The 1996 Dodge Viper is available in two models; the RT/10 roadster and the new GTS coupe. Both models are powered by a 8.0-liter V10 engine producing 415 horsepower in the RT/10 and 450 horsepower in the GTS. The only transmission available was a 6-speed manual. Standard equipment includes 4-wheel disc brakes, a limited-slip differential and remote theft-deterrent system. Interior features include a tilt steering column, a locking glove box, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and reclining leather bucket seats with lumbar support. The GTS is a bit more civilized on the inside, featuring dual airbags, power windows and door latches, air conditioning and a 6-speaker CD stereo system. The GTS was featured as the Official Pace Car of the 1996 Indianapolis 500, as was the RT/10 in 1991. Viper GTS Coupe (1996-2002) As spectacular-looking as the Viper RT/10 roadster was, the 1996 Viper GTS coupe was even more so. With a roof obviously inspired by the classic Cobra Daytona coupes Shelby American used to win the FIA GT Championship in 1965 and an aggressive ducktail rear spoiler, the GTS Coupe looked simply stunning in vivid Shelby Blue with classic white stripes. It was hard to believe any car could top the original Viper for visual impact. It took another Viper to do it. Besides the new roof the GTS included such exciting features as roll-up side windows and exterior door handles. Also, the exhaust was rerouted out the back to produce a significantly more pleasing sound and output of the significantly updated 8.0-liter V10 swelled up to 450 hp. Also aboard for the first time were OBD-II emissions controls, aluminum links in the suspension system, dual front airbags and a lighter-weight frame. That rear exit exhaust also made it to the 1996 RT/10 roadster, which was enough to bump output of its V10 to 415 hp. The roadster also got an improved optional fabric top with better weather sealing. A production Viper GTS paced the 1996 Indianapolis 500, setting up even more good news for 1996 as the updated 450-hp V10. History and Info The first Viper concept debuted at the 1989 NAIAS, followed by prototypes; the late-1989 VM01 was powered by the 360 V8, but a V10 was already planned. The early-1990 VM02 was powered by the 8-liter V10. The original V10 was reportedly built with the involvement of Lambourghini, which was partly owned by Chrysler at the time; the basic engineering was of course Chrysler’s, since it was based on the venerable 360, but Lambourghini worked on the cooling system, crankshaft balance, weight reduction, and fine tuning; the Italian automaker’s expertise in aluminum was also tapped, since the Viper had an aluminum block to save roughly 150 pounds of weight. Unique features of the Viper version of the V-10, versus the truck engine, included a low-profile cross-ram intake with dual throttle bodies, the manifolds, oil pan, heads, and accessory drive; the compression ratio was raised, the pistons lightened, the maximum engine speed increased, the valves enlarged, the rods and crank strengthened. In the end, few components were shared with the truck engine. The 2008 Viper had similar consultations from McLaren Performance (not to be confusing with the McLaren racing people who work with Mercedes). The Viper, at its introduction to the public, was intended to be two things to the corporation. The public version was that Chrysler needed a halo car to show they were still the best at building a low cost vehicle of any type and beating the old Shelby Cobra 0-100-0 times was a showman's way of achieving just that. Privately (and more importantly), within the corporation, the Viper was a production technique testbed- to see if the corporation really could develop new methods of manufacture and assembly to lower the cost of a vehicle. It was originally intended to be killed off and a totally different vehicle replace it in the 1997 model year. If you take a look under the skin of a 1st generation Viper, it was a crude and rude "kit car," similar to what home builders had been building for years in Cobra replicas. Chrysler (actually JTE engineers working on their own time) translated this into a vehicle and production line that, in one fell swoop, became the most sought after assignment in the corporation up to that point. The following is based on information supplied by Dodge Team Viper's primary goal was a vehicle that concentrated on performance above all else. Their benchmark: to go from 0 to 100 back to 0 in under 15 seconds. The first result was a show car, which appeared on January 4, 1989 at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit to test public reaction; orders began to flow before the show ended, and the "go" was given. Chrysler decided to use the Viper RT/10 to test its new platform team concept, taken from Honda's process. An independent cross-functional team was created, making its own rules and creating its own supplier base. The team leader sifted through scores of volunteers to find appropriate people. Team Viper began three years of intensive, often around-the-clock operations that stretched from Italy, where the aluminum engine block was perfected -- to the race tracks at Nelson Ledges and Road Atlanta, where they fine-tuned the chassis and powertrain. Team members worked closely with major automotive suppliers to develop unique components for the Viper RT/10 which would withstand the tremendous stresses associated with high-performance driving. For Chrysler, the Viper itself was considerably less important than the lessons learned in the platform teams, which would soon create in rapid succession the LH (Intrepid), PL (Neon), Clouds (Stratus), new minivans, new Ram, Prowler, and more. Chassis prototypes, called "mules" in the automotive industry, were developed to study vehicle dynamics. Within a year of Viper's auto show appearance, a V-8-powered mule was being tested. A few months later, a stablemate powered by a cast iron V-10 (presumably from the Ram) joined the test fleet. Finally, in May 1990, Chrysler announced that the Viper would be made with the aluminum V-10; and in May it performed as the official pace car of the Indianapolis 500. Finally, in December of 1991, the first red Viper RT/10 production vehicles rolled off the New Mack Avenue assembly line -- exactly three years after the concept car's 1989 auto show triumph. A second color, black, appeared in 1993, followed in 1994 by yellow and emerald green. The RT/10 was