Most asked question about the car is why are you selling it? I was in a accident and have back injury as a result, and cannot sit with my legs out in front of me. They have to be at a angle like sitting in a chair, so I can’t drive it. I’m sure someone could have a good time with this beautiful car . Please only serious inquiries and offers for more information ask. Please allow several days for reply. Raymond Anderson 2826 w 34th ave Denver Co 80211 303 477 -6273

Gorgeous 1979 MGB . The MGB was a relatively modern design at the time of its introduction utilizing a monocoque structure instead of the traditional body-on-frame construction used on both the MGA and MG T-types and the MGB's rival the Triumph TR series. The lightweight design reduced manufacturing costs while adding to overall vehicle strength. Wind-up windows were standard and a comfortable driver's compartment offered plenty of legroom. A parcel shelf was fitted behind the seats. . The MGB's performance was considered brisk at the time of its introduction with a 0–60 mph (96 km/h) time of just over 11 seconds aided by the relatively light weight of the car. Handling was one of the MGB's strong points. The 3-bearing 1798 cc B-Series engine produced 95 hp at 5400 rpm. The engine was upgraded in October 1964 to a five-bearing crankshaft in an effort to improve reliability. A majority of MGBs were exported to United States. In 1974 as US air pollution emission standards became more rigorous US-market MGBs were de-tuned for compliance. As well as a marked reduction in performance the MGB gained an inch in ride height and the distinctive rubber bumpers which came to replace the chrome for all markets. . The MGB was one of the first cars to feature controlled crumple zones designed to protect the driver and passenger in a 30 mph impact with an immovable barrier . 61000 miles - Excellent condition - Well maintained - Bob at 763.233.1631 . Up for auction is nice cute MG Midget from 1979, in nice shape for the year. Painted red some years ago. I have been adding some things here and there and have decided to keep it as a roadster, because it's more easy like this and fun. Also I live in Southern California. (will post more later) ********** PAYMENT TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS: ********** I accept: C.O.D if you are local, m.o., cashier's check, personal check (allow to clear). Sorry, No Paypal at this time for payment, only for $200 deposit . I might be able to do paypal for full payment, but please contact me first. Please contact me within 24 hours, Deposit due in 2 days . Full amount of vehicle is due in 7 days. Please pick up or ship car within 1 week of auction's end. If you are local, and can see the car in person, I encourage you to come out and see it for yourself. Photos can only show you so much. Don't come out to "see" the car once you have won the auction to see if you LIKE the car. Once the auction ends and you are the high bidder, you are the legal owner. (check the ebay rules). If you are the high bidder, and for whatever reason do not get the car, you forfeit your $200 deposit. I don't know the previous history on this car, just what I know personally. I go through the car and do a check list of what is working or not, and any defects. I also drive the car for a few days to see how she "feels". Car was bought from a local gentleman and Title is in his name. IF OUT OF STATE: Check with your local DMV (before bidding) if this is OK. If your state requires a title in the seller's name (me), then please don't bid. (unless of course you have someone here in CA to title it for you). Please consider this before bidding, it is YOUR responsibility to check. Please bid responsibly, this is a binding contract. By placing a bid or clicking on the Buy-it-now option, you are agreeing to all terms. I reserve the right to cancel bids and end the auction early. If you need more pics, please let me know which area. Buyer is responsible for the shipping and transporting of car. CHECK YOUR LOCAL YELLOW PAGES OR ONLINE FOR CAR SHIPPERS OR AUTO TRANSPORTERS FOR THEIR PRICING FROM ZIP 91606. This car is totally drivable, but you assume full responsibility if you want to drive her a long distance. I am selling it as is. These cars are bought at a local benefit sale where the proceeds go to good causes. Most cars come from affluent communities where the owner's buy a new vehicle and donate there "old" one for a tax write off. I've been buying cars at charity events for years and everyone makes out. I try to be as honest as possible about these cars and list what I know, but I'm not a mechanic or body repair person. I have done this for years and everyone has been happy with the cars. I HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK, mostly from cars on ebay. If you really need to call me, go ahead, but I've described it as best as I can: 818-272-1112 God bless and hope you love your car purchase. **NOTE** If you have "0" Feedback, please don't bid, I've had too many flakes in the past.

