Up for auction is my 1957 Chevrolet 3100 Series Short Bed 1/2 ton Pickup! It`s powered by a newer-model 250 cubic inch inline 6 cylinder engine and it`s original 4 speed transmission. This truck also retains it`s original rear differential, but it has been upgraded with "highway friendly" 3.31 gears. The brakes are manual drum, front-rear. Steering is also manual. The front axle is a "dropped" straight axle - that gives it the "low" stance. It runs great and drives good. Brakes are good. Clutch works perfect. It has been updated with a CD Player in the dash and also has a newer-model alternator (12 volt electrical system). All of the lights work: headlights, taillights, brake lights and turn signals. The wipers work great as well as the heater. All of the gauges work: gas gauge, speedometer, engine temp and oil pressure. This is a great cruiser. It always starts right up! It has good oil pressure and never overheats. It doesn`t have any noticeable fluid leaks. Overall this is a great classic truck. The body is solid and the paint is driver quality. The windows roll up and down smoothly and the window felts and door weatherstripping is in good shape. The body shows a couple small dings here and there, no big dents. I do not see any significant rust to speak of. I can see where there was some minor rust in both cab corners that has been cosmetically repaired. The rest of the body looks good. There is a few chips and scratches as this is a driver, not a trailer queen. The paint is older but looks very presentable. This is not a show truck and is not a freshly restored truck. It is 58 years old and does have a few cosmetic flaws. If you understand this, you`ll be happy with the truck. I have been an Ebay seller for 14 years. I have perfect feedback. Rare, unique short bed Unibody Ford pickup. Ford only built these from 1961-1963. This is equipped with the original inline 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed manual transmission. It has manual steering and manual drum brakes. It really has no options or frills. If you are concerned about a cup holder for your Starbucks coffee, then this might not be the truck for you. It is in good shape overall but does have some minor rust issues and a few small dings and dents. Remember - it is 54 years old. The paint is shiny and looks ok but it was not painted by Chip Foose so don`t expect award winning paint on this $6500 truck. The engine runs great, clutch, transmission, etc. all operate fine. The brakes stop the truck adequately. The steering is a little loose. The original straight front axle has been moved on top of the leaf springs. It rides ok and steers ok but you definitely feel every bump in the road. This is an old truck, please remember that. The vintage looking metal signs are screwed to the body. This is a super nice C10. Equipped with a 350 V8, Turbo 350 automatic transmission and 12 bolt rear-end. It has power steering and power brakes. The front brakes have been upgraded to discs, yet still retain the 6 lug bolt pattern.This is an A/C truck but the compressor, condenser and lines have all been removed by a previous owner. The heater does work. The windshield wipers do not work, but I`m not sure why. The gas gauge seems to work but I`m not sure of it`s accuracy. Also has a CD player in dash and it sounds pretty good. The interior is in good shape with no rips or tears. The paint is brand new. While it`s a very nice paint job, I want to point out that it`s not perfect. It is still quite nice though. The body is straight and solid. The color is Dodge Viper red. The only rust that I`ve seen is some small holes in a couple of the bed supports, underneath the truck. Not bad at all and should not be a concern. The front fenders, inner fenders and rockers have been replaced prior to getting the new paint job. The only other thing to mention is there is a small hole in the bed floor, on the driver`s side, near the rear wheel housing. It is about 1" x 4". The fuel tank is a Tanks Inc unit and is relocated under the bed, behind the rear axle. The odometer reads 77,226 but I cannot verify if this is actual miles or not. The engine is basically stock with a small cam, Edelbrock intake, Holley 600 carburetor and long tube headers. The rear gears are highway friendly. 1975 MG Midget Convertible. Runs and drives good - it`s ready for some fun, top down, summer cruising! Equipped with the original 4 cylinder engine and 4 speed manual transmission. This car does not have an air conditioner or power steering. It`s easy to steer and who needs an A/C when you`re enjoying the sunshine with the top down? The body is straight and solid. There is one area of minor rust, underhood where the windshield washer bottle mounts. It`s not a big area and I posted a photo with a credit card sized item to show scale size. The car has had one repaint many years ago. It still looks good and shines nicely. There are a few minor blemishes which I posted photos of. The worst area being the left, rear quarter which has some body filler cracking. There is a chipped area on left, front fender, on passenger door - near mirror and a hazy area on the hood. The interior looks to be original. It is not ripped or torn. The carpet is showing wear. The convertible top operates fine (it is a manual top, not power) and is very easy to put up and down. This was bought new in Texas and has always been in Texas. This is a solid, rust-free truck. This is a 2 wheel drive truck. This truck is loaded with all options except leather interior. Equipped with a 7.4 liter, 454 cubic inch, big block fuel-injected gasoline engine and a 4L80e Heavy Duty automatic transmission with overdrive. This is a beast. 