joined by the Viper GTS in 1996, bringing some refinement to the design, so that it would be one of the world's premier Grand Touring cars rather than a raw racer. The GTS was seen as catering to a broader customer base than the RT/10. While the GTS and the RT/10 look much alike, more than 90 percent of the Coupe was new. Every major part was subjected to scrutiny with telling effect: the GTS with air conditioning weighed nearly 100 pounds less than the 1994 RT/10 without air. Weight reduction changes on both platforms reduced weight by 200 pounds; these included an all-aluminum suspension system and re-engineered frame. For GTS, weight reduction was focused in the engine and cooling system, where over 80 pounds were removed. By 1998, 9,500 Vipers cruised the world's boulevards and racetracks, building a very strong and extremely enthusiastic owner core. Currently there are more than 1,700 members of the Viper Club of America and 27 Viper Clubs throughout the United States. What is in a Dodge Viper - and how it is made Engine Viper's 8.0-liter engine is the largest and most powerful available today in an American production sports car. Viper GTS Coupe and RT/10 Roadster share the same 450 horsepower (460 in GT2 and ACR models) engine, suspension, brake system and adjustable pedal set. Air intake is through a cast aluminum manifold with formed tubes, including an integral fuel rail cored in the castings. The dual throttle bodies and bottom-feed high-impedence fuel injectors control fuel flow and mixture. Fuel is fed to the injectors by a sequential multipoint injection system. The engine's forged aluminum pistons are set in cast iron liners. The aluminum cylinder head features a conventional two valves per cylinder with higher-revving dual valve springs. While a natural extension of the classic American V-8 (the small-block LA series, to be exact), a number of the V-10's unusual design features were derived from Formula One engines. Among these features are a closed tappet gallery for better intake manifold seating, and a sophisticated internal water flow system which traces its route outside the engine block, inside the cylinder head, around each cylinder and inside each combustion chamber for increased engine cooling. Spent combustion gasses travel through a stainless steel tubular exhaust manifold, then pass through unique sill-mounted catalytic converters and exit at the center rear. The six-speed manual transmission was designed to harness Viper's substantial power and match its high-performance expectations. It boasts an electronic reverse lockout feature and first-to-fourth skip-shift for fuel economy. In developing this engine, Team Viper set out to maintain the simple powertrain design of classic high-performance sports cars -- because simplicity leads to durability, reliability and serviceability. Classic Construction Viper's massive V-10 engine is mounted on what is believed to be the stiffest sports car chassis ever built. The engine is cradled by two massive rectangular-tube frame rails, which turn out at the front bulkhead and continue on down the sides. Positioned between the front bulkhead and the back of the cockpit is a central backbone of smaller rectangular tubes. This is attached at the back to a cage or box which encompasses the rear suspension, a 19-gallon fuel tank, a spare tire, the battery and the trunk. The fully independent front and rear suspensions feature unequal-length upper and lower "A" arms and coil-over springs made of lightweight, yet strong micro-grain alloy steel. High-performance gas-filled shocks minimize aeration. The power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering system features positive on-center feel and a fast 16.7:1 steering ratio for quick and responsive maneuvering. Lock to lock is accomplished in a mere 2.4 turns. Viper's turning circle is 40.5 feet and its maximum turning angle is 28 degrees. Viper's high performance brake system features four-piston front calipers with huge 13" x 1.26" vented rotors up front and 13" x.86 vented rotors at the rear. This system was specially designed to help meet the stated test-track goal of 0-100-0 mph in less than 15 seconds. Truly massive high performance Michelin Pilot Sport tires created for the Viper are instrumental in translating the car's abundant horsepower and torque to more linear terms. These directional tires, 275/35ZR18 front and 335/30ZR18 rear, are a major factor in Viper's 1g lateral acceleration capability. The tires are mounted on forged aluminum wheels with Viper logo centers (BBS forged aluminum wheels with chrome Viper Head center caps for the GT2 and ACR models). Finally, Viper's cooling system consists of a lightweight copper-core radiator and an electronically controlled dual-speed electric fan. A front-mounted engine air-to-oil cooler is also standard. Assembly & Testing Each Dodge Viper is hand-assembled at a special Detroit, Michigan facility on Conner Avenue by carefully chosen, skilled UAW workers with over 300 hours of training each. Each Viper is made up of approximately 50 component modules which are shipped to the Viper facility from locations throughout North America. Stamping, casting, painting and welding take place off-site. Composite body panels arrive already painted. Complete instrument panels are supplied with the gauges tested and set in place. Engines are assembled and tested at a Chrysler engine plant. The Conner Avenue Assembly Plant has adjacent work stations. Adjustments are made at each work station by individual craftspersons acting as their own inspectors, eliminating traditional repair stations and inspectors. Problems are immediately dealt with, even if they require a discussion with the on-site Team Viper engineer. All procedures are verified by assembly team members, with working team leaders coordinating efforts through craft managers. The Viper assembly process is as unique as the car itself, even extending to testing procedures. For example, as is the case with race cars, wheel alignment includes adjustment of "bump steer." A special machine is used to align all four wheels off their wheel hubs. In this way, the wheels are moved up and down in their suspension travel and alignment is set in three different positions. Every Viper is also "roll tested," which involves running the car at speed, in place, on special rollers right at the assembly center while the car is a "hot rolling chassis" minus all body panels. It is driven through all six speeds of its transmissions, up to 90 mph, in order to validate the proper functioning of all systems under actual driving conditions Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. 