The exterior WAS in excellent condition until a HAIL STORM moved through our area about two weeks ago. The paint is clean and has a very nice luster to it as you can see in the many pictures we have included in this listing. THE BODY NOW HAS ABOUT 10 MILLION TINY DINGS ALL OVER !!! You can’t really see it in the pictures, but I did include a few close ups to give you a general idea of how it looks overall. The bumpers, moldings, glass, etc. all look very nice. They have never seen the car, owned the car, and have no other information about the car than what is reported from different agencies. All of this information is originally hand entered into their databases at their source and mistakes and inconsistencies will occur! For example when a dealer such as ourselves purchases a vehicle they may pick it up as a new owner when this is of course not the case as dealers are not end users. Also they often contain mileage errors are inconsistencies that appear to make little sense. Just like any computer generated information report you need to know how to read the report & when to read between the lines. Having seen thousands of these over the years we can help you understand the information listed in these reports, just ask. Can you explain your as-is / warranty policy? While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. All cars are used machines and used machines need general repairs on a regular basis many times without prior warning. This is especially true for name brand highline & exotic vehicles that have more elaborate features and systems. Also repairs are more common on say a 10 year old model car as opposed to a 2 or 3 year old model car since they cost significantly less than a newer car. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who don’t understand this so this is why we have spelled it out in plain English. Can I see or inspect the vehicle in person? Prospective bidders are always welcome to come view or arrange on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Of course if you are the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over the car, test drive it, and make sure you are happy with it before taking delivery. Do you end auctions early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. However this is quite rare and occurs in less than 2% of all listings. But occasionally we have to end an auction early because we made an error in the vehicles options, description, warranty, or have a title issue. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at our discretion. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary. What are the technical legal terms? Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Virginia in the Henrico County Courthouse. By bidding on this auction the bidder / buyer agrees that any legal action will be heard in the County of Henrico in the State of Virginia. Buyer agrees to be responsible for all legal costs including but not limited to court costs, expenses, attorney fees, cost of process service, and any other cost associated with the normal course of business. Should debt collection be necessary buyer agrees to pay 1 ½ % interest per month or an annual rate of 18% until the debt is collected and paid in full. Should the vehicle need to be repossessed the buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with recovering the vehicle and the buyer will also be responsible for any damages to the vehicle. By entering into this contract the bidder warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and are financially capable of completing this purchase. How do I pay for the vehicle? The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid for by cash in person, cashiers check (like you would get from most banks & credit unions), or bank wire transfer. We do not accept personal checks, credit cards, paypal, drafts, escrow services, or any other form of payment that is not expressly listed above. Some services such as E-Loan or HSBC place demands on their loans that we can not meet. For example sometimes they require the borrower to only purchase a vehicle in the state they reside and that of course would make it impossible for most bidders &ourselves to comply. So again, we work very hard to make the process go smoothly & quickly just let us know upfront if you have any special needs so we can help out. Please note that you are welcome to have your loan officer contact us to arrange one of the above payments if they have questions or concerns. We realize that different lending institutions have different needs and we are here to work with you in those instances. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. We do charge a small $95 fee to help cover the cost of the Gross Receipt Inventory Business Tax, Temporary Tags, & Registration that is charged on each car. We charge this fee to help defray the cost of these expenses. International bidders, including Canada will be subject to an additional $100 fee due to the extra costs associated with completing those sales. Things such as international phone calls, faxes, UPS packs, and wire transfer fees add up quickly for us when doing business outside of the U.S.A. So in summary all you pay to us is the winning bid price + the fee. Do you require a deposit from me? We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction by the end of the next business day on each vehicle purchased. This means that if you win the auction for any given vehicle at 10PM on a Monday night then the $250 deposit is due by 5PM the following night (Tuesday) . Each vehicle requires a $250 deposit. The deposit is to be made via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account we will be happy work with you depending on each buyers unique situation. