This is a solid #3 car, #3 cars drive and run well, but might have some incorrect parts. These cars are not used for daily transportation but are ready for a long tour without excuses. No excessive smoke will be seen on start-up, no unusual noises will emanate from the engine compartment. The vehicle will drive as a new car of its era would. "Good" is the one word description for a # 3 car.This is such a car, a car you can get in and drive, a car that will put a smile on your face. It has been consistently serviced and tuned up. This car has been very well maintained and runs and drives very good. In 2013 a new soft top, carpet, seat padding was installed, the dash top replaced, Carbs were rebuilt, window seals & A pillar outer seals were completed as well as much, much more. In 2010 a new Clutch, pressure plate & throw-out bearing replaced. Transmission rebuilt 2009. Engine rebuilt & front end rebuilt 2007.There are some areas on the car where the paint has been rubbed thin due to having been loved to much. The car comes with its original factory hard top whick is in servicable condition. The bumpers have not been re chromed but are very serviceable. The big ugly rubber bumper guards have been removed, they are available and will come with the car. The car comes with all of the original purchase documents, books and service records. The TR6 features independent rear suspension, rack and pinion steering, 15-inch (380 mm) wheels and tires, pile carpet on floors and in the trunk/boot, bucket seats, and a full complement of instrumentation. The brakes are disc at the front and drums to the rear. It has a rear anti-roll bar and a limited slip differential. The transmission is fully synchronized through all four gears for smooth shifting both up and down. We have posted over 90 photos encompassing most every area of the car including all of the body gaps. The photos of the bottom show no rust.
