Up for sale is my VOLKSWAGON BEETLE. She is a 1999 model with a 2.0 engine, auto trans, 16 inch tires which are good. Car has good interior & glass. runs good, shifts good. 2000 VW BEETLE TDI GLS YELLOW/GREY 2D COUPE. This vehicle was owned by a mature and discriminating driver who was fastidious in regards to maintenance/upkeep. It is mechanically perfect in all senses and drives as such. For those of you in the know, these 1.9L turbo diesel engines can easily achieve 300K miles without issue. Distinguished Yellow (D1B) on grey leather (optional) color combination shows beautifully. Fully loaded with every available option, this particular model is powered by a 1.9 L SOHC 8 valve, diesel TDI, l4 (90 HP/150 lb/ft.torque). The car easily achieves 45 plus mpg consistently. The car looks, feels, and smells brand new with it's excellent interior that has not been smoked in. The vehicle underwent all major services approximately 10K miles ago. Full service records from new. Services were performed by a German master technician with factory parts. This is a one owner 2003 beetle convertible with only 71000 miles on it .Just inspected this week .All windows and electric convertible top work perfect. Runs and stops great.seats are leather tires are like .I drove it around for 2 days to test reliability and it has nothing wrong with it. You are buying it from A used car dealer so since it has only 70000 miles you get a 3000 mile 30 day power train warranty.It is fun to drive and has no mechanical issues. 2002 VW Volkswagen Beetle TDI GLS, upgraded with GLI and GTI suspension and brakes! Audi wheels. Automatic transmission. Cruise control. Sunroof. Monsoon stereo. Leather seats. Very clean, no rips or cracks. AC, heat. Everything works excellently. No check engine lights. This has been a very good car. It's just an extra car used occasionally, and don't have the parking, so need to sell. Recently, within last 1500 miles has had maintenance including: new timing belt, tensioners, rollers, water pump, and oil pump, oil change, brakes, new battery, intake cleaned, transmission service, new glow plug (all regular maintenance, so you need to do nothing.) In addition to all that, the suspension upgrade mentioned above. It is not only fast now, but corners like on rails! This is not your typical Beetle. Still gets the great diesel economy. Runs like new! The only bad is that some of the clear coat on the rear bumper peeled when the previous owner removed a wrap. But I have actually liked that for city parking. Make me a reasonable offer.

2000 Bug TDI Many new parts/service in last 5000mi including turbo, mirror control, EGR cleaned, front A arms, front suspension bushings, CV joints and axle, dogbone engine mount, brakes, 2 tires and many other little things. Car is in great running condition and I'd have no issues driving across the country. The transmission was replaced with a 40K younger one. The transmission shifts later than normal which is likely the result of one of the sensors being off. Other than that it is in great running condition, handles like new since all the bushings/ mounts have been replaced. AC is cold and has no issues. Stereo works fine and includes a 6 CD changer. Sunroof even works but the position sensor is out, so you need to manually stop it to avoid leaks. Interior is ugly, but I have priced it low enough to cover the price of getting it looking good.

2002 Volkswagen New Beetle - Manual Transmission - Rare Find Talk to any VW mechanic, and they will tell you that the Manual Transmission VW's made from 2001 to 2004 are some of the longest-lasting and reliable of the VW series. (They may also note that the most problematic of VW are the "Turbo" line as they age, and that Automatics do not last as long as the Manual VW's). This is my second 2002 VW Beetle with a Manual Transmission. I drove my first one from 2002-2012 until someone hit and run me, then sought long and hard for this replacement beauty which I have owned since the summer of 2012. I am upgrading now by inheriting my mother-in-law's VW. Brand loyalty over here for sure! I purchased this vehicle for $5K from a private seller less than 3 1/2 years ago. Before buying, I found a highly rated VW repair shop on Yelp (West Coast VW in Long Beach, CA) for an inspection and they signed off on the vehicle as being both a good make/model/year for longevity- as well as this individual car being in good shape. I have spent over $2K in upkeep and maintenance to keep her running strong since then. I had not intended to sell her until my husband and I have a child down the line, but inheriting a new vehicle was an unforeseen boon. The goal is to sell this vehicle as either a project or for parts. The interior would need to be replaced if rebuilt. The intercooler, turbo, engine, and manual transmission are in working order. The vehicle does not start and does not have the key. If you do not like my price on the vehicle feel free to message me with your best offer or use the best offer option. The vehicle has been in a front impact, shifting the frame in the front by 10-15 degrees. the wheels and brand new tires are in good condition as well. Many other parts are in good condition. I had just recently put new suspension on the vehicle and the rear shocks should be in perfect condition. The front shocks should be fine, but the left front strut may have been impacted in the crash.
