When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is eight (8) years old will show more wear than one that is three (3) years old. Please remember that you are bidding on a quality pre-owned automobile. Every effort is made to accurately and fairly describe our vehicles. All pre-owned automobiles may or may not have some imperfections from normal everyday use. We will do our best to openly disclose any noticeable defects in our auctions by uploading up to 100 photos to the car description and could make some more additional photos /info on demand. Some common signs of wear might include door dings, scratches, dents, paint touch-ups, rock chips, normal convertible top wear, bumper marks, paint flaws, windshield stone marks, normal tire and wheel wear, and minor interior, electrical (light bulbs, switches, etc.), brake wear, suspension, minor cracks and mechanical wear (normal for mileage). We do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state. Vehicle is purchased with any inspection shown in the photos only! ALL THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS HAS TO BE DONE BEFORE THE AUCTION OVER!!! Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payment is cleared by our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state. In this case we issue free temporary registration until the title is received. ~ All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within 10 (ten) days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $10/day for cars, and 20$ for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. ~ We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. Fees and Taxes Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price (total value of the auction). This fee includes: ~PA temporary transit tag (only for out of state buyers), ~documentation and paperwork, ~auto tag and notary services, ~messenger fees, ~title transfer, ~listing fees, ~car post sale inspection. This fee is not negotiable. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are not an exception. Please dont bid if funds are not available at the time of making a payment. Pennsylvania buyers must pay PA sales tax and tag/registration fees. (Not included in the final price). Out-of-state buyers are responsible for paying taxes in their own states as well as other applicable vehicle registration/inspection fees. PA Temporary Transit Tag would provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide your driver licence and proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.