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements with us by 5PM we reserve the right to offer or sell the vehicle to another bidder or buyer as we deem necessary. Also should the buyer fail to make this deposit or make other arrangements with us by 5PM we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If a buyer pays the deposit, but does not complete the transaction for any other reason, then the deposit is not refundable and becomes the property of The Car Man of Richmond. Can The Car Man of Richmond arrange financing for me or take my trade in? We do not offer any financing through the dealership. Once the vehicle is paid for in full insurance is required from the buyer. We do not insure the vehicle after payment is made in full. This is especially important if your vehicle is being transported via car carrier. How does shipping work? We do not arrange shipping for any of our vehicles. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to come pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do not have a transporter we may be able to suggest one for you. Also you can do a web search for vehicle transporters for a greater selection. We do not take vehicles to shipping terminals or shipping ports. All vehicles must be picked up at the dealership during regular business hours Monday - Saturday. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on many different factors. It is recommended that exotic or high dollar vehicles be shipped enclosed (but that is a personal choice). Also vehicles such as, Limousines, Large Commercial Trucks & Large Vans, etc. may have extra costs associated with them due to size limitations or may not be able to be shipped at all. PLEASE NOTE: Approx. ½ of our cars are transported, and these cars can have no more than ¼ tank of fuel to help the weight down on the transport trucks. After 21 years they gave this car to their adult son who drove it for 4 ½ years (2008-2012) before trading it in on a new Ford. It has always been adult owned, properly cared for, and is a very nice example of a 27 year old Mercedes! When we purchased this car about 1 ½ years ago it was still in its original factory silver metallic and was faded from the Florida sun. It was at this time that I decided I wanted to “redo” the car & make it look like one of the classic all blacked out AMG cars you would have seen on Miami Vice in the 80’s! So we had the car color changed from silver to black and had everything blacked out as well. Being from Florida the windows already had a nice dark tint on them so that worked out well. We also installed the 4 new wheels & 4 new tires. Also a bunch of minor service updates were done in our shop as needed. And an older Alpine radio was replaced with a new modern Blaupunkt stereo w/ Aux. Ipod plug in. UPDATE: The original R12 ac system finally just died, so we just updated it to a new modern R134a air conditioning system with a new compressor, receiver, dryer, etc! (This would cost you over $1,500 if you had to pay for it yourself!) This Mercedes Benz 560SEL is finished in Black with matching factory Black Cloth Interior. We have tested all of the power features and everything is in excellent working order. Yes, all of the power windows, locks, sunroof, front seats, rear bench seat, telescopic wheel, side mirror, antenna, air conditioning, Blaupunkt stereo, cruise control, lights, wipers, 2 tone horn, etc. all work well! We have also road tested this 1987 560SEL and it rides & drives FANTASTIC as only a 560 can! In town or cruising down the highway at 70MPH this is a very solid driving luxury sedan. I have driven myself approximately 3,000 miles in the past 18 months and I have just loved this car, but it is time for it to find a new home. The exterior is in very good overall condition. The paint looks nice overall and makes a very good appearance as well. Notice how everything has been painted black including grille, door handles, moldings, emblems, etc. to give it that true 80’s Miami Vice / AMG style! There is HAIL DAMAGE to the top surfaces of this car as you may or may not be able to see in the pictures. The bumpers, moldings, glass, etc. all look nice too. The custom black alloy wheels are riding on a matched set of 4 Continental Sport Tires that are all basically BRAND NEW and were just installed by us 3,000 miles ago! A very sharp looking 560SEL indeed! The interior is also in very good overall condition. The factory “black” cloth seats were a special order option from Mercedes. They cost as much as the optional leather seats, but on a 560 since leather was standard it was a no charge option. They did have to be specially ordered by the original customer. I know they appear more gray than black, but when they were new they were