The Limited Edition model was released in 1983 and was based on the GS. Every one of them was painted "Chateau Silver" with red pin-striping and special 14x5.5 inch wide alloys with 195/60HR14 tires. Here is a 1990 Mazda RX7 that has been pampered for the last 17 years. Meticulously maintained with all service records available. The motor was replaced at 67000 miles due to a bad cylinder. Which I have the paperwork to show that. There is one small area of rust which I have shown in a close up picture. That is on the passenger side front fender. The tires are next to brand new and the car runs like a top. The interior is in excellent shape for the age of the vehicle. It has leather interior, a/c which still works, power widows, power locks, and power heated power mirrors. Also there has been an upgraded stereo system which is a Eclipse Model CD3404 with a 450 watt Boston Acoustic amplifier. 1979 MAZDA 1 GEN. RX-7 for sale. This is a brilliantly original 1979 Mazda RX7 in original Silver with Luxury Burgundy Velour interior. This car has its original unmodified 12a Rotary Engine. It has a 5-speed gearbox.This car is a real beauty and it drives and handles amazingly well. It has its original paint and clear coat. paint has pitted spot all around and some very few minor dings there a some very small rusted spots around the bottom rear wheel wells but you will have to bend down to really notice them. The interior is also 100% original and the seats were recently re-upholstered in its original color and pattern. the headliner, dash board, door & instrument panel are in amazing condition (even the original analog clock works and keep accurate time). I am the second owner of this vehicle, he and I both kept the car in our garage. The only non original upgrade is a Clarion cd player, but the original radio was never removed and should still work.