1963 Ford C-600 (COE) Custom Car Hauler: The Ford C-Series was a medium-duty cab-over engine (COE) truck built by the Ford Motor Company between 1957 and 1990. While advertisers boasted of its versatility, it was used primarily  for local delivery, and fire apparatus. Many of the fire trucks came merely as cab and windshield models. In production nearly unchanged for 33 years, the C-Series was the longest-produced commercial truck in North America at the time  it was discontinued in 1990. Only the Mack Model R (39 years) and Kenworth W900 (53 years; still in production) have remained in production longer. As Ford started squaring off its vehicles in 1957, they finally gave the cab-overs their  own designs separate from the rest of the Ford truck lineup. It featured a small grille near the front bumper, with a four-pointed star emblem on each end, the word "F O R D" spelled out below the windshield, and had a cog-and-lightning  bolt crest emblem between the headlights. Variations of this emblem were found on many other Ford trucks during the 1950s and into the 1960s. The C-Series held onto this logo the longest. In a fashion similar to the Checker Marathon or  Volkswagen Beetle, changes to the C-Series trucks throughout its production were very subtle. If anywhere, many of these changes were identifiable by the changes in the cowl insignias and badging. For 1963, the C-Series was updated  with the same cowl insignias used by the rest of the medium- and heavy-duty truck line up. The logo had the word FORD on top of a trapezoid with the model number designation. This insignia was used until 1967. Also in 1963, Ford  introduced diesel versions of the C-series, as well as the N-series and Heavy-Duty F-Series.   Whether you have a small collection or an entire dealership, this C-600 provides the opportunity to arrive in true "classic" style better than any other. This custom-built car hauler was restored with no expenses spared by a restoration shop  and classic car dealership. The purpose of the build was to have a unique showpiece used to deliver vehicles to local customer and for transporting classics to and from shows. Space and money constraints forced the sale of the truck shortly after  completion which attests to the 250 miles currently registered on the odometer. This COE project started with a solid race car transporter and has evoloved into the frame-off restored beauty you have the opportunity to own today. Considering how  much work was done in-house at cost, the total of the expenses which accompany this sale add up to a staggering dollar figure. There are ramps hidden in the rear cargo area that you can drive up on and there is a belly-mounted Warn Winch  for those classics that decide to be difficult at times. Highlights of this build include; Rebuilt 370 Ford Truck Engine (replaced the original 292 Y block), Rebuilt Allison Automatic Transmission (replaced the original 4 speed manual),  New Brakes & Lines, Rebuilt Rear-end, New Wiring, New Redline Gauges, Cleaned & Lined Gas Tanks, Six Powder Coated 20" Steel Wheels, Six New Doublecoin RR400 9.00R20 Tires, New King Pins, New Weather Stripping & Rattle Kit, Restored Steering Wheel, New  Paint, New Interior, New Window Felts, New Warn Winch, Cleaned & Painted Frame, Powder Coated Ramps, New Wood Floors in Ramp Bed, and New Lighting in Bed Interior. In summary, everything on this COE is new, fully restored and/or  rebuilt! I probably should have said that first and saved you some reading and me some typing. As you will see from the photos below, this is an unique Cab-Over custom car hauler that can be purchased for only $35,988! I personally attend several of the largest classic auctions around the US each year and have recently seen  similar 50's-60's restored car haulers sell for $40-70k. You can't beat this price and, as often heard in the classic car community, "....you can't built it for this kind of money." I am adding a MAJOR incentive to sell this C600 in the next 3 weeks. With the ""Buy it Now"" option you on eBay can own this unique COE now and receive FREE SHIPPING * to your driveway. Not only is shipping free but we will handle all of the shipping arrangements and provide  complete cargo insurance while in transit. Why wait a week just to be out bid at the last second by another bidder? We sell 90% of our cars with the low "Buy it Now" option. This classic Ford C-600 is not a vehicle you are  going to find at your local dealership. Reserve is set just below the "Buy it Now" price. Why wait? "Buy it Now" and get your new Ford Cab-Over home safe and hassle free! If you are local or have your own transportation arrangements, we may  accept a slightly lower offer. * USA - excludes; Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, & Maine. International - Buyer will receive $1,000 USD shipping discount. DAYS / NIGHTS / WEEKENDS / HOLIDAYS: Call Brian ANY time for further details at (832)606-9952.

The GL550 also includes bi-xenon headlights with highbeam assist and curve illumination, lane keep assist and blind spot detection. For 2013, the GL-class has been completely redesigned inside and out, and an AMG model has been added to the line-up. Source: Model Reviews Introduction The second generation of the full-size, seven-seat SUV from Mercedes-Benz has been completely redesigned for the 2013 model year and it's big in form as well as function. The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class battles the Audi Q7, BMW X5, Cadillac Escalade, and Lexus LX570. For ammunition, the 2013 GL-Class offers a range of engines, including a V6 diesel engine for the fuel-conscious. The look of the new 2013 GL-Class is streamlined (or as streamlined as a 5000-plus pound SUV can be), with sleek bumpers and front grille. The interiors across the line, from the optional panoramic sunroof to the floor mats, are swank in the typical Mercedes style. The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL350 BlueTEC turbo diesel bookends at the lower end of the range, with the high-performance GL63 AMG (550 horsepower, 560 pound-feet of torque) at the other with a hand-built AMG 5.5-liter biturbo, direct injection V8. Snuggled in between these two contrasting cars are the bread-and-butter Mercedes-Benz GL450 (362 hp, 406 lb.