1992 Mercedes Benz 600SEL. V-12 6.0L gas engine. Black on black. Car is in very good condition. Never smoked in, no odors. Every power option, top-of-the-line flagship sedan. Heated, reclining rear seat. 6-CD player in trunk. Recent proper Z-rated Kuhmo tires. Problematic engine wiring harness has been replaced. I am an ASE Mater Auto Tech, this has been my personal car for the last 2 years. I love it, but we have bought an RV, so I'm selling the car to help pay for that. Only 106224 miles (may increase slightly from continued local use). Known minor issues worth mentioning: Air lumbar supports in front seats is disabled, otherwise power seats perfect. One rear headrest stays up, won't retract. Very small bubbles in paint on RF & LR lower fenders (see pics). I will have Maryland inspected for a Maryland resident if necessary, however car is sold where is/as is with no expressed/implied warranty of any kind. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of purchase, balance due in cash or wire transfer within 3 days of purchase. 1973 Mercedes Benz 280 SEL 4.5 Restored! Restored!!! only 70,700 original miles. Long wheel base with 4.5 V8. This is a 1973 Mercedes Benz 280SEL 4.5 (w108 S class) for sale. For the past two years I have had the car being redone and restored. Just to name a little bit of what has been done. New beautiful paint and body work, whole new braking system (lines, master cylinder, calipers, rotors, pads) engine has been completely overhauled and tuned and new modern ignition system installed. New OEM fuel pump and tank. brand new tires. All new exhaust. All work was done by some of the best shops in Chicago. All parts used are OEM or better. Has a new aftermarket stereo that looks just like the original radio but has all the modern features. New speakers in the original spots as to look perfectly stock. The car has been painted a beautiful dark cherry metallic over a camel colored interior. The car looks great and drives amazing. I have spent allot more than I am asking. This is one of the nicest Mercedes w108 cars out there. Its the long wheelbase with the original 4.5 v8. It only has 70,700 orginal miles. Very rare car 1973 was the last year of the w108 style S classes. There are only a handful of 1973s ever made since the new style S-class was released in 1973 as well. The car is beautiful it has been done to a very good quality. Clear title in my name. It is not concourse level but it is a very good restoration. I have spent a fortune on this car and have just lost interest I bought an airplane instead. I have spent over 25,000 and know Im going to lose money but its time to let it go. The car still needs a few things to be perfect like the AC system gone through and a new headliner (this one has a few small holes) new OEM headliner is included. I will gladly go over in detail with interested and serious buyers what has been done. I have set the reserve at a fraction of what I have spent over the last two years on this car. It has a clear and clean Illinois title in my name. Car is sold as is with no warranty.

Mercedes 2009 SLK AMG 55 Roadster Convertible Black on Black Garage kept - weekend driving. This car is a rocket ship! High performance, excellent handling.0 to 60 in 4.9 seconds!!!! This month (may 2015) I had a new battery installed and a all point check from Mercedes to insure convertible top and all are in top operation. Standard road wear - otherwise excellent condition. If you want a high performance Mercedes - this is it!!! Driven only on weekends. I am selling because I really don't have time to enjoy the car - its a shame to let this beast sit idle. Car is located in Bayridge Brooklyn, NY for pickup. Some specifics 5.4 L - 355 hp V8 Engine 0-62mph: 4.9 Seconds Top Speed: 155mph A modified version of this model was used in Formula One as its Safety Car during the 2004 and 2005 Seasons The SLK55 AMG was also the first Mercedes tuned by AMG's Performance Studio to create the new "Black Series". Vario-roof The roof design developed by Mercedes-Benz consists of a folding steel hard top which is divided in half along an axis at right angles to the direction of travel. Both halves are linked by a kinematic mechanism which is locked securely when the roof is closed. At the touch of a button on the centre console, a hydraulic system with five cylinders controls the fully automatic folding process in which the boot lid is also integrated. It opens by tipping to the rear so that the two roof halves have sufficient freedom of movement to pivot backwards as the vario-roof opens; the roof sections then position themselves one on top of the other, and disappear into the boot. If the roof is to be closed, the same sequence of movements is performed in reverse order. The hydraulic system stows the vario-roof in the upper section of the boot. A plastic roller blind separates it from the luggage space below, an area with a capacity of 145 litres in the first-generation SLK. With the vario-roof closed, the load volume increased to a substantial 348 litres (12.3 cu ft). Two fixed roll-over bars behind the seats worked with the particularly strong A-pillars to form an integrated system offering a high degree of roll-over protection. The steel roof provides added protection, which is normally found in a coupe, but with the enjoyment of a convertible at the same time. The technology was considered advanced as its rivals still had folding cloth tops.

