This car will be great for someone who can work on the transmission. I have had the car for 3 years. We had a engine with 75,000 put in it, body has 190K+ miles on it, new compressor, water pump, and alternator were also installed at the same time as engine. Transmission was rebuilt 3 years ago, but I have been told the solenoids are bad and would need to be changed out. Leather interior, power windows, power locks, and adjustable pedals. They buyer would have to arrange to have the car towed or picked up. It can be driven, but will not shift out of 3rd gear until the car has been driven for a while. I am asking $750 OBO

Multiple shops have told me that the rust is cosmetic on the body (particularly around the rear fenders) and frame. The car has a unibody construction and there is no rust on that part of the frame.May need new battery.Check engine light was on about 100 miles ago with code "P0402 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected". This is most likely a bad EGR valve, which is an inexpensive repair.There is an issue with the gas tank filler pipe when the tank is overfilled. The car will stutter within 5 or 10 miles of fillup when tank is overfilled. Simple solution to this is to not overfill the tank.

It was dealer maintained since new and all dealer services are available on the carfax- stacks of service records can be obtained from any Ford/Mercury dealer! The car is gold on the outside, and tan leather on the inside. It has all options including leather, sunroof, power seats/windows, keyless entry, alarm, etc. We have 2 sets of original keys with remotes. The car drives like new and will take you anywhere!EXTERIOR:The outside of the car is in overall great condition. No dents/scratches, nothing like that. Only a couple of minor "nicks/scrape marks" on a few sides of the car (please see pictures). Paint is overall very glossy and looks beautiful! INTERIOR:The interior of the car is in great condition as well. The leather seats are all in great condition except for the driver's seat- it has a few cracks and a little wear on the side bolster. This car runs and drives good. It is used with 198K so I do not push the transmission. The air conditioning blows cold and the heating system works well. I have given this car oil changes every 3000 to 4000 miles. The brakes are good and were completely overhauled in New Jersey. Two new tires in the front and all tires are like new. The New Jersey inspection is good until September 2017. The Clear coat is peeling on the hood and there is a small dent in the rear fender but other than that the body is in very good condition with minor dings and scratches. The rear seat folds down for a capacious interior. I am a non-smoker. I purchased this car in Minnesota in 2012 and now live in New Jersey. This car has a clean title in New Jersey.