a darker shade of gray that Mercedes referred to as black. They look very nice front to back and are amazingly comfortable as well. You may notice the drivers seat bottom is darker than the rest of the seats. That is because it is a NEW black micro suede insert we had installed to replace the no longer available worn cloth in that section. The factory burl wood trim all looks very nice too. The dash is clean and looks great too. The carpets & rear footrests all look nice too. Also there is a brand new set of floor mats included. The light colored headliner is clean and looks fantastic as well. Have you always wanted an AMG 560SEL, but the real ones are too much to afford at $30,000-$50,000? All of this information is originally hand entered into their databases at their source and mistakes and inconsistencies will occur! For example when a dealer such as ourselves purchases a vehicle they may pick it up as a new owner when this is of course not the case as dealers are not end users. Also they often contain mileage errors are inconsistencies that appear to make little sense. Just like any computer generated information report you need to know how to read the report & when to read between the lines. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who don’t understand this so this is why we have spelled it out in plain English. Can I see or inspect the vehicle in person? Prospective bidders are always welcome to come view or arrange on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Of course if you are the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over the car, test drive it, and make sure you are happy with it before taking delivery. Do you end auctions early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. However this is quite rare and occurs in less than 2% of all listings. But occasionally we have to end an auction early because we made an error in the vehicles options, description, warranty, or have a title issue. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at our discretion. After 21 years they gave this car to their adult son who drove it for 4 ½ years (2008-2012) before trading it in on a new Ford. It has always been adult owned, properly cared for, and is a very nice example of a 27 year old Mercedes! When we purchased this car about 1 ½ years ago it was still in its original factory silver metallic and was faded from the Florida sun. It was at this time that I decided I wanted to “redo” the car & make it look like one of the classic all blacked out AMG cars you would have seen on Miami Vice in the 80’s! So we had the car color changed from silver to black and had everything blacked out as well. Being from Florida the windows already had a nice dark tint on them so that worked out well. We also installed the 4 new wheels & 4 new tires. Also a bunch of minor service updates were done in our shop as needed. And an older Alpine radio was replaced with a new modern Blaupunkt stereo w/ Aux. Ipod plug in. UPDATE: The original R12 ac system finally just died, so we just updated it to a new modern R134a air conditioning system with a new compressor, receiver, dryer, etc! (This would cost you over $1,500 if you had to pay for it yourself!) This Mercedes Benz 560SEL is finished in Black with matching factory Black Cloth Interior. We have tested all of the power features and everything is in excellent working order. Yes, all of the power windows, locks, sunroof, front seats, rear bench seat, telescopic wheel, side mirror, antenna, air conditioning, Blaupunkt stereo, cruise control, lights, wipers, 2 tone horn, etc. all work well! We have also road tested this 1987 560SEL and it rides & drives FANTASTIC as only a 560 can! In town or cruising down the highway at 70MPH this is a very solid driving luxury sedan. The exterior is in very good overall condition. The paint looks nice overall and makes a very good appearance as well. Notice how everything has been painted black including grille, door handles, moldings, emblems, etc. to give it that true 80’s Miami Vice / AMG style! There is hail damage to the top surfaces of this car as you may or may not be able to see in the pictures. The bumpers, moldings, glass, etc. all look nice too. The custom black alloy wheels are riding on a matched set of 4 Continental Sport Tires that are all basically BRAND NEW and were just installed by us 3,000 miles ago! A very sharp looking 560SEL indeed! The interior is also in very good overall condition. The factory “black” cloth seats were a special order option from Mercedes. They cost as much as the optional leather seats, but on a 560 since leather was standard it was a no charge option. They did have to be specially ordered by the original customer. I know they appear more gray than black, but when they were new they were a darker shade of gray that Mercedes referred to as black. They look very nice front to back and are amazingly comfortable as well. You may notice the drivers seat bottom is darker than the rest of the seats. That is because it is a NEW black micro suede insert we had installed to replace the no longer available worn cloth in that section. The factory burl wood trim all looks very nice too. The dash is clean and looks great too. The carpets & rear footrests