-ft.) and GL550 (429 hp, 516 lb.-ft.), both equipped with new direct-injection biturbo V8 engines. All the entrants share a 7-speed automatic and 4MATIC all-wheel drive that splits power 50-50 between the front and rear wheels in normal driving conditions. Wind noise rarely finds it way into the cavernous interior of the GL-Class, and tire roar is generally hushed as well. After a two-day session test-driving a trio of the new GL-Class models through the crisp air of northern New Mexico, we found the truck claws the pavement and feels much smaller on the road that it is. On a wobbly off-road route descending to the Rio Grande, the GL350 diesel demonstrated tenacious hold, even at speeds of up to 50 mph on the gritty surface. There is so much to feed the senses in this truck, that prospective buyers might miss some of the advanced engineering underneath, like the magnesium reinforced dashboard or the aluminum hood and fenders. Mercedes claims the new GL-Class is about 200 pounds lighter than the previous-generation models, while still growing an inch here and there in length and width. Overall though, it's advanced technology that gives the GL-Class a trump card. The GL-Class is stuffed with all bits of digital magic, and many of the systems are standard equipment, including the air-ride suspension that smoothes out all but the most rugged travel. The optional Active Curve System acts on the suspension to reduce lean in turns, meaning that your passengers can leave the Dramamine at home. Lean isn't totally eliminated, but it is tamed. Those who venture off-road should consider the off road package, which includes a pair of locking differentials and front underside protection, but it's not a necessity. Cavernous passenger space, with three rows of roomy seating, big cargo space, generous power, and quality of fit and finish add to the appeal of the GL-Class. Fuel costs and purchase prices require some thoughtful budgeting, though. Options can drive prices up quickly: One of the test vehicles we drove, a GL450, was loaded with more than $25,000 worth of extras. Load a GL450 with special colors, design interiors and the top-line technology, and you're writing a larger check then you'd do for an Escalade. The most popular model, the GL450 4MATIC, an EPA-estimated 13/18 mpg City/Highway rating. Those committed to the German cache will find a cozy ride all around, safety systems that define what Mercedes does best, and a bold, stylish chunk of sheet metal that makes a tasteful statement on the road and off the road. But realize the new GL-Class models look best when they're dirt-free. Source: New Car Test Drive Walkaround The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class presents a mildly aggressive posture, with handsome flanks and tasteful character lines, and a sweeping glass greenhouse that allows very good visibility from most angles. The GL-Class reeks of luxury, and its designers have restrained the bling factor, presenting a fairly subdued architecture and a form that's a bit more curvaceous that the previous models. From the rear, the GL-Class shows a bit of poundage but the mass is broken up by a pair of rectangular exhaust tips and LED taillights. Riding on a long wheelbase of 121.1 inches, the GL-Class avoids the slab-sided stance that often affects large SUVs. The high-profile, 20-inch wheels provide handsome comfort on rough tarmac. Up front, the GL-Class wears the trademark vertical front fascia, with the two-bar grill dominated by an uber-sized chrome three-pointed star that is about as subtle as Michael Phelps. Below is a mesh lower grill and skid plates. LED daytime running lights are tucked into the lower bumper and the projector-beam headlamps slice slightly into the fenders. The running boards are metal and there are some deft touches of chrome around the greenhouse. Most of all, the GL-Class is big, so make sure there's enough room in the garage: The GL-Class stretches to 202 inches in overall length, nearly 17 feet. Source: New Car Test Drive Driving Impression Dynamically, the GL models chew up interstates, tackle washboard roads at brisk speeds with minimal shake, and feel far more like a land yacht that a Mack tractor. Kudos to the AIRMATIC system. The 2013 GL-Class comes with 4MATIC all-wheel drive as standard equipment, giving drivers traction in wintry conditions and on slippery surfaces. The Environmental Protection Agency hasn't released official mileage figures for the GL-Class. The GL550 generates more power than does the GL450, but it felt like it had only minimally more thrust. The diesel advantage of the GL350 BlueTEC is fuel efficiency. The 7-speed automatic transmission shifts very quickly in Manual mode, the driver changing gears using paddles on the steering wheel. In a vehicle with a high center of gravity, like most sizable SUVs, the Airmatic is a bit of a miracle in this application; it that employs air bladders instead of coil springs to adjust ride height. Adaptive damping allows the driver to select the Comfort or Sport setting for a softer ride or sportier handling. Most of the nanny systems incorporated in these models work seamlessly, although it took a bit of getting used to the lane departure check, which operates at speeds above 37 mph, using a small camera in the windshield that recognizes lane markings. Using the electronic stability program to intervene, the system will vibrate the steering wheel or bump the steering back on course if one strays over the lines. Blind-spot is a no-brainer: very useful. The brakes are big and commendable, which is important on a 5,400-pound vehicle: On GL450 and GL550, 14.8-inch ventilated and perforated rotors provide stopping power up front, and there are 13.6-inch disc brakes ventilated and perforated in back. The GL63 AMG employs larger front discs (15.4 inches). The less powerful GL350 uses smaller front discs (13.8 inches) and they are not perforated. Source: New Car Test Drive Interior Massive outside, the GL-Class models are surprisingly cosseting inside. Serenity at all speeds helps the effect, as do the stunning optional marshmallow-colored bucket seats from Mercedes's designo line in one of the models we tested. Eye-catching stitching in contrasting colors decorates the length of the posh instrument panel. MB-Tex upholstery comes standard, and it looks and feels more like leather than vinyl; it's durable and easy to clean, according to Mercedes. The upright view is