Came from a shop that closed in 2012 as owner was advancing in years and wished to retire after 24 years of car restoration. Car was originally sold in Orem Utah to a Lady from there who had it until 1970 when it was sold to another individual from Orem who kept it stored in a garage till we acquired it in 2003 from an estate sale in Orem. The mileage is stated on title as 71,548 and as we have not driven it still is 71,548. Sometime around 2005 restoration was started. The engine was rebuilt, All Brakes were rebuilt, drums turned and flexible lines replaced. New Starter, New shocks and bushings, New exhaust system, New Carburetor, New Water Pump New Converter and Seals and a lot of other Items replaced or rebuilt. Car is well optioned with the 312 engine and 4 barrel Carb, Automatic Trans, Power Steering and Power Brakes and Rare power window option. Also has The very rare Twin Spotlights with mirrors AND the Very rare Town & Country Radio that works perfectly. I do have a lot of spare parts that will go with car Including a Rare hard to find New black dot headliner and a box with new Blue carpet for the car. I also have a set of original 57 Ford Fender skirts with a set of new weatherstrips. and a set of mint wheelcovers. Also some cables and other items for 57 Fords. Car is pretty well done mechanically except for maybe a few small items. It needs the interior done and some small bodywork done, and of course paint. Floorpans are VERY good condition with NO rust. There is a small hole cut on tunnel where it looks like someone tried to install a floor shift at one time but all original shifter is in place and working correctly, I will include a small patch for the hole. Only rust is a little in left rocker panel and I will include a set of new rockers. I have all the seats and panels etc and are now in car I just installed a NEW Battery. Top works on occasion as switches need cleaned from sitting. I will include a set of manuals for the top with all troubleshooting, wiring diagrams and adjustments listed. Trunk floor is excellent. Original color of car was powder blue and white. The doors close very nicely and spacing around doors is very nice indicating good alignment of body and frame. This car could be a show car as you are starting with a decent car to begin with and not a pile of rust and patchpanels. This is the last of the cars, We were going to keep this one and finish it but have come to the realization it will never get done so we want someone to get it that will finish it as it should be. Car has always been kept in an enclosed garage and never been outside. I have clear title in hand. I can store car inside for reasonable time if needed. Oh man, what car. Obviously if you're looking at an S4, you know that it is crazy quick and extremely fun to drive, so we'll skip that part and get right into the vehicle itself. The car was made for the raw racing and thrill side, it's a Premium Plus (so base S4) with torque vectoring and the sports suspension. It's a manual, so it's a super fun time to drive. It's in great condition, I've treated it well as did the first owner. The only things are small cosmetic flaws. I do a lot of highway driving, so there are a few small rock marks on the hood which can probably be buffed out. There is also a white mark from being bumped into on the back bumper. Other than that it's really looking good. I keep it very clean and always got it in for scheduled maintenance. The nice thing is that it's under 50,000 miles, so the option to add the extended warranty is still available. I absolutely love this car and it kills me to sell it, but the money I spend on payments has other places it needs to go. I am extremely busy, so do not schedule a test drive with me just for fun, you've really got to be serious about taking a look at the car. This is a British car that has been converted into a screaming hot rod. Really fun to drive. Less that 200 of these in the US and less than 20 are street legal daily drivers!! It has basically been built from the frame up. We've fitted a Chevy 350 Smallblock under the hood, with roller rockers, a mild thumper cam, edelbrock carb, etc. We figure it produces around 320 hp. Its also been fitted with a 700R4 tranny with a Genie shifter. It also has a custom exhaust with cutouts that make this little beauty ROAR. She turns heads everywhere you go.
