The original is considered a British icon of the 1960’s. Previous to coming into the state of Missouri the car was titled in Texas where it was most likely imported sometime in the late 1980’s. These late model Series V Minis aren’t often seen in the states and would make a perfect, economic daily driver or an excellent addition to any European collection!Finished in red, the paint is in good condition, showing only minor imperfections, such as small rock chips, typical of a car that is regularly driven. The Mini has small black flares that are in great shape that shows only minor imperfections. The chrome is in good shape and shines bright. Almost New Tires recently installed and balanced. The engine runs like new and transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The Serpentine Belt & Drive Belts were replaced at 123,000 miles. The van doesn’t shake or vibrate when driving and offers a smooth ride at low or high speeds. Our cars are almost always franchise dealership trade-ins and/or lease returns. We have relationships with over 100 dealerships and brokers and buy only the highest quality pre-owned cars. A typical scenario is one in which a dealer obtains a car through a trade-in and that dealer is neither a specialist or is not allowed to sell a particular make of car. They call us, (we are not a local competitor), and we purchase the vehicle from them and make the car available online to a national market. Can I have the car mechanically inspected?It is our absolute mission for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Advanced Auto Brokers allows full pre-buy inspection of all its vehicles from any inspection service you desire. Advanced Auto Brokers recommends 'The Auto Critic' for thorough and honest inspections, if you cannot personally do so. What can I expect from my purchase? We do offer only pre-owned vehicles and by definition our vehicles are not brand new. Most of our offerings are equal to first line vehicles sold in reputable franchised dealerships across the country. In fact, many of these dealers buy our inventory only to turn around and sell it at much higher prices. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new - it has been driven a certain number of miles. I am out-of-town, how will I get the car?Advanced Auto Brokers uses a fully bonded and insured transportation service that will deliver the vehicle to your door. The transport usually takes about a 10 days and costs varies depending on your location. Our transporter does offer extremely great rates; making it more cost efficient to have it transported if you are a distant customer. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. Please allow a few days for paperwork to be ready. Please do not expect the car to be ready for pick-up the day after the auction ends. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit should be made through PayPal. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. Paypal is generally not an acceptable form of full payment, however exceptions can be made, please contact us for details on this. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Failure to comply with terms will result in a $350 Sur Charge this pays for fees and for interest on the money tied up. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-bay and the Credit Bureau!
