Interior is clean but does need some attention. The drive seat has normal tearing and the drivers door panel has normal tearing issues and should be replaced. Mechanically the engine is good, but will need a few things to make it a ready daily driver. I had my mechanic check it out and they said the most pressing issue was a leaky fuel injector (recommended to change them all due to age. Also he also noted that the idle air valve(ICV) was not working properly and recommended it also be replaced. The car will also need a battery immediately( I can order and install one for you for an additional $70.00( Or If you are picking the car up, bring a hot one, or if shipping it, i strongly recommend you pay the $70.00 so you do not pay extra to ship a non running car) These are not big deal items and should be expected for a 25 year old classic being sold at less than 3% of original MSRP of $40K +. 92 SC 300, black with tan, 106k actual miles, moonroof, CD changer. Has an Indiana rebuilt title due to collision damage that occurred several years ago. Driven for about 60k miles after repairs were made. Runs and drives well, and mileage may go up slightly. Paint is fair at best all over. Leather is in decent shape. Seats show some wear but are not cut. Car has not been smoked in. AC blows cold. Power adjustments on the seats work. The car does have a few issues which are as follows. I originally bought the car from the original owner with 157K miles. I have the original window sticker and all of his original paperwork from the purchase back in 1992 as well as his HUGE list of maintenance that I've added to since the purchase. This was my daily driver for the past 2 years until I bought a pickup a few months back. Since the purchase, I have done all the meticulous maintenance and repair work on the car myself as well as added some tasteful additions such as the W58 Transmission, so I will be able to tell you anything you would like to know. I fell in love when I first saw a 1992 SC300 back in 1991. They originally started retail > $60K and out of my range but I promised myself I would get one one day. In 1996 I bought my dads 1992 and just loved it. This was the first year the SC300 was made. I later found this beautiful 2000 (black/black) and was in love again with all the features I had wished the 1992 had, but the same beautiful body lines since they hadn't changed. So now I have both. For now, selling the 2000 only and the 1992 will likely follow. If you have ANY familiarity with this classic Lexus Model then you know how rare it is to find the most desirable and beautiful black exterior with black interior. I have seen many other Lexus pull up at lights and tell me they love my car and that they used to have one but wished they had black and black. Being a 2000 means it is the last year of this model line and the one with all the best features.