all look nice too. Also there is a brand new set of floor mats included. The light colored headliner is clean and looks fantastic as well. Have you always wanted an AMG 560SEL, but the real ones are too much to afford at $30,000-$50,000? We often use these services to check a vehicles background. Carfax and Autocheck are wonderful services, but they have their limitations. Many times they will show more “owners” than we may state a vehicle has had. This is because they are an information service only. They have never seen the car, owned the car, and have no other information about the car than what is reported from different agencies. All of this information is originally hand entered into their databases at their source and mistakes and inconsistencies will occur! For example when a dealer such as ourselves purchases a vehicle they may pick it up as a new owner when this is of course not the case as dealers are not end users. Also they often contain mileage errors are inconsistencies that appear to make little sense. Just like any computer generated information report you need to know how to read the report & when to read between the lines. Having seen thousands of these over the years we can help you understand the information listed in these reports, just ask. Can you explain your as-is / warranty policy? Also repairs are more common on say a 10 year old model car as opposed to a 2 or 3 year old model car since they cost significantly less than a newer car. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. What you have just read is basically common sense, but there are some people who don’t understand this so this is why we have spelled it out in plain English. Can I see or inspect the vehicle in person? Prospective bidders are always welcome to come view or arrange on site inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Of course if you are the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over the car, test drive it, and make sure you are happy with it before taking delivery. Do you end auctions early? We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. However this is quite rare and occurs in less than 2% of all listings. But occasionally we have to end an auction early because we made an error in the vehicles options, description, warranty, or have a title issue. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at our discretion. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary. What are the technical legal terms? We do not insure the vehicle after payment is made in full. This is especially important if your vehicle is being transported via car carrier. How does shipping work? We do not arrange shipping for any of our vehicles. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to come pick up the vehicle from our dealership. If you do not have a transporter we may be able to suggest one for you. Also you can do a web search for vehicle transporters for a greater selection. We do not take vehicles to shipping terminals or shipping ports. All vehicles must be picked up at the dealership during regular business hours Monday - Saturday. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on many different factors. It is recommended that exotic or high dollar vehicles be shipped enclosed (but that is a personal choice). Also vehicles such as, Limousines, Large Commercial Trucks & Large Vans, etc. may have extra costs associated with them due to size limitations or may not be able to be shipped at all. All buyers should keep the above information in mind when purchasing a vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: Approx. ½ of our cars are transported, and these cars can have no more than ¼ tank of fuel to help the weight down on the transport trucks. If you are planning to pick up the vehicle in person, these are the hours we are open for eBay deliveries: Monday (9-5), Tuesday (9-5), Wednesday (9-5), Thursday (9-5) and Friday (9-5). We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all National Holidays. If these hours do not suit your needs, then please arrange to have your vehicle shipped. 2013 Range Rover Evoque If you have been looking, coupes are really hard to find. I have always been a sports coupe driver. This fit the bill, being the closest to sports car in the form of an SUV. It feels remarkably well planted and balanced on the road. Absolute great car to drive on both long and short trips. We drove to Amelia Island for the Concours soon after purchasing it. Let's just say if felt right at home with cars costing two-four times the cost. We liked the Evoque so much, have a new one on the way! Exterior color is Orkney Gray (Land Rover name for a silver/gray) with ebony interior. It is still under the Land Rover factory warranty (4-year 50,000 miles) until June 2017 or 50,000 (which ever come first). This Evoque has been dealer serviced, and impeccably maintained. Even just replaced all the tires and recently installed EBC ceramic brakes (less dust). It had been garage kept while I have owned it. No accident or paint work, with a clean Carfax. It is in excellent condition, with no door dings or dents. Yes, it comes with both remotes, books and all documentation. It has factory navigation, leather seats and steering