Carfax show the car to have been in a previous accident in 2005 and received a salvage title in Texas. It was sold to a new owner in New Mexico and has a Salvage New Mexico title. The car was already repaired when I bought it so I don't know any of the details on the accident. It is missing the front fenders and hood vin stickers so I know the car was a front end accident. It does still retain vin stickers on the doors, quarters, hatch and rear bumper crash bar. Car runs and drives good. Transmission shifts smooth with no issues, no leaks or smoking from motor. Brakes work great with new front pads and rotors. Rear tires have over 80 percent tread and front tires have about 60 percent tread. Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility.
