Payment of the Sales Tax For a temporary time period from August 1, 2007 until June 30, 2008, the tax collected on these sales will be paid directly to the State of Ohio through the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG), instead of the Ohio Clerks of Court. If you file your sales tax return (form UST1) on a semiannual basis, you must still report and pay this separate nonresident tax monthly.