1979 MG MGB Roadster See Video: Up for sale is a beautiful 1979 MG MGB Roadster with original milage of 44,130. This was a Mecum Auction car! This Car drives exceptionally well, you can take it to the car shows & for weekend cruises. Definitely gets a lot of attention & questions at the cars and coffee. The MG is powered by it’s 1.8 Liter engine, It moves pretty quick! It has a 4 speed manual transmission. Engine Bay is well detailed. Has a nice exhaust that sounds really nice. See the video. This is an original car meticulously kept by its previous owner. Previous owner had put the early MG-B appearance with original MG-B Chrome Bumpers, and a new top was put on. Up for sale is my 1979 MGB Roadster that I have had for almost 35 years. It was purchased in 1982 with only 4,000 miles and has been leisurely used over the years with currently only 57,888 miles (Dial has never flipped these are original and actual). The car is mostly still stock and original with the original white paint. I took videos of the car being driven and also of the car itself. I tried to get as many photos and videos of all imperfections as possible so please look carefully. Due to someone may want to buy this car without being able to see it I tried to show all the flaws not hide them. 2 Videos at bottom of this description. Please view! The Good: Very clean well cared for car.Low miles with one owner for last 35 yearsIt is very mechanically sound, runs cool, shifts smooth and handles corners great Gauges all work and light upHorn, running lights, blinkers, headlights & break lights all workFront windshield recently replaced No chips or cracks on any of the glassWindows roll up and down easily and are in good conditionWindshield wipers work with newer wiper bladesOriginal car jack in trunk Original Tonneau Cover in excellent condition Original Top Boot in excellent condition The original 8 track radio by British Leyland Motors, Inc. M#BLM-10504 comes with car if desired. It was taken out of car many years ago but I still have it and will give with car if buyer desires it. It worked when it was taken out about 25 years ago and I will try and get it tested to be sure if desired. The black carpet is newer and is in excellent conditionNewer upholstery Has back jump seat with seat belt New tires and new spare installed from Discount Tire on 10/07/2016Great sound system installed with amp and two 10" subwoofersOriginal white paint jobNo rust under car! The Bad: Front passenger CV Boot is torn and will eventually need to be replacedI do have the original soft top frame but unfortunately the original soft top is in too poor of condition to be used (replacement soft-tops are readily available on eBay for under $250 or from Moss Motors for $319 if you desire the top)This is more good then bad but the paint job is the original white and shows typical dings, minor dents, scratches, nicks, chips and other imperfections typical with age and the fact it has never been repainted. Hood has some small dings on it. Hard to get in photos but I did the best I could and if your concerned I can take more in different lightsPassenger side mirror is missing the mirror/glass and thus not on car. Holder comes with car. Just needs new mirror/glass. It is not on car in photos but I do show photo of it. Has the screw to attach.Driver side glass (small corner piece) does not lock properlyOne of the rims is missing its beauty ring. You can remove the other 3 beauty rings so rims all look the same or you could easily find a replacement beauty ring if desired. No keys for the trunk, doors or glove box. Trunk has a dent where hook/stopper meets the trunk. This happened about 28 years ago when my uncle tried to slam the trunk shut without unlocking the release button. I do have a replacement trunk that will come with car if buyer desiresLeather gear shift cover has rip in it at bottom. Not very noticiable but is there - see pic Dash has hole for choke but is missing cap. It did not have a choke only a cap that covered the hole.Original cigarette lighter blows fuse but using a car charger does not so I am assuming it's the lighter that has the issue. Original lighter does come with car.Blinker & brights switch is a bit loose but does workFront speakers are missing beauty rings/coversBack seat has 2 very small tears. One on seat and one on backrest. Tears are glued shut with upholstery glue and not very noticiable I have really tried via photos and videos and in this list to show all the flaws and imperfections on this car and not hide anything from a potential buyer. If you