This will be a solid work horse for anyone who decides to purchase it. It may not be a show truck but it will definitely be worth the money. I brought this truck in 2009 or 2010 for my daughter while she was in her last year of high school. It did her well and It still drives fine. The tires have been recently replaced and all have real good tread. No front end issues, the truck drives straight with no shakes. The engine is an iron head 5.9 (360) and it runs perfectly. Have only had minor issues with it over the last 5 or 6 years (water pump, clutch fan and such). The transmission was replaced with a used one 6 months or so back and has worked fine since. It has made the trip from Alabama to Maryland and back a couple times since the change. Was going to keep the truck but i have to many other vehicles sitting already. My daughter upgraded to a newer, smaller, 4 cylinder car. Lucky us since she already received a ticket in this truck doing over 90 a year or so back LOL. The engine has high miles but most of them are highway miles. My daughter was in college about 2 hours away for the last 5 years and it has made multiple trips to Maryland during this time as well. I would feel comfortable getting in it right now and driving it across country. You can pick up the vehicle locally or have it shipped. If you had to come here to pick it up, it would be able to drive back to where ever you came from. The truck cleans up a little better than the pictures but i was feeling lazy today and its about to rain.JUST noticed that the accident was reported during the autocheck. My daughter at her jr. college was pulling out into the roadway and changed her mind. She tried to back up and the smaller car behind her had pulled forward to the stop sign. The smaller cars hood was scratched up and even slightly dented but nothing serious.

This is a drivers car that could easily be a show car with the right TLC. I purchased it from my uncle who is not able to drive anymore over 2 years ago. I was told that the car was had the original miles on it but i didn't have any proof. The car was in show room condition but was allowed to sit for a little to long waiting for the original loan to be paid off before i purchased it. The exhuast and rear brake lines where replaced because of the rust issues from sitting so long. Headers where installed and 2 1/2 inch exhaust with flowmasters by a local shop. The end result is the meaning sounding pontiac in the area. The engine is still untouched and has the original 2 barrel carb that it came with. It starts with 2 pats of the gas in the morning and choke works when needed. Runs great and is a joy to drive. The car in its current state still commands attention. The interior is in decent shape but the drivers side seat belt needs to be replaced. There is also a small tear on the bench seat in the front but other than that the car is in decent shape. After installing the headers I started having problems with the trans linkage when i shifted to drive. I installed the B&M Hammer shifter to get rid of the problem(plus i always wanted one). I really don't want to sell the car but I am listing it because if i can get what i feel its worth i will reluctantly have to let it go to catch up some bills. The rear tires will need to be replaced because the body scratched the outer rubber before the frame was lifted to the correct right height for the wheels. I still have the 14 inch steel wheels and hub caps if they are wanted but the tires are dry rotting. I would have replaced the tires myself but the tread is in to good a shape for me to change them yet. The car was driven from Maryland to Alabama and i have driven it to Atlanta and Mississippi just because. The engine is strong and transmission shifts perfectly. Repainting the car, touching up the small rust, and rechroming the bumpers and you will have a car you can drive everyday and enter into the car shows.
