In some cases if the tire pressure got below the minimum, the sensor will send a single to the computer to kick the light on. Even after you put air back in the tire, it still may not reset the light until it is driven so many miles or so many times. In some cases the sensors need replaced, in other situations they just need driven daily for a few days. In the past we would replace them. But we have learned that it is a constant rabbit trail because the cars are designed to be used daily. The best solution is to drive the vehicle daily and wait if the light comes off. Most sensors are $35-$65. In order to keep our customers happy with their transaction we have learned that it is better to NOT guarantee that tire pressure lights are on.
