This Mazda is very well equipped with full power options, Steering Wheel Audio Controls, Paddle Shifters, BOSE Premium Audio, Cruise control, Leather Interior, heated Seats, Trip Computer, Keyless Start, Keyless Entrance, Bluetooth, not to mention the very low 1500 miles. OVER 40 PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE. The exterior is in excellent condition but has a small blemish on the front bumper. The interior is very clean, all original and in excellent condition. This Mazda is in wonderful shape all around, the photos don't do it justice. Mechanically this Mazda runs perfectly and the tires are matching with plenty of tread. What you can't see in the photos is that this Mazda was purchased by us from an insurance company. This Miata was claimed as a loss due to water damage.The water level was very low (below the seats). The carpets were removed, cleaned and thoroughly dried. The vehicle was fully serviced by our service department. Needless to say everything is working perfectly and this Convertible got a clean bill of health. This vehicle comes with a NY Salvage Title. The iconic coupe is big, bold, and bodacious, a rolling reminiscence of more grandiose times. It hides its considerable bones in sheetmetal that sweeps and flows seductively. We can imagine Isadora Duncan’s scarf trailing out past the pillarless side windows, fluttering over the car’s lovely sculpted flanks precariously close to the 10-spoke, 20-inch rear wheels (a $2,270 upcharge on this $177,785 chariot).Big Is Beautiful The four-seater is selfish and unapologetic in its largess. How large? This coupe version of Mercedes’ S-class flagship, nose to tail, spans within half a pinky’s length of a Cadillac Escalade and is broader of beam than a basic Toyota Tacoma yet offers less cabin space than does the Kia Cadenza. No matter, really, as what space exists looks, and feels, like money. Our test car was equipped with a suede headliner, heated wood-and-leather steering wheel, and extra-buttery Sand leather upholstery. What few items weren’t covered in hand-stitched hides on the dash, doors and console were either burl maple or freshly quarried granite, courtesy of the $2650 Designo Star Galaxy Stone trim package. If you like the way a metal flake 60's bowling ball looks. In an age of downsizing, the V-12 is a sensory delight which makes us all the more pleased that the company has told us it plans to be the last firm building 12-holers. Although a little touchy at tip-in, opening up the throttle on the CL600 is like flipping the switch on a nuclear reactor. The V-12 has a warp-engine sound and a turbine zeal that are way beyond the déclassé rumble of a mere V-8. Turbine Fast Turbine Fast Even though our CL600 tipped the scales at a hefty 4691 pounds, the car shined in acceleration testing. The CL600’s 4.1-second 0-to-60 performance trumped Mercedes’ estimate by 0.4 second and, even more impressive, bettered the 111-hp more-powerful CL65 AMG’s 4.5-second time. Almost 1/2 second faster!! (The two CLs legged through the quarter-mile in the same 12.6 seconds.) All of it, we might add, while looking fabulous. Unless you are into bling, there appear to ne no performance advantages to the CL65 over the Cl600. In fact the CL65 was noticeably worse. This due to heavy and big brakes, rotors, exhaust, bumpers, intercoolers, etc, which bumped into an elephantine 5170 pounds. Having outlived just about all of its big-coupe competitors, the Mercedes-Benz CL600 is a dowager princess crafted of sheetmetal and leather and attitude. And with the next-generation model arriving next year—when it will adopt S-class coupe nomenclature—we see no sign its reign will end anytime soon.HEATED STEERING WHEEL--------------------------------------------------- CAR AND DRIVER2007 Mercedes-Benz CL600 First Place: If you want to know what we think of the CL600, read our test of the CL550 (February 2007), then apply another $57,500 to the sticker The S600 blasts to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds. His arms flailed and thrashed at cabin air, and it wasn't until the Benz had attained another 60 or so digits that he was able to lean far enough forward to effect any dashboard operations.Our shark-gray Merc asked for only 2.6 seconds to transform 50 mph into 70 mph. This impressive picture is completed by smoothness and outstanding vibrational behavior. These qualities are inherent design features of the new V12 engine: the V-angle of 60 degrees balances inertia forces and moments at source, without the need for special balancer shafts. The modern "bedplate" design makes another major contribution to particularly smooth, lownoise operation: the "bedplate" consists of an luminium plate with integral cast iron bearing brackets on the main crankshaft bearings for additional rigidity. This effectively reduces longitudinal vibrations in the engine block. In addition, the sump has been isolated from the crankcase as a vibration-reducing measure. The crankcase of the new "Type 12" engine is of die cast aluminium, while the two cylinder head covers are of die cast magnesium and the cylinder liners are made from a lightweight, low-friction aluminium-silicon alloy which allows a weight-saving of approx. 