excellent. Visibility out the rear hatch is dicey, though drivers can compensate with the outside mirrors. Contrast that feel with the stats on cargo room: the GL-Class delivers 143.6 cubic feet of cabin volume, with up to 93.8 cubic feet of cargo area with both rear seat rows stowed. Both rear rows are powered, and can be folded by pushing a button. Nifty. The second-row seats offer ample space, with ample foot and leg room and nicely padded seats. The third-row seats are roomy enough for six-footers to fit neatly in the way back. When equipped with the panoramic sunroof, third-row passengers can enjoy open-air motoring with the rest of the cabin crew. Bluetooth is standard on the 2013 GL-Class, and so are HD radio, a conventional sunroof, a power tailgate, and those power third-row seats. The higher trim level models add as standard iPod connectivity, satellite radio, a panoramic sunroof, 20-inch wheels, and a navigation system. Many of those features can be had as extras on lesser trims. The COMAND system is standard on the GL, utilizing a control wheel similar to BMW's iDrive, and information is displayed on a 7-inch LCD, small for this class of SUV. The center stack is stacked indeed, with buttons. We momentarily confused the tiny graphics on a couple of them, and turned on the heated seat function when we wanted seat ventilation. Switchgear will be familiar to most Mercedes drivers; it's appropriate without being overly confusing. Another screen, tucked between the speedometer and tachometer, lets the driver glance down to see important information (phone, navigation, entertainment), and it's clear and sharp. The four-spoke steering wheel with smooth wood trim adds some sex appeal, as do the cup holders, which can be selected to keep Big Gulps cold. Source: New Car Test Drive Summary The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class heralds a major makeover for this seven-seat luxury SUV, with refreshed styling inside and out, a slew of new safety functions, and a boost in power output. The GL-Class comes loaded with advanced technology. It offers three roomy rows capable of seating adults and lots of cargo space, and quality fit and finish. There's generous power available from the engines. Stephen Williams filed this report to NewCarTestDrive.com after his test drive of the GL350, GL450, and GL550 in northern New Mexico. THANK YOU. 1962 Ford F-100 Custom Pickup -- $29,900.00Introduction Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS,LLC. You might recognize my name or my business name from beautiful classic cars and trucks I’ve listed for sale nationally. I’ve got over 15 years of classic car and truck experience. I’d like to put that experience to work for you. Over the years I’ve featured many classic cars and trucks at multiple different auctions across the United States. I consign multiple classic cars and trucks at all four of the Barrett Jackson auto auctions every year. I’m considered one of the top consignors at Barrett Jackson. I’ve had many classic cars and trucks sell in the top 25 highest sale priced vehicles for each event. They’ve also offered some of my cars as the “Marc Schiliro Collection”. I was fortunate to have Speed TV at my new facility for an interview for Barrett Jackson that aired during the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach 2012. I’m a regular consignor at the Mecum auctions as well. I also have had many cars that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I specialize in beautiful classic cars and trucks that have what I call “The Pop Factor”. I purchase classic cars and trucks that are finished, I redesign other people’s restorations and have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. I’m currently not doing full restorations as it takes too much time and money. I love what I do and I’m extremely passionate about it! Two years ago I opened a beautiful new facility located in Seekonk, MA. MS CLASSIC CARS is open to the public on Saturdays. We offer about 25 classic cars and trucks for sale. We also offer complete automotive detailing. Our facility is very neat and organized. When you call you deal directly with me. I appreciate the opportunity. We except all trades. If you’d like to be added to our VIP EMAIL BLAST that gets sent to thousands of people when we get a new addition please visit my website and sign up. Please also like us on Facebook for updates. The power of networking is amazing! Market I've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over fifteen years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially the classics! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated, "Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions." At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "There was a registered bidder from every state in the USA.” I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words, there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. “I’m putting my money where my mouth is” I’m just a 38 year old blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used Mercedes Benz. I was selling my classic cars and trucks part time. Although I had my used car dealers license I didn’t have a facility that was open to the public. Overall things were going just fine. However, my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen and now have a lot more overhead. Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong? I consign anywhere from three to eight cars at each Barrett Jackson auto auction at no reserve because I know there’s always going to be bidders for classic cars and trucks. Description1962 Ford F-100 Custom Pickup “Slick” This truck is one of the most appealing classic trucks I’ve ever seen! This truck wasn’t built to be a high end show truck. It was built to be one-of-a-kind street cruiser that would attract attention and that’s exactly what it does! Quote from MS CLASSIC CARS detailer Chris Tansey; “This is my favorite classic truck you’ve ever owned”! Quote from MJM Automotive Solutions owner Mike Marsella; “That 1962 Ford F-100 attracted more attention at my shop then anything you’ve had here. Everyone loved it”! As the VIN number indicates this truck was built in August, 1961 at the St. Paul factory as a F-100 2wd with a 223 engine. Life for this truck was pretty boring until a few years ago when it was completely transformed! The goal with the restoration of this truck was to build something that had tons of character. The