Processing fees: All vehicles sold are subject $250.00 dealer fee. This represents the costs incurred with inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting new and used vehicles. Taxes: Finest Motors collects and processes all required taxes where applicable by Federal or Ohio State Law. You will only have to pay sales tax once. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. 12. Titles: Generally titles will be available within 30 days from the receipt of full payment. Subject to delays out of the control of the Finest Motors. Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While Finest Motors usually has all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks Finest Motors will hold all titles for 14 days or until funds have cleared. 13. Shipping & Delivery: a. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Finest Motors may help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! b.