wheel with cold climate package (heated front and rear seats, heated front and rear windshield washers, and heated windshield), back up camera, HID headlights, voice commands, blue-tooth, key less entry with push bottom start, dual climate control, and a 350 watt Meridian sound system (pretty remarkable actually) with satellite and HD radio. Re-contoured 1932 Ford frame rails, kicked at the rear. Custom dropped and vee'd front axle with caster adjustable custom chrome radius rods and rear mounted transverse spring. Buick finned aluminum drum brakes. A Frankland Championship quick-change rear axle (open), with 31 spline Ford axles is mounted on 1947 Ford radius arms modified for adjustments to pinion angle. The cooling system features a custom aluminum radiator with a unique symmetrical upper tank with inlet and outlets paired at the top. The mechanical fan pulls air through a handmade shroud. Finned alloy overflow tank. Exhaust is through a set of Chevy ram's horns and runs to the rear in beautifully crafted polished stainless pipes with a cutout right in front of each rear tire. Fuel and brake lines are stainless. So are the radiator and heater plumbing and the vacuum lines. Engine & Transmission: Chevrolet 283 C.I.D. V-8, 1.94 heads, triple Rochester 2 Bbl. carburetors on a rare Edelbrock C355 aluminum intake manifold, Edelbrock finned aluminum valve covers, solid lifter cam. Chevrolet ignition with a Pertronix electronic conversion. Custom extra capacity oil pan. New GM T-5 Five-speed transmission. Body & Bed: 1929 Ford model A” roadster pickup cab, built over a tubular roll-cage cowl structure. This pickup cab has had extensive modification to allow for a low and comfortable seating position, this includes; lengthened doors, dual cowl vents, lowered floor pans and bellied rear panel. The chrome vee'd windshield was custom built for this truck and features a special rear view mirror mount and wind wings. Narrowed, peaked, and vee'd grille shell and custom 3-piece aluminum hood. The pickup bed is shortened and houses a 16 gallon stainless steel fuel tank, a hidden tool box and some decent luggage space. Interior & Top: Dark red genuine leather by Kings Upholstery in Roanoke, Virginia. Leather trim extends to a console, arm rests, banjo steering wheel and door map pockets. Under dash heater and heated seats. Fully operational windshield wipers. So Cal Speed Shop Auburn style instrument panel with Stewart Warner gauges and an electronic VDO speedometer. Adjustable steering column, Seat belts. The folding (or removable) top was constructed from polished stainless Ford deluxe roadster arms and custom ash bows. The fabric is German canvas and the unusual rear window is 1932 Plymouth. Paint & Chrome The paint finishes on this car were applied by Jeff Bennett owner of Wide Open Customs. Jeff is builder of many hot rods and recently was honored as the lead restorer on the historic early custom '39 Ford convertible by Slick Paterson at the Detroit Autorama. The pinstriping was performed by acclaimed automotive artist Tom Van Nortwick. The metal polishing and chrome plating was done by Jeff Hanlon of Hanlon Plating in Richmond, Virginia. In fact, just this week Ford introduced their newest F-150 Limited, an offering that's expected to retail just south of $70K. That comes as no surprise when one realizes that, despite an ever-evolving automotive landscape, trucks simply never lose their appeal. And with that in mind, it should come as no surprise that the market for classic trucks is absolutely exploding. This world-class custom, a truck that won Best in Show at the F100 Super Nationals on its first outing, is the direct result of what happens when talented builders follow an acute plan that's founded on unique details and top-notch workmanship. Looking for a classic that's guaranteed to make you weak in the knees? Take a long look at this sublime piece of Blue Oval artistry! BODYWORK/TRIM Purchased for $9K as a solid resto-mod, this killer pickup benefitted from a 4-year, $258K restoration that was conducted by Coachworks of Louisa, Virginia. The project kicked off with complete disassembly and thorough media blasting. Once the truck was clean and ready to scuff, new rockers, fresh cab corners and custom running boards were welded between a pancaked hood that was cut 2.5 inches and fat rear fenders that were widened 3 inches. Once that tough fuselage was test-fitted, all factory welds were ground and smoothed in advance of prime and block sanding. After much deliberation, the meticulously worked body was decked in a vivid PPG Deltron 2000 base that reflects Wineberry Red under Vibrance Sunset Orange. That pigment was split with a Sterling Silver stripe, which, in turn, was highlighted with black pinstripes, hand-painted accents and custom brandings courtesy of Ed Webster. And eventually, everything was sealed, buffed and detailed under five layers of clear. In May of 2012, the truck rolled out of the paint booth to dominate the 730-truck F100 Super Nationals. And today, this classy hot rod is one sizzling showstopper that'll provide instant red carpet curb appeal! Not surprisingly, this awesome Ford's first rate detailing highlights both straight lines and solid form. Up front, a smoothed grille