Up for sale is possibly one of the nicest 2nd Generation Omega Coupe available for sale out there! Only three previous New Mexico owners, and showing an actual 81,024+ original miles! Power is by a real Rocket Olds engine (note the front oil fill), the new-for-1975, 260 cubic inch V-8, backed by a Turbo-Hydramatic 200 automatic transmission. -This car truly is ready to use and enjoy today; all needed mechanical work has been done, new tires, new Cragar 15 x 7 Soft 8 wheels, new Flowmaster 40 Series exhaust (sounds great), with new 2-1/4 pipes along with a balance pipe, new refurbished radiator, brakes gone through with new flex lines, new front calipers, wheel bearing cleaned and repacked with new bearing grease, etc. The engine and heater have been thoroughly flushed, and new coolant used. It runs great, stops great, drives great, and looks great, and gets all kind of favorable comments EVERY TIME I drive it! It worked great this past summer in 95 degree Santa Fe stop-and-go traffic and winter sub-freezing temperatures! Recent front end alignment from the best shop in Santa Fe. No oil smoke, no black smoke! Again, it is ready to drive and enjoy. -This Omega will be sold with original Oldsmobile shop manual; engine and chassis. I don't have the body manual. In addition, a carburetor kit will be included. I cleaned the exterior of the carb, and my mechanic cleaned the throttle bores, along with the idle and mixture screws, which were fully removed. He told me that this original carburetor is in great shape! Additionally, original owners manual, the original Uniroyal tire manual, and another manual is included although with other parts. ALL EMISSIONS devices are still on the engine, all associated vacuum lines have been replaced with new lines, although the original catalytic convertor has legally been removed. -Winning bidder is to pay Deposit via PayPal in the amount of $500 within 48 hours of auction end. Balance in cash (U.S. Dollars) due at time of vehicle pick up. If winning bidder is to have the vehicle shipped, balance of payment must be made prior vehicle being released for shipping with a Cashier's Check (certified from US or Canadian bank). -PayPal accepted for Buy It Now only. -This Omega is located in the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico (Zip Code 87507). It has a clear New Mexico Title in my name and is currently insured, registered, and driven regularly (mileage will change). Be sure to check out my other vehicles for sale, including a 1973 Ford Ranchero, and a 1983 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce.

Engine / Driveline This is a numbers-matching 1969 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 Holiday Coupe. It has a 400 cubic inch V-8, Turbo Hydramatic 400 transmission, and a 10-bolt Posi-Traction rear end. The car was running and driving a little less than a year ago. As of right now, when hooked to a battery the engine will crank but it does not turn over. No fuel to carburetor. Still has original Rochester 4-barrel carburetor. Factory air conditioned car with original Frigidaire components still installed. Power steering and power brakes need to be redone. Drum brakes all the way around. New suspension is needed all the way around. Exhaust system including mufflers look like they’re original to the car. Interior Red cloth interior with front bucket seats and center console with floor shifter and rallye gauges. Aftermarket cassette deck in place of the original radio has been installed. Dashboard has minimal cracking for its age. Package tray below rear window is intact. Seats are intact but show their age. Original headliner is still in the car. Door panels are original but they are beyond repair. The entire interior is original, but it will all need to be redone. Windows roll up and down but will need alignment. The car will need a new front windshield, but the rest of the glass is usable. Gauges still light up. Has correct “442” emblem on glove compartment door. All seatbelts are still there. Odometer shows 155,255 miles. Body The exterior body of the car has rust in all of the typical A-body areas. It will need patch panels. Floor pans have some smaller rust areas but are repairable. Oldsmobile side marker lamps are still in place. Rear bumper is in good condition but will need to be re-chromed. Bottom edge of trunk lid has a little rust. Trunk lid emblems were missing when I bought the car but it comes with the original “442” fender emblems for both sides. Original jack instruction stickers are still on underside of trunk lid. Trunk interior is in overall good condition. Original jack and rear trailer hitch are still with the car. Gas cap is missing (I have taped it off). Car was in a light fender bender on the front passenger side many years ago under the previous owner. The very front passenger side of the frame is slightly warped and the bumper mounting point is bent backward a little. The affected area is shown in the pictures provided. However, this is very repairable and the affected area will only need to be slightly straightened if a frame-off restoration is done to the car. Front bumper has since been replaced and is very shiny and in good condition. Front passenger fender was replaced (by previous owner) with a fender off of a ’69 Cutlass. Hood is original and has been repaired with bondo. The hood is very straight and the original “442” emblems are still in place, but have some bubbling on driver side. The car will need new front passenger headlight bezel. Rearview mirrors are in good condition. Original antenna is in good condition. Paint is original, but needs to be redone. Wheels Car has Oldsmobile Rallye II wheels with snap-in center caps. 2 center caps are missing (passenger side). I believe these wheels are off of a 1972 model. According to my research, 1969 model year 4-4-2 cars should have the bolt-on center caps. New tires are needed. Documentation This car still has the original broadcast sheet, owner’s manual, plastic sleeve for the owner’s manual, manual for the original radio, and clear blue Texas Title. o VIN: 344879M37462 § 1st Digit: 3 (GM Division Oldsmobile) § 2nd-5th Digit: 4487 (4-4-2: 2-Door Holiday Coupe) § 6th Digit: 9 (Model Year 1969) § 7th Digit: M (Lansing, Michigan Assembly Plant) § Last 6 Digits: 37462 (Production Number) o Broadcast Sheet Codes: § M40: TH400 Automatic Transmission § PL5: Tires- Blackwall Wide, Oval Polyester Cord F70 x 14” § N66: Wheel, Rally Type (Super Stock II, 13”) § U63: Radio, Push Button Control § A02: Glass, Tinted Windshield (Tinted Upper) § C60: Air Conditioner, Manual Control § B32: Mat, Front Floor Throw § D55: Console, Compartment Floor (Var. 1) This 1969 4-4-2 is an EXCELLENT frame-off restoration candidate with lots of potential. It was purchased new in New Mexico and moved to West Texas a few years later where it spent most of its life. I purchased it about 6 months ago from the original family with the intention of restoring it, but I will be moving soon and will no longer have the space for the build so it’s time to find it a good home. Car is located in the Austin, Texas area. Car is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No returns. Shipping /pick-up is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. $500 PayPal deposit within 24-hours of sale, and remainder of balance via cash or cashier’s check within 5 days of sale. Please feel free to contact me for more information and/or pictures of the car. Thanks for looking!