character wouldn’t come from the quality of the restoration but the way the restoration was thought out! The exterior body was completely stripped and painted in Satin Yellow. This paint is really cool because it’s truly a satin finish rather than a high gloss clear coat finish. It’s not dull like flat matte black. I had one of my body shop painters Neil Lefebvre paint the custom black side stripes and they look amazing! Everything on the exterior was finished perfectly. These are some of the exterior touches: • All brand new glass that was tinted just enough to give it the right look. The side glass had to custom made. The glass matches the side stripes perfectly. • The front grille and bumper were painted white. • The rear bumper was removed and the FORD letters on the tailgate were painted white and traced in black. • The bed was sprayed with Rhino liner. • The emblems and door handles are in original condition which adds the touch of patina. • It’s wrapped in chrome reverse wheels with white wall tires. The interior has been slightly customized and works perfectly with the exterior theme. The original gauges, vents, knobs and gas tank were left original for the patina. Some of the interior features include: • Painted dash, door panels and interior roof. The door panel’s lines and lower covers were painted black to match the black exterior stripes. • Brand new Budnick 15.5” steering wheel. • Brand new black and white bench seat. • Mack truck gas pedal. • IPod connection cord powered by an amp. It also has speakers in the doors. • Everything in the interior such as the wipers is in working order. The engine compartment is nicely detailed and home to the 472 Cadillac V8 engine. The engine is dressed with powder coated Cadillac valve covers and custom air cleaner. It has an upgraded distributor with Livewire yellow wires. This engine starts and runs great! The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator and is coupled to a turbo 400 automatic transmission! It’s equipped with a custom exhaust that sounds great! It’s also equipped with power steering and power brakes! The undercarriage is very clean. My shop actually lightly restored a lot of the undercarriage including pulling the transmission which we replaced seals and painted, painted the headers and exhaust system, etc. This truck has NO AIR BAGS! The truck has had many modifications including the following: • GM front end. • Body was channel over the frame. • Frame was modified, recessed and powder coated black. • Fender wells were raised to allow for more wheel travel. • Bed floor was raised. “The 1962 Ford F-100 Custom pickup you’re about to witness is truly a one-of-a-kind. As I mentioned above this truck draws tons of attention and everyone loves it! It’s hard to describe but certain classic vehicles just work and this truck is one of them. The exterior color is very different and slick. The custom black side stripe and Ford tailgate letters really adds the extra touch. The new tinted glass matches the theme. The reverse chrome wheels with white wall tires work perfectly. The exterior theme flows right into the interior with the painted dash and door panels, white and black bench seat and new Budnick 15.5” steering wheel. The engine compartment is nicely detailed and home to the Cadillac 472 V8 engine. The engine starts and runs great. Its dresses with powder coated Cadillac valve covers that look really nostalgic. The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator. The undercarriage is very clean and has many modifications. If you’re looking for a really cool and nostalgic pickup with some “Rat Rod” flavor you’ve found it. This is a very special truck that is truly a one-of-a-kind. Get it before someone else does!” Marc Schiliro – The Owner Inspection Report"Unfortunately most classic vehicles that are being advertised for sale by dealers and private parties aren't exactly what's being advertised for sale. This is an industry with no real guidelines and everyone's opinion is completely different. The average consumer doesn’t realize classic vehicles weren’t restored at the factory and are being restored by people in their garages. Everyone’s level of restoration experience is different and it shows in the restoration. An example would be a classic vehicle that's being advertised as an original model with matching numbers could be a phony with a reproduction trim tag and re stamped numbers on the engine block, etc. Another example would be a classic vehicle is being advertised as a full restoration when indeed only a few things have been restored. There are many classic vehicles listed for sale that have cosmetic and mechanical issues with such items as the lights, body hinges, gauges, window components, steering components, upholstery, engine leaks and tuning, radiators, transmission, rear end, brake components and suspension components. The consumers are spending thousands of dollars repairing the classic vehicles they've purchased after the sale. At MS CLASSIC CARS I own the entire inventory and take pride in what I sell. I'm not a consignment dealer who is only looking to make a quick buck on a vehicle that they don't even own. We’ve seen dealers and private parties purchase classic vehicles at auctions and online and immediately list them for sale. They never even touched the vehicle. Even with 15+ years’ experience and having collected and sold over 250 classic vehicles I’ve experienced that ALL the classic vehicles need some attention. Obviously some need more than others but the bottom line is they all need something. I do the best of our ability to purchase quality classic vehicles, prepare them and advertise them honestly. To be clear were not in the restoration business. I collect and sell classic vehicles that have already been restored and do our best to bring them to another level with service and detail work. Unlike many dealers when you call or email to inquire about a classic vehicle you speak directly to me. I purchases all the classic vehicles for MS CLASSIC CARS, follow the service and detail process, write the descriptions, take the photos, advertise them for sale and answers all the calls and emails. I'll personally go over the entire vehicle and tell you everything I knows about it. I'll also give you my personal opinion about the classic vehicle of your choice and decide if it’s truly the right fit for you. If you've read the introduction tab or visited myr website you’ll