hangs traditional, chrome-trimmed headlights above a painted and tucked bumper. Behind that grille, a forward-tilt hood snugs at smoked glass, which plants singled side windows between shaved drip rails, small stainless wipers and polished hot rod mirrors. At the sides of that hood, a flowing profile centers shaved doors in front of a tough Dan Carpenter bed that's outfitted with polished skid strips and gorgeous, double-urethane planks. Those planks are shielded by a Pro's Pick tonneau, which is raised and lowered via linear actuators. And at the back of the truck, a smoothed tailgate rides between a custom roll pan, a second painted and tucked bumper, and one-of-a-kind LED taillights that were designed by the truck's current owner. ENGINE What good is incredible beauty without incredible performance? Tilt the trick, BMW-hinged hood and you'll find 460 cubic inches of Cobra Jet crate engine that, according to factory specs, twists stout 10.5 to 1 compression into 500 horsepower and 495 lb./ft. of tire-melting torque! At the top of the block, a custom-painted air cleaner floats a reusable filter element above a coated Holley carburetor, polished stainless fuel lines and a small Holley pressure gauge. Below that carburetor, a coated Edelbrock Performer RPM intake bridges the gap between SVO Super Cobra Jet heads that hide a Jon Kaase port design under custom-painted aluminum valve covers. At the front of that intake, a Ford Duraspark distributor translates hydraulic cam timing into sequential fire that's provided by MSD 6AL ignition, a Master Blaster coil and MSD Super Conductor plug wires. Exhaust from that fire travels through ceramic-coated Sanderson headers. At the front of those headers, Concept One pulleys spin a polished Powermaster alternator between a painted water pump and polished power steering pump. And in front of those ancillaries, an aluminum cross-flow radiator, which rides behind a stainless shroud and two large puller fans, provides plenty of cooling capacity. The head-turning powerplant is extremely appealing, with pretty much every surface painted, polished or coated. And the truck's color-keyed engine bay is brimming with well-planned details, like trick dipsticks, upgraded hoses, polished fluid reservoirs, and a smoothed and modified firewall. DRIVETRAIN/SUSPENSION When this Ford's owner found his flagship project, he learned that the truck's undercarriage had already been reinforced in preparation for a very strong powertrain. The seller's original goal was to create a serious drag strip contender, and the truck's current owner knew that he could leverage his mechanical engineering expertise to create something really special. Head bottom-side and you'll find a boxed and C-notched frame that centers gorgeous, color-keyed floors on a beefy X-member, custom driveshaft hoops and a custom transmission crossmember. Behind the 460, an Art Carr-modified C6 utilizes a 2,400 RPM stall to twist a lightweight aluminum driveshaft. At the end of that driveshaft, a proven Ford 9-inch spins a Truetrac limited-slip differential around 3.25 gears and tough, 31-spline axles. That first rate drivetrain rolls on a full TCI suspension, which mixes an array of stainless components with 2-inch drop spindles, thick sway bars and high quality Aldan coil-overs. That modern suspension is augmented with power rack-and-pinion steering, which was donated by a 1982 Ford Thunderbird. Braking is equally class, with a boosted, floor-mount master cylinder making excellent use of 11-inch rotors, full stainless plumbing and polished Wilwood calipers. The aforementioned headers dump spent gases in to ceramic-coated pipes, which follow ceramic-coated Flowmaster 40 Series mufflers with quad-outlet tips. There's a 20-gallon fuel tank that's cinched to a Holley HP 150 pump and second Holley pressure gauge. Detail items, like a polished battery box, a B&M transmission pan, a Wilwood proportioning valve and a Specialty Auto Tech transmission cooler, ensure function matches form. And power meets the pavement through chrome Coys wheels, which twist 235/55R17 Hankook Ventus AS in front of 275/55R18 Hankook Ventus AS. INTERIOR Installed by Montrose Upholstery of Richmond, Virginia, this F100's custom interior is an exercise in style and solitude. For starters, the cockpit was thoroughly coated in LizardSkin and wrapped in four layers of insulation that dissipate everything from heat to road noise. Front and center, an extended, body-matched dash frames simple Classic Instruments telemetry in a custom billet instrument panel. Opposite that dash, power Toyota Camry buckets stretch themed leather under high quality Julianos harnesses. Between those seats, a custom console centers a B&M Quick Silver shifter between a modern Kenwood head unit, lighted controls for the truck's Vintage Air climate system and a hidden 10-disc CD changer. At the bottom of that wood console, premium carpet frames a hidden storage compartment, piped and color-keyed mats and snazzy Lokar foot pedals. At the edges of that carpet, bold door panels integrate polished handles in front of power-operated windows. And the driver stays connected to the road through a tilting Ididit column that spins a sweet Billet Specialties Stiletto wheel.