This is a classic luxury automobile, with an average of just 7,512 miles annually. My wife and I are the third owners, and have driven this car with delight for the past six-plus years. No accidents. No pets. No smokers. Lots of luxury gizmos, including heated leather seats, a Bose sound system, and rain-activated windshield wipers. The car is powered by a 3.2-L, V-6 engine, with a 5-speed automatic transmission. We get about 18 miles per gallon (mpg) in the city and around 27 mpg on the highway. Remaining tire life is about one-half. The A/C is cold. Only two other cars like this were found for sale within 500 miles of us, one for $5,950, the other for $6,499 - or, an average of $6,225. Estimates to put our car back in tip-top shape and ready for another 100,000 miles include front brake pads ($367), right-front wheel bearing ($316), right-side outer tie rod ($253), and main seal replacement ($760). A few bits of rust can be found at several points on the exterior, with some fading of the clear coat on the rear bumper. (An optional specialty paint job averages $1,316.) The dash has a few small cracks. The headliner appears weathered ($221). A turning point in our decision to sell or keep this car occurred just last week, when the battery/alternator warning light came on as the power steering got stiff – something that various Mercedes forums attribute to a failed ABS wheel sensor ($300). All tolled, we could spend around $3,533 to fully repair and recondition this Mercedes – which is too much for a retired couple to invest in what is now a third-and-spare car. Hence, the decision to let her go. Take the aforementioned $6,225, deduct all $3,533 for refurbishing, and the balance is $2,692. That’s all we’re asking for this classic car, as is. Coming to you this week we present to you, a beautiful 1966 Mercedes-Benz 250S Sedan. It is a very solid and rust free example showing its pampered life here in the dry southwest and California. Judging by the service stickers in the door jam and the condition of the original chrome, we have very good reason to believe this was a lifelong California car! Solid vintage MBs in this kind of condition don't come along everyday don't miss your chance....BID NOW!The following is a list of options as this 250S is currently equipped:-Original 2.5L 6CYL Engine-Automatic Transmission-Fog Lamps-COLD Factory AC-Two Tone Exterior Paint Scheme-Original Interior-Aftermarket Stereo/ Speakers-Power Antenna-Aftermarket Alarm The body on the car is in very good condition and was extremely well maintained. The black paint on the car was just redone in its original color of code 040 Schwartz Black and is in overall very good condition paint job and does not appear to have any bondo repair or previous collision damage. The car was completely disassembled for paint. All stainless trim was sent out for polishing. The grille was disassembled, the mesh section was powder coated to prevent chipping, and new cross bars and clips were used when putting back together. The headlight bezels and wheel trim rings were re-chromed. The remaining chrome on the car is all in excellent original condition and we saw no need to mess with the originality. The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock as any well cared for garaged car should be, and has never been in any accidents. The car is riding on original steel Mercedes wheels and hubcaps. All chrome trim, glass, and rubber seals are in good shape. The interior is all original condition all around. The supple black seats are all in good condition and look very nice, which shows the quality of material used in this car with a few small flaws. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. The interior wood panels appear to have had some restoration, and some pieces remain original. The steering wheel was just professionally restored, but we couldn't track down an affordable center cap so we retained the original star. All lights, gauges switches, and accessories work as they should. The trunk compartment is very clean and does have the original jack, the spare tire and wheel, and a original trunk mat. The trunk pan is solid and the cardboard inserts are still in nice shape. The car has updated Pioneer CD sound system for cruising in style. Only rear speakers were installed to prevent unsightly holes being cut in the gorgeous original door panels. Mechanically, this 250s runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts smooth as silk. The 2.5L is bullet proof and the twin carb setup when tuned correctly makes for a spirited driving experience. It is reliable, easy to fix, and parts are readily available. The car recently received a rebuilt transmission, full service, ac compressor, transmission pump, and seals. The car was always regularly serviced and the car was well cared for. Brakes were also gone trough with new pads and a sticking caliper replaced. All in all, this is one of the neat Mercedes. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owners. Up for sale is my Fire Mist Red SL, which I have enjoyed everytime I get into it to drive. The color was a special order color at the time and still shines bright today and continues to attract attention, especially on those bright sunny days. The overall condition is very good considering the age, with some small stone chips up front. The soft top could use a little TLC, but the hard top is in excellent condition. The Hard Top option was $3,500 when new and if you decide you don't use it or want it, you can always sell it as there continues to be an after market demand for good tops. The interior is in very good condition as I replaced the driver's side leather seat bolster about 2 years ago. Everything works as expected, radio, clock, electric windows, door locks, convertible top, door locks, DVD player and electric seats. This car is quick as the V-8 makes it get up and go while still averaging 27-28 MPG on the highway. I have maintained the car properly over the years and it has returned a trouble free driving experience for over 10 years. Tires have plenty of tread left (see pictures), rims have a little curb rash. The car is being sold "as-is" with no- written of implied warranties. This is a low mileage car with only 86,000 miles across 14 years, that an average of approximately 6,000 miles a years. Why am I selling................I have only driven this car 1-2 thousand miles a year during the last several years, too many cars in the driveway so some are going to new homes.