probably agree I'm a bit of a perfectionist and represent very detailed classic vehicles. MS CLASSIC CARS has a great reputation and we continue to raise the bar in the classic car and truck world. These are older vehicles and aren’t new but were doing our best to make them function, look great and honestly describe them. I sell our classic cars and trucks very quickly because consumers see the value. Once you've committed to purchase a classic vehicle from MS CLASSIC CARS, I'lll make it a very easy process from start to finish. Once the funds have cleared I'll immediately mail the paperwork USPS 2-day air. A CD with the description and photos of the vehicle you purchased will be included in the package. I'll also assist in enclosed door to door transportation. I look forward to working with you. Thank you for the opportunity! "Why buy from MS Classic Cars? 1024x768 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE What makes MS CLASSIC CARS different from other classic car dealers and from vehicles being marketed privately on the market for sale? * Each vehicle has been hand picked by the owner Marc Schiliro * NO CONSIGNMENTS. I do the best I can to represent my classic cars and trucks. My results, feedback and reputation speak for themselves. Everyone’s opinion of a classic car and truck is different and I encourage questions prior to a purchase. I have a beautiful showroom with excellent lighting and a lift for a complete inspection if requested. Inspections will be scheduled by appointment only. The closest airport is Providence, RI. It’s only a 25 minute ride from the dealership. I can arrange to pick up at the airport. As you will see from the photos below, this is an unique Cab-Over custom car hauler that can be purchased for only $39,988!

It has a state of Nebraska assigned VIN number. Naturally, eBay doesn't recognize that number. It's 141439914143078NE . This truck was not made by Land Rover. It was put together in a shop. It has no Land Rover serial number. Many of the parts were likely made by Land Rover. The vehicle has completed the state of Nebraska inspection process and was assigned a VIN number in May. It has a clear Nebraska title that is transferable to all fifty states. The truck is very similar to a ROW Land Rover Defender 110 built between 1987 and 1997. The color is Balmoral Green with a white roof. It is powered by a Land Rover 200Tdi* engine. The Transmission is an LT77. All four wheel positions have disc brakes. The frame is galvanized. The wire loom is external to the frame. The interior is Coniston Green. We lined the floors with a black hard epoxy sealant. The seats are cloth. The door cards and trim pieces are black. Two front bucket seats with a cubby and a three place bench in the back. The cloth in the front and the back do not match. We installed a new iPod ready AM/FM cd player with two front speakers. It has a NAS SW style Sunroof. The Good:--The engine runs exceedingly well. I have driven it fairly extensively. It gets 30mpg on the highway and 21mpg around town. It will make 75 mph on the interstate. The comfortable speed (for almost any Defender, including this one) is 60 mph.--The tires are about 90%. --It has new coco mats from front to rear. --I have owned and driven many real Defenders. This one goes down the road as well as any of them. --For the most part the body is in good condition with very little corrosion.--This is not a Land Rover. It does not have a Land Rover VIN. Please understand this before you make an offer or click the buy it now. The Not so Good:--We did not install a headliner. The grab handles above the rear passenger doors are missing. I am sure that there will be unknown plastic trim pieces missing throughout the vehicle.--The truck does not have Air Conditioning. (This note is for the non-Land Rover people who are sure to call and ask.) --We did not install insulated front mats in the front over the tunnel. The floor can get a little warm. In January, this is OK. In July, in Nebraska. . . let's just say that you should tell your significant other to wear real shoes and not flip flops prior to a 100 mile trip in 100 degree weather.--There IS rust in the doors along the steel frames causing the paint to bubble on the aluminum skins. There is rust on the steel frame on the hood. Some of this is hard to photograph. When you ask for additional photos, I have some that will show the issue. It is a REPAIRABLE issue. You will not need to replace the doors. --*Although the title can be transferred to anyone of the other 49 states, sadly, the engine can not. If you are confused about this, please check with your local motor vehicle licensing expert prior to purchase. If you are a fan of Defenders, want a fuel efficient diesel engine and you understand that you are purchasing vehicle that carries no warranty of any kind, please email or call with questions. I am happy to send a file folder of photos to your email address. FAQ: Q: Is there air conditioning? A: Sheesh. No. Q: Can I license and insure the vehicle in my state? A: The title is transferable to and in all 50 states. The engine may pose an issue in several states. You should consult your insurance agent with any questions about insurance prior to calling me. Q: How did you build it? A: The magic of a child's laughter, several spare parts, surprisingly few wrenches and elves. Many, many elves. Q: Can I burn WVO in it? A: WVO is waste vegtable oil. At the risk of sounding not green.... don't they sell real diesel fuel where you live? Q: Can I put a gas engine in it? A: Yes. As a matter of fact, we would be happy to sell you a 4.0l Land Rover engine to go in it. Our ability to install such an engine will depend on your wallet and our schedule. Q: Do you know how many miles are on it? A: We do not know how many miles or kilometers or any other standard unit of measurement that any particular compent on this truck has traveled. Except the radio. It has about 500 miles on it. I listen to NPR a lot - so consider it lightly used. Q: Does everything work? A: Probably not. I do not know of anything in particular that doesn't work, but this truck is VERY similar to a Land Rover Defender. To paraphase the great Jeremy Clarkson, The Land Rover Defender is the most reliable unreliable vehicle on earth. Q: Do you take trades? A: I will take in consideration for this 'Not a Land Rover Defender' trades of Cash, Gold, Land Rover Defenders and verfiably proven theroms of Cold