My husband gave me a new car for my birthday. So I'm selling my 2009 white Mercedes CLK350 convertible. It's still a beautiful car that will turn heads. Fully loaded with the factory GPS system, heated seats, satellite radio, multi-zone climate control, premium sound system, Bluetooth hands- free, cd player, power locks and keyless entry. Well maintained and garaged my car has 60,124 miles. I just bought new tires 4 months back and last month my vehicle just passed Mercedes service inspection B. This is basically an oil and fluids check and an extensive check of all your cars systems. My husband does not think me very savvy because I not only paid for this inspection but fixed every little detail. There is nothing wrong with this car. It's a great deal.

What fees are charged & why? WHAT FEES ARE CHARGED AND WHY? Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, license fees, documentary fee ($125.00) and administrative fee ($100.00). Out of state buyers are only responsible for inventory tax, documentary fee ($125.00) and an administrative fee ($100.00). Inventory tax is calculated at small state required % (that is approximately $21 per $10,000 spent). Fisch-Bone Motors charges a $195 non-refundable dealer prep/services fee on ALL transactions including dealer to dealer. In order for us to pull a vehicle off the market (all avenues in which we advertise) we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500. When we accept a $500 deposit we immediately pull a vehicle from the market, and show it as PENDING on our website. If you, the buyer/potential future owner of one of our vehicles gives us a deposit (whether it be a check, money order, credit card over the phone or in person, cash, PAYPAL or ANY other method we choose to accept) that is a commitment and agreement that you will in fact purchase the vehicle at hand. If for ANY reason you do not complete the transaction within the required time frame stated in our ad under terms and conditions (unless otherwise given written authorization by a Dealer Principal of Fisch-Bone Enterprises LLC) you forfeit the $500 at which point we reserve the right to relist, remarket and/or sell the vehicle elsewhere.
