I have a nice 1964 Ford Falcon Futura for sale. I bought this car from an older couple in Virginia. I have had it for several weeks. I've had someone paint it and it looks really nice. I have gave it a tune up. Had the brakes all checked and they are good. New ball joints and bearings. the engine is a 200 V-6. Does have duel exhaust and sounds like a 8 cylinder. Has around 125,000 miles on it. Runs and drives good. Its a automatic 3 speed. The engine is not original it was put in sometime in the 70's. I am the 3rd owner. Everything else on the car is original. The radio isn't original and doesn't work. I may see if I can get it working. Of course no power steering. The inside is in great condition. Carpet and seats are great. Heat and air work ok. This car is a head turner everytime I drive it. I get stopped every time I go out too with someone wanting to see it or ask me questions about it. The reason I am selling it is I am more a truck person. I'm looking for a 60's or 70's truck. Any questions please ask away. I know I probably have left something out. As I said I have had it several weeks and I am waiting on the title to come. I have all paper work showing I have applied to get it. The last vehicle I sold I didn't have the title yet and he bought it no problems and I mailed it to him when I got it. Sold it on ebay and he gave me great feedback. Same thing older Ford truck had to get the vin number matched up. When you buy an older vehicle out of state you to take it to make sure all the vin numbers match up. I couldn't fit the booster in there. It is a light car, and stop pretty well. If you can fabricate, you can put a booster cylinder in. There is one rust spot on the entire car. It is just above the rain gutter on the drivers side. No rust on the rocker panels or fenders. The heater is not installed in the car, but I do have it. I don't know if it works. But that comes with the car.

Beautiful two owner rust free well cared for Falcon Futura. This was a cover car for the May 2013 Issue of "The National Falcon News" publication. We have tons of receipts for work completed on the vehicle including: fresh tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, carburetor rebuild, new belts, new hoses, new fuel pump, etc). New shocks have also been installed all the way around with new brakes as well. Factory power steering so the car can be steered with 1 finger. New dual exhaust, front to back, the car sounds great! The engine compartment has been professionally detailed to original specifications including correct decals. Rebuilt radiator as well. Inside the car has the original two tone blue vinyl bucket seat covers which are still in nice condition with minimal wear and the original short center console with automatic column shift. The interior also has new door panels, new carpet, and a new headliner. Dash board is in nice condition with some minor color fading on the plastic inserts. The trunk has the original paint to verify correct color along with the original trunk mat. Outside it has all new paint in the original Skylight blue color. All trim was removed from the car and all the moldings including the grill were polished and freshly triple plated original front and rear bumpers were installed. It also has all original "Carlite" glass. Nice, correct wire wheel hub caps and recent radial whitewall tires. Car runs and drives great! Ready to be shown and driven anywhere! The car is virtually all original and is in excellent condition, especially for its age -- no reconditioning done to the body or engine. Runs great, dependable starts, and looks fantastic. Power convertible top with a matching, snap-on bonnet for the top when down. Classic, original color combination (white with a black top and red interior) and an all-around delightful car for tooling around town -- the car always gets a lot of attention when I take it out. Body has some very minor surface rust spots in an isolated location -- easily repairable if necessary. Factory installed AC works GREAT (like a freezer!). Car has been appraised; first when purchased 15 years ago for insurance purposes and again last year by a local auto enthusiast -- both gave it high marks for its condition, vintage, etc. This car is a great purchase as is or as a potential revamp for a true enthusiast (the car has great bones!). To my knowledge, I am the third or fourth owner of the vehicle -- the previous owner was a collector who drove the car very short distances (as have I). Previous owner was a teacher who drove to school and back, according the person from whom I purchased the vehicle. This car has been garaged every day since I've owned it. I've loved the car, but need to sell it because I need the garage space.

Selling my falcon. I have $2300 worth of receipts that go with it. Also $2300 worth of new parts. Was a 6 cyl car and now has a very healthy 302 Windsor v8 and c4 trans. Engine starts right up every time. No knocks, or ticks. Doesn't surge it miss. Doesn't smoke. It has a brand new edelbrock 600cfm carb, ceramic coated headers, billet HEI. Has aluminum intake, and uninstalled comp thumpr cam kit. Brand new radiator from rock auto and like I said before $2300 worth of other parts. Starts and lot drives. No tag no insurance. Brand new shifter not hooked up so I manually put it in gear from under the car. Brakes and steering work. Very solid minimal surface rust. Extremely solid car. Has great patina. Hi, This Falcon was Restored at some point recently.. the paint looks Brand New and there is some sort of undercoating.. the engine has been rebuilt and runs strong. the battery and tires are new and the carburetor has been rebuilt but the wrong size air filter was purchased so you will have to get a new filter.. here is a list of things it needs to be a daily driver: New Headers (the original exhaust manifold is cracked)new air filterneeds some attention to the wiring (the battery dies every couple of days)new front turn signalsnew gas gaugenew interior (the original interior is pretty shot.. the doors and floor have no padding.. the ceiling padding needs to be redone and the seats are shot.. we do have brand new seat interior in trunk) we are selling it because we have not had time to restore it.. please let me know if you have any questionsthanks ~G