Fusion. Cash is valued by it's face (CAN$ and US$ only, please), all other trades will be valued by me. Q: What color is that? It looks black. A: It's Balmoral Green. The top is white. If you care about such things, it's the same color of the Defender 110 that the Queen of England enjoys. The interior is more of a coniston green except in the places where it is not. We don't know how this happened. We blame the elves. Q: Is that LineX on the floor? We have heard you like that crap. A: I do on occasion use LineX. This is usually due to my laziness or labor strife with the elves. There is no LineX on this truck. The product on the floor is a commercial epoxy product that we were trying out for a NAS 110 restore we are doing. It is a fine product. Not very thick, and not insulating. It looks good though. Q: Is it WaxOyl'd? A: No. But for a small fee I will have the elves put their space suits on and do that for you. Q: Can I buy this and back out because my wife says I can't have it? I really want to click buy it now! A: Please don't do that. eBay is slow to return those fees. You might be surprised to know how much it costs to list a car on eBay. Any buyer should CALL or MESSAGE me before clicking the buy it now. I will take less then the buy it now number. You should see all of the photos first, which I am happy to email you. Have your ducks in a row before agreeing to buy this car. That means go to bank, have them tell you that they will NOT lend money on a kit car. Talk to your wife/husband/significant other to make sure they are on board with your purchase. Understand that the joys of Land Rover ownership are not necessarily universal. Q: Will you deliver it to me? A: The elves will do almost anything for money. If you live in a place that has a postal code, this vehicle can be delivered to you. One of the many wonderful things about Omaha is that we are in the middle - the cost is about the same to go anywhere. (Yeah, I know Kansas people. You ARE close by. By 'anywhere' I mean the east and west coasts.) Q: Does the exhaust sound good? A: It's awesome. It sounds like a Mack truck on a cool foggy day rumbling down a dirt road. THANK YOU!1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 -- $47,900.00Introduction Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS,LLC. Description 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 TWO OWNERS. MATCHING NUMBERS 351 WITH 4-SPEED. VERY RARE! Attention Mustang Collectors and Enthusiasts! This Mustang is 1 of 7 built which is fully documented with the Deluxe and Specialized Marti Reports! Original Build Sheet! Yes, the Original Build Sheet! It was built on schedule on 05-08-1969 at the Metuchen factory! Originally ordered at Academy Ford Sales, INC in Laurel, MD! Originally purchased brand new on 05-20-1969 by Richard and Marjorie Mack who owned the car until 2004! A copy of the original title is included with the sale! Documented two owner car. The second owner had a complete professional show quality restoration done which was completed in 2007. Only 1100 miles have been logged since! Full restoration completed by Jerry Myers of Spring Hills, PA! This car was very original prior to the restoration. It retains all the original sheet metal other than installing half quarters and doing some minor work on the doors and rear panel! The car was painted in its original color of Royal Maroon with blackout hood treatment. Factory code B5 #3059-A. The gold colored pin striping compliments the Royal Maroon perfectly! Everything on the exterior has been replaced or restored. All of the exterior glass is original and in great condition except the passenger side door glass which is new! The car sits on Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires that are 215/70/14! The exterior is complimented with the original black Clarion color interior with knit/vinyl Mach 1 Hi-back bucket seats. Factory code #3A! The interior is beautiful and still retains a lot of original items such as the dash, gauges, console, door panels and radio. The radio is original but was converted to AM and FM and Blaupunkt speakers were added. The headliner, carpet was replaced and the original seats were recovered, etc. All of the interior gauges work including the blinkers on the hood. The windows roll up and very smoothly! The engine compartment is highly detailed and home to the matching numbers 351-4V V8 M code engine! The engine was completely rebuilt including being hot tanked and bored. It was rebuilt by a well-known engine shop in PA. This engine starts and runs excellent. The only thing I did was order an engine compartment sticker kit and added the correct Autolite series 24 battery. The Interstate battery that was in the car when I got it works great and is included! The trunk compartment is neat and clean. Its home to the spare tire and jack assembly! The undercarriage is also neat and clean. The front end and rear end section parts have been restored or replaced but the floors are original with light undercoating that was done when purchased new! As the Specialized Marti Report indicates here are the individual production numbers: 299,036 1969 Mustangs 131,819 were non Shelby Sportsroofs. Of them 34,855 came with 351-4V Engines. 2,055 of those had close ratio 4-speed transmissions. 96 of them were painted Royal Maroon, Of which 48 had black Mach 1 bucket seats. Of those, 34 were equipped with AM radios. 7 of them came with F70x14 raised white letter tires. 9T02M198325 is one of those Mustangs! “This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is very desirable for multiple reasons including the fact that’s it’s a very rare car being 1 of 7 built, built sheet, documented two owner car, mostly original sheet metal and interior and matching numbers. The older gentleman I purchased the car from bought it from the original owners and spent thousands of dollars having it restored. This is a show quality restoration with only 1100 miles. Like all classic cars it does have some imperfections but overall it’s a beautiful car that the new owner will be proud to own. Please call me and I’ll describe the entire car from top to bottom. I would challenge anyone to find a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 351 4-speed with documentation and matching numbers currently for sale on the market especially in this condition. This car has been priced competitively and as with all the classic cars I collect and sell I don’t expect it to last.