want to see something you can't make out or have any questions at all please shoot me a message and I will re-video or photograph it close up for you. If you want to see the gauges while going faster than I went in the video just let me know and I will take it out and go on a higher speed road. Potential buyers are welcome and encouraged to come and test drive car and do a full inspection. Please buy this car with confidence for this car has a special place in my heart and I am selling due to it's just not practical for me to keep just to keep especially when I really need the room in my garage for my daily driver that is black and sits out in the Phoenix sun because this MG is kept inside :)

This is a very nice 1952 MG TD. Newly painted and new upholstery and interior. No rust, all wood in good condition. Engine runs very well and the transmission also has no issues. Odometer shows 35,400 miles, but I don't know if this is original mileage or turned over past 100,000 mile mark. The original 5:12 ratio rear axle gears have been changed to 4:55, so the car cruises at 60 MPH effortlessly, can go faster, but more importantly the RPM's are cut down at cruise so fuel economy is better and the engine is under less strain at speed. All instruments work properly, including the clock in the speedometer, although after the interior work, the 12-volt lead was not connected to the clock, so that has to be done. The clock was overhauled in 2013. The top and side windows are in very good condition. The side windows are not fitting absolutely properly, and need to be fiddled with until they look better fitted. After the car was disassembled and put back together after painting, I think they weren't careful enough with fitting everything perfectly aligned. Clearly, it looks great now but could look better if you're a perfectionist, just needs some TLC in re-aligning stuff to be perfect. One of the good things about this car is that it is an over 60-year old antique, but Moss Motors, a company which specializes in old British sports car parts, supplies any part you could possibly need, so maintenance is EASY on this classic car, no spending days on the computer or the phone trying to track down parts. I will include some extras with the car. I have some special wrenches and sockets, because although much of the original hardware has been changed to standard there is still a lot of the original hardware which is some goofy British spec, neither standard metric nor SAE fractional sizes, so you'll find some bolts and nuts for which a metric wrench is too small and the fractional wrench is too big! Made sense to the Brits, I guess, but so does warm beer...In any event, you'll have the tools you need. I'm also including various manuals: original maintenance and shop manuals, restoration manual, and owner's manual. These are "original' in that they have been printed to resemble the original manuals, but are actually modern printings, so they are in good shape. Also included is a heater unit. This was an unusual option in 1952, and is not installed in the car. If you connect a 12 volt source to it the fan runs well, and the rheostat adjusts the fan speed well, but I cannot vouch for the rest of it. It was sold to me as being in perfect shape, but I never got around to installing it (I live in Florida) so I can't guarantee it won't leak. Nice rare piece for this car, though. Please see the pictures, and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking.

Bodywork done and Repainted. New Top replaced in 2013. New brake master cylinder and aluminum radiator in 2015. Never driven in rain since rebuild. I do not have proof of any of this because I never thought I would sell it. :(The GoodThe car runs strong, always starts, looks good, and has a comfortable ride. Pretty much everything but the transmission and differential has been replaced or rebuilt. Reliable (for a 40+ year old car)The BadThe paint clear coat is starting to flake. The interior carpeting in the foot well is showing its age. Rust bubble forming on left rear dogleg where panel was replaced (no other rust that I know of). Car may have been in an accident before I owned it (wavy looking inner right fender well by oil cooler, car tracks straight on road though) Hood slightly bent from popping up while driving (Not shown, will take new pictures when possible)I'm putting this car up for sale because I can't care for it the way I want to. I will miss it, it's my first car. I may also ask for visitation rights.Ask any question you want, I'll try to answer it as best as I can.