Thanks for stopping by to take a look at our very cool and absurdly rare 1963.5 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible. Ford’s Flagship sport car just before the advent of the Mustang, this car is an excellent example of a rare combination of factory equipment, originality and pure California Cool. This Falcon was recovered from an estate sale here in so cal. It was disassembled but mostly complete. The gentleman who had begun the restoration was very meticulous about cataloging parts. We found zero body filler. All of the panels were very clean. Much but not all of the chrome was replated. Everything else was either completely rebuilt or replaced with OEM new. RarityWe used the term absurdly rare for this Falcon. While quite a few Falcons were built in 1963, this one sports a rare combination of being a Futura, Convertible, V8, 4 Speed car from the factory. It’s nearly identical to a Sprint except that is has the factory front bench seat (to keep the girlfriend close) and no tach on the dash. Few Sprints were built and even fewer still configured as a Futura like this one. Matching numbers, refinished to factory spec with a few upgrades, (the mid package; headers, exhaust, radio, wheels and tires). Exterior.Rangoon Red respray in 2016 is correct to the trim tag. Nice and clean original Rangoon Red paint can be found in the trunk and convertible top stowage area. Wheels, Tires15” Custom made Magnum 500 wheels and new Cooper Cobra tires. Original Futura hub caps and wheels are included. Engine260 CID Ford V8, headers and a fresh dual exhaust with chrome concealed tips. Freshly serviced radiator, new water pump, belts and hoses. This low mileage (36,618) 1963 Ford Falcon combines gorgeous 1960’s styling with power of the nascent muscle car era - This first generation Falcon was produced with the V8 in very limited numbers (only half of 1963) and served as the basis to the 1964 Mustangs. The Ford Falcon has really come into its own in the classic car market. No longer just the car that fathered the Mustang, the sensible style has matured into an instantly recognizable flair. This is especially seen on the top of the line Futura trim. Its premium status means this Falcon is dressed up with plenty of jewelry, ranging from the arrow-shaped side trim to the neat little ''bombsight'' fender ornaments up front. The iconic Cragar wheels, surrounded by Performance GT tires, add an extra pop against the dark, menacing “heritage burgundy” original paint. It has a 9" Ford rear end. The styling and condition continues into the interior. The black leather interior is all original and in phenomenal condition, offset by some chrome accents on the door. The familiar instrument panel is in excellent condition, and the dash has all the original pieces right down to the air controls. The AM/FM tuner is all original, adding to the car’s pizazz. This 260 cubic inch “Challenger” V8 provides plenty of power, smoothly delivered through an automatic transmission. The pictures of the engine bay show just how pristine the bay is, sure to impress all at the weekend car shows. Private seller selling my 1964 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible restomod. Car is immaculate and is a solid 9.0 to 9.5 out of 10.0. It features a 332 cubic-inch Ford stroker motor (early 90's Mustang 5.0L block), GT40 aluminum heads, mild cam (with slight "lick"), Doug's headers and Holley carb in front of a Ford T5 5-speed manual transmission. Estimated horsepower is around 325 hp. Car runs strong and cruises effortlessly at highway speeds at low RPM's (~2,000 rpm @ 70 mph) due to OD tranny. Rear end is a 3.50 posi-traction out of an early 1970's Ford Maverick. No leaks or drips from engine, tranny or rear end. Equipped with Ford Granada front spindles and disc brake assemblies. Drum rear brakes. Lowered all the way around. Power steering. Body and paint are immaculate. The body is rust free and straight as an arrow. The car was painted with base coat / clear coat over 12 years ago and has stood the test of time as it is still nearly perfect. Very glossy everywhere. All original Falcon trim was removed when car was restored to give it a very "clean" look. Underside of car is also immaculate and clean. Black vinyl interior is excellent. No interior defects at all. Carpet and seats and dash are excellent. Black power convertible top is in excellent condition as well as raises and lowers automatically as it should. Immaculate black boot cover included. Tires and brakes are excellent. Torquethrust wheels are excellent. I have a brand new vintage air AC system/kit that I purchased for the car (including a refurbished period correct under-dash Ford evaporator and blower unit) and have not yet installed it. It is in the trunk and will be included with the car. Overall, a beautiful resto-mod that is gorgeous to look at, fast, reliable and fun-to-drive. I would take this car anywhere.
