Documentation Fee The charge includes income and/or profit to the dealer to cover costs such as cosmetic detailing materials, administrative services, notary services, courier services, postage, depreciation of vehicles, salaries of administrative, clerical and courier personnel and inspecting, cleaning and adjusting new and used vehicles. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