Great condition Bravada SUV for sale. This car was the luxury version of the rugged off-road Chevy Trailblazer. The car is very clean and free of rust. No issues at all, everything works. Even the tires are very new and have a bunch of tread. This car is very smooth on the highway, and the leather seats are extremely comfortable (even in the back). Like any good SUV, the rear seats fold down for extra storage space. Please don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them or send you more pictures. The two negatives are:-The rubber liner around the front windshield was installed poorly. It's just a cosmetic problem since it doesn't leak at all, but some of the rubber/silicon looks sloppy if you get up close-Small scratches on the bumpers from other cars that weren't so great at parallel parking.Originally owned by my co-worker's family in New Mexico, and she recently took the car with her to the DC area. She sold it to me when she moved in with her boyfriend and the couple didn't need two cars. I used it for a bunch of weekend road trips in the past year, and now am ready to pass it on.This car is equipped with roof racks and optional towing package. All offers will be considered, and I will do my best to respond to any questions as soon as possible.GMC Envoy Buick Saab 9-5 Chevrolet GM Big 4wd Awd winter off road family comfortable leather low miles mileage efficient

Up for sale is possibly the nicest 1975 Oldsmobile Omega 2 door coupe for sale out there. Only three previous New Mexico owners, and showing an actual 80,156 miles. Power is by a real Rocket Olds engine (note front oil fill), the new-for-1975 260 cubic inch V-8 backed by a Turbo-Hydramatic 200 automatic transmission. This car truly is ready to use and enjoy; all needed mechanical work has been done. It runs great, stops great, looks great. It worked great this past summer in 95 degree Santa Fe stop-and-go traffic! No oil smoke, no black smoke, no smoke at all! Just buy, fly into Santa Fe, and drive home!Within the last three months I have:-Bought and installed 4 new Uniroyal Tiger Paw all season radials on 4 new Cragar Soft 8 steel wheels. New Cragar wheel lug nuts, center caps and trim rings. Uniroyal tires were the standard radial tire back in 1975! NOTE: This vehicle originally came with Oldsmobile Rally II wheels; only one is left (spare tire) as this car had aftermarket wheels that were too wide, hence the change. -New front end alignment using state-of-the-art Hunter HawkEye Elite equipment. -Replaced all spark plugs, wires, rotor, and cap for the High Energy ignition. -Replaced all engine vacuum lines. -Replaced all fuel lines. -Replaced front sections of charcoal canister lines. -Original 2 barrel Dual Jet (1/2 of a Quadrajet carb) is in excellent condition; exterior cleaned; idle jets removed and cleaned; main intake throat, jets, choke plate, etc. cleaned; new fuel filter. Excellent idle, excellent off-idle! A NOS AC/Delco carburetor rebuild kit and an extra fuel filter are included with the sale should you desire to have the carb rebuilt at a future date. -Changed the oil and filter. -New air filter. -Had the radiator rodded and cleaned out. -Flushed engine and heater of old coolant. -Changed all coolant hoses, including the heater hoses. -Cleaned and flushed both the coolant overflow bottle and windshield washer bottle, both of which hold their liquids with no leaks. The windshield washer pump works as new. -New windshield wiper refills. (How many times have you bought a used car with cruddy old non-functional wiper blades?) -New dual 2-1/4 inch exhaust with balance pipe and Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. Sounds great! Note: Catalytic converter was removed for dual exhaust; all other emissions equipment still intact. -Brake system completely gone through; new rubber flex hoses, new driver's side front caliper, front wheel bearings inspected, deemed in excellent condition, thoroughly cleaned and fresh grease packed in, and adjusted. Rear brake shoes adjusted. Old brake fluid flushed, new brake fluid installed and bled of air. Overall, the car stops as originally designed. -This car is equipped with a factory air conditioning system although it does not work at this time, due to a seized compressor. -The car has been repainted by a previous owner. Original color was silver. -Interior is in excellent condition--seats, carpeting, headliner. Dash has a few minor cracks, covered by a dash pad. New, premium WeatherTech rubber mats are installed up front. -The sale includes a NOS Oldsmobile Omega owners, tire, warranty manuals/pamphlets, an original factory shop manual that covers all Olds models for the model year 1975 including the Omega, a NOS carburetor rebuild kit, NOS carburetor mounting gasket, new fuel filter, extra rear leaf spring and assorted parts, original factory bumper jacking equipment, and a newer and safer scissors type jack. NOTE: -This car was never ordered or equipped with a factory radio and over the last 39 years, no