I am selling a 2013 Mazda 5 Sport minivan with ONLY 15,000 MILES! It runs and drives great with absolutely NO problems. I had a pre-buy inspection done at Firestone and the only things it needed were the tires rotated and they recommended replacing the battery because it was 2 years old and would need to be replaced pretty soon. Both things i took care of. I have the paperwork to verify the pre-buy inspection. I put a picture of the Kelley Blue Book retail value and It's almost $17,000. The reason this one is so far back of book value is because it was issued a flood/salvage title in May of this year. THIS VAN HONESTLY WAS NOT DAMAGED AT ALL! We had some heavy rains in the dallas area, and there were a lot of flood cars being sold by insurance companies at the auto auction. 90% of these vehicles were pretty much destroyed and it was obvious they had been totally submerged under water. But there was over 10 vehicles that had a very low water line, like this van. The vehicles had not been cleaned up, so it was easy to see how high the water had gotten on the cars. It was obvious from the outside, there was a ring around the van about up to the middle of the wheels that looked like a dirt ring in a bath tub. You could also see a line inside that was even less noticeable but just probably 3 inches high in the carpet. Everything was working great on the van when I bought it. It did not have any water in any of the fluids or mechanical components of the car. None of the electrical components got wet or damaged. Firestone checked the charging and electrical systems and everything was A OK. Nothing is rusted on the undercarriage. It was fresh water and not salt water. Most of the metals are galvanized on a vehicle and made to withstand rust from driving in the rain and through puddles. The van passed OBD2 inspection and did not have any check engine or hazard lights coming on the dash. I have driven this Mazda a few hundred miles myself and It is just what you would hope for in a 15,000 mile vehicle. I honestly think this van will be dependable and last for many thousands of miles with no problems. It's hard to believe an insurance company would have made of full pay-off claim on this van. I typically sell only clean title vehicles because I don't want to sell cars that have been wrecked and could potientialy be unsafe to drive. This van is an exception because it has never been wrecked and is structurally sound and completely safe to drive. I bought several flood vehicles with no damage, and they have honestly been the best value on low mileage vehicles I have ever experienced in 15 years. We actually kept one for my wife. I love a good deal, and these are like buying a new refrigerator at the scratch and ding outlet for huge discounts. call me Jason at 214-675-3224 with any questions. It runs and drives great with no problems. cosmetically it is really nice also. The interior is clean and smoke free with no rips, tears or burns. The paint and body are nice. There are about 3 or 4 dings on the body that could be knocked out with paintless dent repair, but I mean door ding size, no dents or anything like that. Overall, it is a very nice vehicle with super low miles. I think someone will be very pleased with this van, especially considering the price is many thousands of dollars less than what it would normally sell for. call me at 214-675-3224 with any questions. 1983 Mazda RX7 GSL Survivor Car - 45k Miles - Never Restored - Unmolested - Original Condition - 2 Adult Owners since new. I will keep this description as brief as possible. I am not ready to sell but in an effort to make the wife happy I told her that I would list something for sale. For some reason she does not understand why one person needs a dozen or more cars! LOL. I currently own 6 RX7's and have owned as many as 9 at one time since 1985. This car was purchased new in 1983 by the first owner at the age of 35. Car was garage kept and exercise regularly only on nice days. Car has had no extended time in storage without operation. I have seen many low mileage cars advertised that sellers act like sitting in storage for 10 years or more without operation is a good thing. The educated buyers know that sitting for years without frequent exercise is a real bad thing! I am the 2nd owner and purchased the car 4 years ago at the age of 50. This car was Top of the line in 1983 with every option except leather interior and moon roof. I can't do anything about the leather interior but I will include a glass roof with this sale. The Factory calls the exterior paint color "Tornado Silver" but it looks more charcoal grey. The interior is red cloth, seats have a off white stripe down the center. Everything on the car works as it should, cold R-12 Air conditioning, cruise control, all gauges, lights, stereo, Eq, balance controls, rear wiper etc. No fluid leaks. Car still has all 4 Factory mud flaps, very rare. This car has 4 issues, 1) Drivers door on the lower aft section has a bad spot in the paint about the size of a quarter. 2) The rear hatch gas struts are weak but they are original equipment. 3) Drivers door interior panel has a wear spot in the location where your elbow would rest on the upper door. 4) Drivers seat back has some wear from regular use. Car has minor chips and scratches consistant with 45k miles of use and 31 years of age. I have decided not to repair or replace any of the above "patina" items as they confirm the car has had regular use over the last 31 years. You can restore a car many times over but they are only original once! I do have a matched factory piece of upholstery from a drivers seat I found in Canada that can be installed and will be included with the sale. Trust me when I say that finding a matching seat in good condition is no small task, nobody makes this pattern anymore. 1st owner had most of the routine maintenance performed by the Mazda dealer. When something gave any indication of a problem he had it replaced. When the car was about 10 years old he took it to the dealer to have the glove box latch replaced, need I say more? Some of the items that have been replaced are complete clutch assy, idler arm, radiator and other misc small items. The white letter tires pictured were old so I replaced them with black sidewall, other than that this picture represents the car as it sits today. I live north of Dallas Texas, the car is located at my other house in a tightly sealed garage in east Texas about 140 miles away. I go out at least once a month and exercise all my cars (toys). I only have a few pictures of the car in my file here at the time of listing. I will get some new pictures and post, just dont know when so please be patient. Like I said I am in no hurry to sell but wanted to go ahead and get it listed so potential RX7 buyers would have another car to compare & consider. I am offering this car for sale for $13,055.00, the original sticker price. When you consider what it costs to store & maintain a car in this condition for 31 years and when the inflation calculator says $13,055.00 in 1983 dollars is equal to over $28,000.00 dollars today, this is a pretty good deal. I do have the original sales paperwork and window sticker as well as all the maintenance invoices since new. Car was rust proofed by the dealer prior to new delivery. I am listing car without a best offer option as it will take every bit of my BIN price for me to part with this rare gem.
