She passed in 1993 and her husband passed in 2006 with no kids. This car was in a garage with no windows. I bought it at the family estate sale. Had the plastic still on carpet from the factory. I removed it, cleaned and detailed car, installed new tires, air cond, battery, head liner. Carried it to several car shows won first place most of the time. Please read listing thoroughly before bidding. 1979 Oldsmobile Delta 88 sedan with no engine or transmission. It had an Oldsmobile 350 motor and th350 transmission. Other than the motor and transmission, it is also missing the radiator, drive shaft, front seats, and front bumper. The wheels in the photos have also been sold and the car is currently sitting on cement blocks. It has serious rust in the pillars, under both front and back window seals, and some areas of the floor. Some areas are rusted through. The rust under the window seals caused leaks in the interior that damaged most reusable interior parts. There are zero dents in the body but the paint is very faded and the white vinyl top has been removed to reveal more rust. None of the removable body panels (fenders, doors, hood, and trunk) have serious rust. The hood looks pretty bad but the surface rust should sand off ok. Although it has a clean Oregon title and could be restored to be on the road again, I am selling it as a mostly complete parts car. Also, the rear end (rear axle) and front clip (hood, fenders, inner wells, and headlight/grille housing) are detached and off the car but are included. A flat bed truck or trailer with a winch would be best to load and haul the car. There are 2 tires/wheels that can help with loading. Please send a message if you have any questions. The care was kept in an enclosed garage for the first 30 years and the remaining years the car has had a cover over it and is parked under a covered carport. The car does not get driven much but it is started every month to let the engine run. Interior was just redone 3 years ago along with a new pearl white paint job and tinted windows. 1978 Olds Delta 88 Royale. Olds 350 V8, 68k original miles, runs great, shifts great, no problems. All maintenance done. I am the second owner. I purchased it from a gentleman who bought it new and took very good care of it. It was his first car and he did anything to the car that it needed. He kept it and or I have kept it in a garage or carport its entire life. Original North Carolina car, been in North Carolina its whole life. I have a copy of the original NC title. He had it repainted its original color and it looks good, Russet brown with tan vinyl interior. He had the vinyl top replaced and clear coated, some of the clear coat is on the paint near the top where they didn't mask it well as seen in picture, could be buffed out, didn't really bother me. The headliner was replaced. The seats are in good condition and no rips, looks like no one has sat in the back. Recently, I put some original quarter emblems and a nicer trunk lock cover on it. Car was never smoked in, the ashtray and lighter are like new. The cover behind the steering wheel is a little cracked and the carpet under the driver mat is worn, cant really tell unless you look behind steering wheel or under mat. A/C blows cold, heat works and the cruise control works. It has power locks and tilt wheel. Original spare and jack in the trunk. Tires are basically new. I've put non ethanol high test gasoline in the time that I've owned it. Very clean car and you will not be disappointed. Not a perfect car but its reasonably priced. Horn works, lights work. No warning lights on. It has power steering and power brakes. I wouldn't be scared to drive this car cross country. 1971 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale convertible with original 455 2-V (2 barrel) big block engine - runs strong! Also has the TH-400 three speed automatic transmission. New tires with less than 500 miles on them. It's a solid car with 100,350 original miles. The white convertible top is in great shape and has a blue boot cover (not pictured) to match interior. The interior vinyl is in great condition, as you can see from pictures. The car was restored about 10 years ago and had one repaint keeping the original Oldsmobile Nordic Blue color. There are some chips and minor blemishes - see pictures. Couple of spots of some light surface rust on the bottom of drivers door and on the back of the car near the trunk (see pictures). Frame, floor pans (new), and trunk are all very solid and nice. Equipped with Factory Air Conditioning, but not currently working. Has front disc and rear drum brakes. Runs & Drives absolutely beautifully!! Starts right up. Idles great. Knocks down beautifully and purrs like a kitten. No smoke. Put her in drive, and the automatic transmission shifts through the gears unnoticeably.
