I have owned the car about ten years and haven’t done much to it. I have put 10,000 miles on it since I got it. There is no rust in the floors, drip rails, frame rails, trunk pan ect. I have a clean and clear California title in my name. The GLHS passed California smog back in January and is currently registered through 02/2015. The previous owner swapped the A525 for a late model A523 transmission. I don’t know why, but I still have the A525 that was original to this car. The A525 is included but I don’t know what was wrong with it. The previous also swapped the brakes for Shelby CSX brakes front and rear. Brakes feel really good with a great pedal feel. I put new, NOS Mopar, door seals on it back in 2006. I just had the headliner redone and the center console armrest recovered. In January I also put a new battery, new right side motor mount, new turn signal switch, new window seals/runs, and new thermostat. I replaced several different bulbs throughout the car, all of the lights work. All of the door handles, inside and out, work. The ignition/door key only works on the driver’s side door not the passenger side door. I have the trunk key and it works. The hatch struts do not hold the hatch up. I don’t have the jack or the spare tire. All four tires are matching and have 40-50% tread left. All four tires hold air. The rims are the stock 1986 GLHS wheels with no issues. The engine is the original one to the car and doesn’t appear to have ever been apart. I have been driving it around town and it seems to run and drive ok. It doesn’t make any weird noises and doesn’t overheat. All of the gauges and Speedo are working. The AC system was missing when I got it. The car really needs a paint job and to have the seats recovered. The only Shelby item that is missing is the steering wheel. I have the Koni shocks but they are blown and not on the car. The exhaust is all original. There are a few small dents and dings throughout. The worst is on the left corner, please check the pictures. I did repaint the grille, headlight surrounds, and bumpers when I smogged it. I was planning to do a full restoration but have lost interest and the wife wants it gone. I also have a spare complete dash board, spare carpet, and a few other spare parts. It is getting hard to find nice restorable GLHS Omnis that are rust free. I am looking to get $3600. Pick up/shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. I will help load the car and drive to the shipper’s yard as long as it is within reason. I can store for up to three months if it helps with shipping dates. Again the car is running and driving but could use a restoration. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. If you want additional photos just let me know of what and I will send them to you. $400 is due via paypal immediately following the auction. The remainder is due at pick up. If you would like to speak with me just send you number and a good time to call. The car is sold as is and where is. I also seek no opinions on rarity, condition, price, ect. Forgot to add. The GLHS also comes with two spare two piece intakes, the GLHS poster, and about a dozen new oil filters (the short ones).