radio has ever been put in. It still has the original radio delete plate installed. -There are rear air shocks installed by a previous owner. Needs: -Some cosmetic work. -No rust except for small amount at front fender/radiator support mount. There are no structural issues with this car. The balance of the car is rust free other than some surface rust on the underside. Front sub-frame is solid as are rear leaf spring mounts. -The previous owner had a rear leaf spring break. It was replaced with a used one off a parts car. A second usable rear leaf spring will be included with the sale. -Rear bumper slightly twisted from previous hit. -Cracked passenger's side rear taillight housing. Lens is intact and legal though. -Factory air conditioning not working; compressor is seized. -Paint on top surfaces is thin in places. *** $5,000 or Best Cash Offer *** -The sale includes a NOS Oldsmobile Omega owners manual; original tire warranty card; original vehicle warranty manual; original factory shop manual that covers all Olds models for the model year 1975 including the Omega; a NOS AC-Delco carburetor rebuild kit (for a future rebuild, not needed now); NOS carburetor mounting gasket; new fuel filter; extra rear leaf spring and assorted parts; original factory bumper jacking equipment; and a newer and safer scissors-type jack. This Omega is located in the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507. It has a clear New Mexico Title in my name and is currently insured, registered and driven (mileage may go up). TERMS: -This vehicle is For Sale locally, and as such, eBay sale may be ended early if sold locally. -Vehicle is sold as-is. To my knowledge, I have accurately described this car and all conditions. One owner of about 35 years restored the car and it has been used regularly at parades and car events. It is in very nice cosmetic and mechanical condition. This car was purchased 45 years ago in Mexico by a banker from Iowa. Once he had it shipped to Iowa he commenced a comprehensive restoration. The frame off restoration was completed back in the late 1970’s. Twenty years later he refreshened the restoration. The banker passed away in 2000 and was bought from the estate by the bank. In 2002 it was bought by the present owner and the car is presently in Iowa. The present owner has done proper maintenance, acquired the trunk and replaced the convertible top. Everything works well on the car, including the fuel gauge. The manuals and history are included with this fine motorcar. About Marquette At GM, Billy Durant came and went once more, then founded Durant Motors. By the time this company under his own name was foundering. Even before the Stock Market Crash of 1929, the heads at GM decided to re-introduce the Marquette name as a lower-priced Buick. Buick’s Marquette, this time built in Flint, was poised to fill in the less-expensive market niche of the model line. Intended to compete against the DeSoto, in reality the Marquette ended up cutting into Oldsmobile sales. The first 1930 model Marquette, nicknamed “Baby Buick,” rolled off the line in June of 1929 (and it appears that many were registered as 1929-model cars). These cars came to the public priced at an affordable $990 — some $200 below the least expensive Buick. But few people if any had predicted the sudden economic disaster, and now the public was in no mood to spend money on new cars, let alone new marques. In all, 35,007 U.S. Marquettes were built, along with an additional 3,418 cars produced in Canada at plants in Oshawa, Ontario and Regina Saskatchewan. A total production run of nearly 40,000 cars is fairly impressive for a new marque, considering that it was introduced at the worst of times. Nevertheless, GM’s business fell by 33% from 1929 to 1930, according to Alfred Sloan’s memoirs. All the Marquette cars were built on a 114-inch wheelbase chassis and were powered by a 212.8 cid, 67.5 hp (at 3000 rpm) six-cylinder flat-head sidevalve engine. The motor was basically borrowed from Oldsmobile at little engineering cost, though the word is that Buick engineers did not like the flat-head six from the beginnning. GM advertised the Marquette as having “acceleration from 5 to 25 mph in 8.8 seconds.” It was a light car capable of 70 mph, and test proved it was quite a performer. One such road test covered 778 miles from Death Valley to Pike’s Peak. The Marquette’s herringbone radiator grille set it off from all other GM offerings, which was precisely the strategy of the new “Art and Color” department at GM as well as of Buick president, Edward T. Strong, if not of the head of engineering at Buick, Ferdinand “Dutch” Bower. Loading This is a beautiful older restoration that has been lovingly maintained and used. It is very rare to see a nicely restored and preserved Marquette Model 34 Roadster. ColorRedTitleClear1930 Buick Marquette, Model 34 Roadster, Older Restoration, Rare and Gorgeous! Loading This is a beautiful older restoration that has been lovingly maintained and used.
