Up for sale is an original 1968 Shelby GT500KR. This fastback "King of the Road" GT500KR is in excellent condition with a 428 Cobra Jet motor that puts out close to a 500 Horsepower. This vehicle is the real deal, certainly not a clone or replica, but an original GT500KR with necessary modifications to drive Anytime, Anywhere and Any way you want. The Lime Gold paint is original along with the Black Decor Knitted Vinyl Bucket Seats and interior. The 428CJ motor has been professionally rebuilt along with the Transmission. A Nine inch rear end and NHRA aluminum headers were installed to handle more horsepower. The exhaust pipes were relocated to lower the vehicle by about an inch. The factory suspension was replaced to upgrade to SCAA Racing standards. A set of Halibrand wheels were installed and approved by the National Shelby Owners Club. All Original parts are included with purchase except for the factory headers. All mods are bolt on if you wish to change back to stock condition.
