Summary: The Lexus ISF is part of the Lexus F Performance line. The ISF was produced from 2008-2014 and packs a 5.0 liter engine, tuned by Yamaha, producing 416 HP. Selling my 2014 Lexus IS-250 AWD F-Sport yes the car is AWD and would do great in wet/snowy conditions. I'm asking $31,000 OBO I will work with you but I'm not giving the car away. This car is super clean with a sundroof, always garaged and regularly detailed. It comes with my favorite color combo; white outside and gorgeous red leather inside. I Spent $600 on the window tint all around ceramic tint which is the best $ can buy and it comes with a lifetime warranty. I added a couple of tasteful modifications; I had H&R track spacers $400 installed on the front and rear these are the ones that replace all studs and bolts so they are completely safe and will never give any issues, they bring out the wheels and tires just enough to fill in the finder wells and give the car the full aggressive stance that its meant to have. The spacers give it a more comfortable ride and feels more stable around curves. I also added a full Invidia Exhaust system $1,250 that was shipped from California with the burnt titanium tips It sounds amazing on the car and adds a little HP not to mention looks really good, I will leave the system on the car if we agree on a purchase price I have the stock components as well If you would like the stock one reinstalled. I also purchased Laser fitted Weather tech floor liners front and rear on the car, along with a burnt titanium front tow hook that matches the exhaust that is easily unscrewed if you don't like the look of it and I added a gloss black rear truck spoiler that adds a great look to the rear of the car. Other than those few items the car is completely stock. The car still has the factory warranty until 8 years old or 80K miles. All service records are available through Lexus and Toyota it has never been taken anywhere else besides Lexus and Toyota. The car has a full computer system that has weather, Pandora and other apps installed from the factory along with an SOS button that can connect you to help if you find yourself in an accident of some sort. It does have Navigation and SAT radio as well. The tires are almost brand new Continental extreme contacts with roughly 4,000 miles on them if that. There is not a single issue with the car nor have I ever had an issue with it, its practically a brand new car. If you choose to have the inspection done by a licensed professional, you must do so at your own expense. Vehicle Transportation & Pickup Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require 2 days advance notice for any pickup or transportation. Payment Information If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (678)-705-9632 or by email through eBay or [email protected] to set up payment arrangements.We require a $500 non-refundable deposit(unless any default on the car is founbd that is not stated) which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to [email protected]. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for until the funds clear. We require 2 days Notice for any Pickup. Storage & Late Fee Terms Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for up to (30) calendar days . If the Payment is not made within 5 business Days, there will be $25 Charge per day after that until its paid and if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please DO NOT bid on our auctions. If you need extra time to pay for the auction or want us to store the car for longer period, please contact us before the Auction is over. Liquidated Damages In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle. Choice of Law & Forum Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and litigated in Fulton county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail. Sales Tax & Other Fees All Buyers in the State of Georgia will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Georgia will be done by AX Autos. Temporary Ceritfied Tag by the State of Georgia (30 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. Miscellaneous We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.
