We reserve the right to end the auction at any time due to on-site sales without liability to any auction participants. We retail vehicles to the public only. We will not sell to dealers, fleet companies, rental companies or wholesalers. Deposit: Deposit of $600 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close and is non-refundable, unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. $500 of the deposit will immediately be applied to the cost of the vehicle, $17.70 will be applied to PayPal fee's and the remainder will be applied toward the cost of overnight mailing of titles and paperwork where necessary. If overnight mailing is not required the remainder of the deposit will be applied to the vehicle.
