highway and hurt my head, this one does not. If you don't like it, it's made of titanium, expensive, and highly sought after. So getting rid of it, buying a different exhaust, and pocketing a few bucks wouldn't be difficult. I have noticed less people cutting me off though, so I've been very happy with it : ) Below I will give you a few highlights and then at the bottom the whole list of parts. *Engine was broken-in methodically 1st Oil Change Interval- New OEM shortblock EJ255, started engine, idled and then changed oil/filter 2nd OCI - 50 miles (oil/filter) 3rd OCI - 500 mile (oil/filter) (Castrol GTX for break-in, then swapped to Rotella T6 Synthetic at 7,000 miles)*Oil has never seen 3000 miles, always changed prior to 3k (oil change's recorded)*Fumoto valve installed to make sure oil change is a breeze (best upgrade!)*Very strict warm up procedure (Every single start I wait for coolant temps to reach 140*) This is about 10 minutes *I cannot say this enough, she was my daily driver for the last 3 years and is very dependable. Never tracked (always dreamed of it though), never raced, many long road trips and hour-long commutes to work and back...DEPENDABLE *This isn't your typical Subaru that burns oil, this car DOESN'T burn any oil like my last Subaru's. 1953 GMC Pickup, restored. This GMC was built in Pontiac Mi and spent its life as a farm truck in North Carolina and western Ill. It is a solid no rust, no patch cab, hood, fenders, etc. The cab corners are original, see photo, with original water drain holes, both sides. All parts were removed from the frame and a complete restoration followed. The original 228 was replaced with a 270, the 3 speed trans was rebuilt and the 4:11 rear end was replaced with a 3:55, it is safer to keep up with traffic. The 6 volt generator and starter have been rebuilt. All brakes lines, hoses, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, shoes and springs have been replaced. The "vin tag" is original and never been off the cab. The seats are original with a few coil springs replaced. The radio has been rebuilt and works well. The new wiring harness has the turn signals in the loom and you can set the turn signals to as many seconds as you like and will not go off if you are sitting at a light waiting to turn. I have tried to keep it restored to original specs, but safety, given todays drivers and roads, did dictate some changes. It is being sold "as is" but I encourage you to see it in person.

1953 GMC Suburban, restored. My GMC was built in California and spent most of its life in Arizona before coming to Michigan for the restoration. The body was in excellent condition with no rust or rust thru. It has original fenders, doors, hood, and clam shell rear door with original pivot stop light. The interior was also in excellent condition so much so I left the original floor in place, just like it was in 1953. The "vin tag" is original. The seat frames are original. The rebuilt 270 GMC 6 cylinder is from another truck, the 4 speed trans is original and the rear end. A new wiring harness was installed with the turn signals in the loom. The hoodbird is an orginal and not a modern repop. The GMC radio was rebuilt and works well. The generator and starter are 6 volt, original and rebuilt. New brake lines, hoses, wheel cylinders and shoes are on the original drums. This 53 Suburban is being sold "as is" but you should see and drive it in person to appreciate how well it was restored.

Has a paint chip gone on left rear quarter panel due to a bike bumping it in the garage recently. Some body repairs may have been done in both rear quarter panels (by magnet test), underside and body have been rust-proofed. Some cosmetic upgrades to the motor, but original components are available in general. Speaker wire was not replaced after the paint job but rear speaker has been replaced. The vehicle was built and used as a floor model at the production plant. Ford did not complete the assembly of this truck or produce the Certificate of Origin/Title until Jan 2006. You will see the title reflects 2006 Model "ASSEMBLED" Vehicle. (THIS WAS NOT WRECKED, REBUILT or SALVAGE - CARFAX and AutoCheck reports are CLEAN and verify the 1st title was issued in Jan 2006). The Truck and Title have been certified by DOT, State of Michigan Secretary of State in Jan 2006. It is a normal green Michigan Title. Title is Free and Clear and in my possession This truck was not a work truck or work horse, it was just kept up very well, kept clean and driven minimal miles. These trucks run 300-400K miles but I believe this truck will run 500K + miles without any problems other than normal upkeep and servicing. Have tons of service records and receipts. The ONLY warning light on is the ABS light. It was checked by Roy's auto service in Howell, MI and by Pardiac Motors in Howell, MI.