1953 Chevrolet 5 window "Deluxe Cab" 3100 Pickup that has been professionally mounted to a 1979 Chevrolet 4x4 short wheelbase chassis. The differentials are 8 lug Dana axles from a Chevy K20 truck. This truck has a 350 Chevrolet small block engine (1970`s vintage) that seems to be basically stock with a Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor, HEI ignition and tube headers. The transmission is a Chevy Turbo 350 Automatic mated to a New Process Transfer Case. The four wheel drive works fine and has Spicer "blue" lock-out front hubs. This truck also has power steering and power brakes (front disc / rear drum). The steering column is a Chevy tilt column. The truck has been converted to a 12 volt system and has a GM alternator. The headlights / taillights do work but this truck is not currently registered or inspected. The odometer reads 50,896 but I have no idea of the actual mileage on the body or drivetrain. The wheels are 16.5 solid rim with 37" Military tires. The tires have plenty of tread but a couple tires have small weather cracks. The body is not beat up but does have a couple small bruises. The rear fenders are the only real problem. They have some cracks are small dents. The only real rust issue is the right/front kick panel area (inside cab) and right/front floor. There is a good sized hole that you can see daylight through. Can be repaired easily if you wanted or just drive as-is. The glass is all good except both door glasses have 1 small crack each. I would consider this a running/driving project truck. It could easily be a daily driver with a little TLC. The engine is fine, no leaks, doesn`t overheat. The carburetor could use some tuning or maybe needs a kit. The transmission shifts fine and the brakes stop fine. I drove this down to the corner store yesterday during a rain downpour and it was fine except the wipers don`t work and the windows fogged up, but still got thumbs up from the guys and compliments from the ladies. This is a 1951 Ford F1 Pickup equipped with the original Ford 8BA Flathead V8 engine and 3 speed manual transmission. It does not have overdrive. The engine appears to have been rebuilt at some point but I do not know the mileage. It does not smoke or make unusual noises. It runs very good with good power and the oil pressure is excellent. The transmission shifts perfectly and the clutch feels good. The rear differential has been upgraded with a Ford 9" from a 1970`s model Ford F100 pickup. The gear ratio is highway friendly, therefore this truck can attain freeway speeds comfortably, unlike most trucks of this era. It cruises at 65+ mph with no problem. The engine temp stays around 170 while driving. The rest of the suspension and drive-train is original - with manual steering and manual drum brakes. This truck also retains it`s original 6 volt electrical system. It has a brand new battery and new voltage regulator. It spins over fast and starts easily. Everything on this truck works properly: All lights, gauges, speedometer, wipers, horn, heater and turn signals. The engine runs great and the brakes stop fine. The clutch and transmission work good and the shift linkage operates smoothly. There are no fluid leaks. Oil pressure is good. It does not overheat.The body is very solid, no rust detected. I was impressed the first time I crawled under it and looked. Very clean and solid underneath! The exterior has recently been repainted a nice glossy black. The paint job is very fresh. It looks great but should not be considered a show truck. There are a few minor blemishes here and there but overall it looks great. The windows are not cracked and they roll up and down easily. The weatherstripping is all great, the rubbers around the windows look good as well. The small vent windows have some mild delamination around the edges - normal for original glass of a 64 year old vehicle. The wood in the bed looks good, no cracks or rot. The interior of the cab is a silver color, the seat is blue. There are no rips or tears in the seat. The 15 inch radial tires are almost new and a dual exhaust system was installed a few months ago and has a nice mellow tone. There is a trailer hitch mounted underneath, should you want to tow a small boat or trailer. It is currently registered in Texas with antique tags. I have the clear Texas title in hand. 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Financing is available for this car. 5 year terms with 10% down if you have good credit. Contact me for details. This vehicle has 442 emblems but is not a true 442. The wheels are 15 inch "Ion" aluminum wheels and look great, no curb rash. The tires are BFG Radial T/A. They are showing some wear but have plenty of miles left in them. It is equipped with an Oldsmobile 350 "Rocket" V8. It has a 4 barrel Edelbrock carburetor and performance headers. It runs great and has good power. It has dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers that dump at the rear axle. It rumbles nicely and has that true muscle car sound. It has a Turbo 350 automatic transmission that shifts perfect and actually chirps the tires when it hits second gear. The rear differential is a 10 bolt (non-posi). I am not sure of the rear-end gear ratio, but it is highway-friendly. This is a factory air-conditioned car. The a/c is all intact, but does not blow cold air. I have not checked it (maybe it just needs freon?). The heater works well and blows hot air. All of the gauges work properly, including the speedometer and gas gauge. There is an aftermarket tachometer mounted on the steering column (it works perfect) and an oil psi and temp gauge mounted under the dash. The oil pressure typically stays around 40-50 psi and I have never seen above 195 on the temp gauge. All lights (headlights, taillights, brakelights, turn signals) work properly, as well as the horn and windshield wipers. It is currently tagged / registered and has a current Texas inspection sticker. The interior dome light even works. This car is equipped with a Sony CD player with remote control. It has 6x9 speakers and sounds great. The silver paint is a few years old and shines great. There are a few paint blemishes but nothing major. It is not a show car but it looks fantastic. The body is very straight with no dents. There is no visible rust - there is a very small area at the bottom corner of one door with a couple tiny bubbles. Underneath the car looks clean and solid. The previous owner traced the ownership back and verified that this car has been in Texas most of, if not all it`s life. The trunk has a nice, thick rubber mat. I pulled the mat back and there are 4 very small rust pinholes visible in the center area of the trunk floor. The area at the bottom of the front windshield (inside the car) has a little rust showing - nothing major, just a little crusty. Overall this is a very solid car. The interior looks great. There are no rips or tears anywhere. The carpet looks great and the headliner is new. The original dash pad does have a crack, just above the radio area. The windows all roll up and down just fine and there are no cracks in the windshield. The car drives ok, with a little slack in the steering. It rides good as well. The brakes stop the car just fine (manual drum brakes) but requires a little more effort than a newer power disc brake equipped car.