500 grams per cylinder versus conventional cast iron liners. Other lightweight components of the twelve-cylinder engine include fracture-split conrods made from high-strength, forged-steel alloys; oil-spray cooled pistons made from a highquality aluminium alloy; hollow camshafts of induction hardened, forged steel; a weight-optimised, forged steel crankshaft and a sump of die cast aluminium. Thanks to this advanced lightweight design, the power unit tips the scales at just 270 kilograms, achieving a power to weight ratio of 0.66 kg/kW. A camshaft in each of the two banks of cylinders controls the three valves per cylinder via lowfriction roller-type cam followers. Each valve has a cam follower and is adjusted hydraulically. The three-valve technology reduces thermal losses at the exhaust stage and speeds catalytic converter warm-up after a cold start. In conjunction with two large ceramic catalytic converters positioned close to the engine, this has a decisive influence on ensuring that the new Maybach reliably complies with the strict EU-4 limits. Emissions are controlled by two catalytic converters which are arranged close to the engine and each contain two ceramic monoliths. The two intake valves per cylinder have a diameter of 31 millimetres, hile the sodium-cooled exhaust valve measures 33 millimetres. The developers of the Type 12 engine were able to dispense with the camshaft adjustment system. The twin turbochargers aspirate the twelve-cylinder efficiently. Expressed in figures: 622 Nm of torque are already on tap at 1500 rpm, the 800 Nm mark is reached at 1800 rpm and from 2300 rpm the power unit generates its torque of 900 Nm, a figure which is unique among series-production passenger cars. It maintains this up to 3000 rpm. The V12 engine's maximum output of 405 kW/550 bhp is available at 5250 rpm. The positioning of the twin turbocharger turbines in the exhaust manifold maximises their efficiency. A wastegate control system enables the flow of exhaust gases to the turbines to be matched to the current operating point of the engine. Wastegate valves are integrated into each turbocharger and operate electro-pneumatically. The compressed air flows from the turbochargers through two engine-mounted watercooled intercoolers located on the cylinder head covers. Depending on the engine load, the air is cooled here by up to 100 C. The water-intercoolers are part of a special low-temperature circuit. A demand-controlled, electric circulation pump transfers the heat between the water-intercoolers and the low-temperature cooler located in front of the engine, which passes the heat from the water to the cooling air. A microprocessor controls all engine functions, making use of various additional sensor data to control the two turbochargers: Pressure and temperature sensors in the charge air distributor are used to calculate the intake air mass. A sensor in front of the throttle valve adjusting motor registers the charge pressure. Sensors upstream and downstream of the air filter monitor the pressure on the clean air side so that the speed of the turbochargers can always be adjusted to suit the situation. In addition, the engine computer controls an advanced alternating current twin-spark ignition system whose feature is constant ionic current measurement at the spark plugs. This recognises any misfires and therefore has a major role in protecting the catalytic converters. Should the ionic current fall below a certain value, the fuel injection for the cylinder concerned is automatically interrupted at once. Ionic current measurement is supplemented with torsional vibration analysis at the crankshaft. By combining both control signals in this way, the developers of the Type 12 engine have achieved an unprecedented degree of accuracy in the detection of misfires right across the entire load and engine speed range. They tried to sell me that UGLY car but I'm glad I didn't bite. The guy is now trying to unload it. BAD color. I was lucky the lady that I got mine from traded it for a RR Wrath and it was pampered like it was my Bentley. Its a brand new car without a single flaw and has every option offered. 1 1/2 left of warranty. Special order car. I have been in contact with Germany trying to fine a particular Designo color combo but no one ordered it. I was lucky to get a Full Designo with every option available including the 20" wheels. World is your oyster here! The truck starts, stops, runs, rides and shifts nicely. None of the overheating issues or oil pressure problems that were common in the 6.0 motors. It was taken care of nicely by the business. Brand new tires on the front and rears with plenty of meat left. Manual windows up front and upfitter switches. Bench seat, no frills but ready to work with a vinyl floor. The body is in nice shape with little to no cosmetic issues. The box is a little worn from years of use as noted in the pictures. The refrigeration controller is in cab. The cooling of the box is finicky and the unit may need a charge. The rear door latch is also broken which you can see in the photos. For the price point, you are getting a lot of truck for a little money. It came in clean, and running well but when I drove it for a while I noticed a loss in compression after a while of driving.
